The maximum-level biosafety laboratory at the Wuhan Institute of Virology was the first of its kind to be built in China, and has been the centre of huge speculation since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic which originated in that city. The laboratory, which is equipped to handle Class 4 pathogens (P4) including dangerous viruses such as Ebola, was built with the help of French experts and under the guidance of French billionaire businessman Alain Mérieux, despite strong objections by health and defence officials in Paris. Since the laboratory's inauguration by prime minister Bernard Cazeneuve in 2017, however, France has had no supervisory role in the running of the facility and planned cooperation between French researchers and the laboratory has come to a grinding halt. U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin

The CARES Act was signed into law on March 27. Congress earmarked $454 billion of that stimulus money to be distributed by the Treasury to the Federal Reserve to be used for emergency lending programs to save businesses and jobs during the pandemic and keep credit flowing to the U.S. economy. The catch was that the Treasury Secretary, Steve Mnuchin, would have to give his approval for each of the programs.

Since June, Wall Street On Parade has been reporting that $340 billion of the $454 billion that Mnuchin was instructed to turn over to the Fed was unaccounted for. We noted that 98,000 businesses had permanently closed in the U.S. while this money, intended for economic relief, went missing.

(Bloomberg) -- Israeli startups are taking the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by storm this year, pushing initial public offerings to a three-year high and marking a shift away from homegrown technology companies opting to list abroad.

Through October, 14 companies had conducted IPOs worth $650 million in Tel Aviv this year, with eight of those tech or innovation-focused startups, according to data from the exchange. That's already double the total number of listings in 2019 and the most since 2017, with more tech offerings in the pipeline.

These bureaucrats and politicians advocating for COVID lockdowns have overseen the destruction of the economy (estimated $36 billion in productivity lost per week during lockdowns) and death of Americans. What we are witnessing is the ultimate in human degradation with the subservience of human needs to the raw irrational power of institutionalized faceless bureaucracies.

Britons could potentially sue the Government for billions of pounds in compensation for 'falsely imprisoning' the nation with its Stay At Home order at the outbreak of coronavirus in March, a law lecturer has predicted.
