Since that infamous 1990 lie to Russia, US-made missiles have been installed in Romania, Poland and now in the newest NATO members Sweden and Finland, all within striking distance aimed at Moscow and other Russian cities, not to mention amassing "more than 500,000 NATO troops at high readiness" on or near the Russian border. Plus, the Arctic NATO coalition now includes the US, Canada, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and latest allies Sweden and Finland, plotting against rivals Russia and China over dominion of the Arctic Circle as yet another potential strategic WWIII frontline.
The last time a global superpower installed nuclear warhead missiles on America's doorstep was 62 years ago, way back in 1962, precipitating the October Cuban Missile Crisis. Then President John F. Kennedy, barely a year ahead of the CIA and Israel jointly assassinating him, warned the then Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev he'd better remove those Soviet missiles from Cuba immediately in order to avoid a nuclear World War III confrontation. The Soviet missiles clearly posed an existential threat to US national security and fortunately were removed, averting the nuclear showdown, which in turn led to the two adversaries establishing the deterrence doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) that ever since guided both Moscow and Washington nuclear policy, that is until Biden in 2022 implemented a new policy of a US pre-emptive first strike on "non-nuclear threats." Madness has subsequently descended upon today's geopolitics chessboard world, run not by puppet leaders of the West like Braindead Biden, but a Luciferian death cult of prominent dynasty bloodline controllers, the usual suspects – the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and black nobility royal families of Europe, currently pushing humanity to the brink of total self-annihilation.
Despite that historically key event in October 1962, the US/NATO has consistently maintained a highly aggressive, hypocritical foreign policy, long past the 1991 Soviet Empire collapse ending the Cold War. Since 1991, US and NATO have engaged in nonstop military provocation and expansion motivated by hostile encirclement of the US principally designated enemies Russia and China with the ultimate objective of regime change.
When the Soviet Empire crumbled in 1991, Boris Yeltsin emerged the newly spawned Russian Federation's first leader. According to the August 18th Telegraph, featuring the obituary of acclaimed British-American scholar, political scientist and "Sovietologist" Peter Reddaway, who studied in the Soviet Union, earned degrees at Cambridge University and a PhD from London School of Economics, prior to dedicating his academic career advocating for Russian dissidents:

Bush was steeped in the 1980s Iran-Contra scandal, the Golden Triangle heroin shipments in the 1970s, both of which exposed the CIA as the world’s largest drug running operation as well as key coordinating blackmailers running the worldwide pedophilia network operations in collusion with international organized crime elements. Both the Bush crime family have been high profile pedo-operators along with the Clinton crime family. The Obama-Biden and Trump administrations have also been deeply involved, all linked to Epstein.
