It's political freaks like Kallas who don't have the ability to contemplate consequences having no conception of what war is really like considering the roughly 600,000 dead Ukrainian soldiers with thousands more on the chopping block. It's likely the British whispering into Kallas' ear. Kallas has stated she is open to the idea of becoming the next NATO head.
