Attempted Continuity of Government (CoG) Coup Under COVID-19 - CoG Heads to The Bunker - Ten Minutes With JFK

Ed.'d note: Observers of the Continuity of Government (COG) since the events of 9/11 have been alerted that under the "coronavirus threat" it drove command teams of homeland defense (deep state defense) into the Cheyenne Mountain bunker. What this signified is the "deep state" (see Peter Dale Scott) attempted taking over the government under President Trump using the "coronavirus threat" as the CoG's latest move. This is causing a constitutional crisis and might explain although it is not clear yet why President Trump appointed a second White House coronavirus panel. Coronavirus is not a pandemic. All the numbers have been falsified to the point now where any death no matter what the reason healthcare professionals are requited to report the deaths as resulting from coronavirus. Anthony Fauci & Co. ("toss Bill Gates into a volcano") are the face of the deep state (shadow government) that just attempted a CoG coup. To protect itself, the "deep state" operating under the CoG with its minions of corporate lawyers operating as the United States Corporation, prepared the The PREP Act that went into effect 20 February 2020. This act prevents liability damages against the United States Corporation for damages incurred from destruction of the economy.

The PREP Act defines "covered persons [a "mask" or "false face"] to include, among others, the United States, and those that manufacturer, distribute, administer, prescribe or use Covered Countermeasures. This Declaration includes all persons and entities defined as Covered Persons under the PREP Act (PHS Act 317F-3(i)(2)) as well as others set out in paragraphs (3), (4), (6), (8)(A) and (8)(B)." The PREP Act's liability immunity applies to "Covered Persons" with respect to administration or use of a Covered Countermeasure. The term "Covered Persons" has a specific meaning and is defined in the PREP Act to include manufacturers, distributors, program planners, and qualified persons, and their officials, agents, and employees, and the United States. The PREP Act further defines the terms "manufacturer," "distributor," "program planner," and "qualified person" described in the hyper link above.

CoG tried using COVID-19 as a "national security threat" and classified discussions with the Trump administration for precautions and how to manage the alleged threat. The PREP Act prepared by HHS (Department of Health and Human Services) shown above, decided to classify its discussions. Classifying discussions of a pandemic when the public should be made fully aware is now unprecedented. Now that we know this to protect itself from liability damages to the economy which are being prepared, CoG has structured this coup it would appear well in advance. CoG has placed the United States Corporation into a "state of emergency" and this is going to have serious repercussions the least of which is the United States Corporation ceasing private property and shutting down trade and businesses all across America. The lockdown is designed from keeping Americans from questioning CoG's coup.

What Americans don't quite fully understand because of short term memory and the instant media programming rolling through one story after another in quick succession without any context to overall circumstances, is that the US has been on lockdown since September 11, 2001.

OVID-19 Drives Command Teams Charged With Homeland Defense Into Cheyenne Mountain Bunker

Another US military command and control element is also now isolated in a third, undisclosed location.

U.S. Northern Command has dispersed essential command and control teams to multiple hardened locations, including the famous Cheyenne Mountain bunker complex in Colorado, as well as another unspecified site, and is keeping them in isolation. The command took these steps to help ensure these personnel can continue to watch around the clock for potential threats to the U.S. homeland as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to expand across the country and around the world, including within the U.S. military.

U.S. Air Force General Terrence O'Shaughnessy, head of Northern Command (NORTHCOM), who also serves as the commanding officer of the U.S.-Canadian North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), detailed the changes during a virtual town hall on Facebook on Mar. 24, 2020. Under normal circumstances, the watch teams, which support both NORTHCOM and NORAD missions, would take shifts staffing a central command center at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado.

"To ensure we can defend the homeland despite this pandemic, our command and control watch team here in the headquarters split into multiple shifts and portions of our watch team began working from Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station," O'Shaughnessy explained. A portion of the watch team personnel remain in place at Peterson, as well.

Cheyenne Mountain is a hardened command and control site, the bulk of which is located inside the mountain of same name, which is part of the Rocky Mountains' Front Range and is situated just outside of Colorado Springs. Between 1965 and 2006, the complex served as NORAD's primary command and control center. It was also home to U.S. Space Command between 1985 and 2002. It has also been a central feature in, or otherwise referred to, in a wide array of popular media, perhaps most famously being a key setting in the 1983 film WarGames.
