Why aren't people like this in Ukraine fighting in trench warfare against Russian assault forces?

Editor's note: As correctly observed, Laura Cooper is a "classic product of American degree mills" (see Run Laura, Run) knowing nothing about war with degrees in foreign service and "national resource strategy." Cooper is called a "leading Russian expert" with the correct observation there are no leading experts in Washington DC unless feeding off the government tit has experts. Cooper gave congressional testimony on military aid to Ukraine that was building up far longer than she discusses. Cooper is also implicated in actions to have Trump impeached when he was president. Most of the military equipment the US supplied Ukraine is either broken or destroyed. The circumstances in Ukraine have deteriorated so miserably that Ukrainian soldiers are deserting in record numbers and there is talk of forced conscription of 18 year-olds. "American exceptionalism" has caused the death of around one million Ukrainian soldiers because people like Cooper know shit about fighting a war with a peer military like Russia.
