Presidential Field Links Obama's Forfeit Cash To Navy Seal FADEC Crash

Presidential Field McConnell has linked the Obama administration’s diversion of cash from the DoJ Assets Forfeiture Fund to the allegedly FADEC-induced helicopter crash which killed 22 Navy Seals in Afghanistan on August 6, 2011.

McConnell claims that his sister Kristine Marcy and her NSAWW colleagues Jay Cohen and Walter Buchanan began diverting cash from the DoJ fund in the ‘90s to finance research into FADEC electronic warfare weapons; allegedly used by corrupt presidents to blame pilot error or terrorist groups for the sabotage of illegally-droned aircraft (cf. AA 77) or ships (cf. USS Cole).

“Huff Post Afghanistan Helicopter Crash: More Than 20 Navy SEAL Team 6 Members Killed By KIMBERLY DOZIER and LOLITA C. BALDOR 08/ 6/11 02:49 PM ET WASHINGTON -- U.S. officials tell The Associated Press that they believe that none of the Navy SEALs who died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan had participated in the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, although they were from the same unit that carried out the bin Laden mission. Sources say that more than 20 Navy SEALs were among those lost in the crash in Afghanistan. The operators from SEAL Team Six were flown by a regular Army crew. That's according to AP military sources. Another source says the team was thought to include 22 SEALs, three Air Force air controllers, seven Afghan Army troops, a dog and his handler, and a civilian interpreter, plus the helicopter crew. The sources thought this was the largest single loss of life ever for SEAL Team Six, known as the Naval Special Warfare Development Group. All sources spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive military matters.”

http://www.oneworldscam.com/?p=673 Pentagon has no records of Osama bin Laden’s death Added by jayfromeire on March 28, 2012. Saved under Latest, War of Aggression Blacklisted News – The Obama administration touts the Navy SEALS’ raid and killing of Osama bin Laden in his hideaway compound in Abbotabad, Pakistan, as one of the administration’s greatest achievements. Obama even disclosed details of the raid to Hollywood for an upcoming movie. Given that, isn’t it curious, to say the least, that the Pentagon says it has no records — not one photo, not one video, not even an e-mail — of bin Laden’s death? Richard Lardner reports for the Minneapolis Star Tribune, March 15, 2012: Government officials have openly discussed details of the mission [to kill Osama bin Laden] in speeches, interviews and television appearances, but the administration won’t disclose records that would confirm their narrative of that fateful night. The Associated Press asked for files about the raid in more than 20 separate [FOIA] requests, mostly submitted the day after bin Laden’s death. The Pentagon told the AP this month it could not locate any photographs or video taken during the raid or showing bin Laden’s body. It also said it could not find any images of bin Laden’s body on the Navy aircraft carrier where the al-Qaida leader’s body was taken. The Pentagon said it could not find any death certificate, autopsy report or results of DNA identification tests for bin Laden, or any pre-raid materials discussing how the government planned to dispose of bin Laden’s body if he were killed. It said it searched files at the Pentagon, U.S. Special Operations Command in Tampa, Fla., and the Navy command in San Diego that controls the USS Carl Vinson, the aircraft carrier used in the mission. The Defense Department told the AP in late February it could not find any emails about the bin Laden mission or his “Geronimo” code name that were sent or received in the year before the raid by William McRaven, the three-star admiral at the Joint Special Operations Command who organized and oversaw the mission. It also could not find any emails from other senior officers who would have been involved in the mission’s planning. .. Note: WantToKnow team member Prof. David Ray Griffin, in his book Osama bin Laden: Dead or Alive?, lays out the extensive evidence that bin laden died in December 2001, and that since that time Pentagon psyops had been keeping him “alive” with fake videos and audiotapes to maintain a crucial pretext for the ever-expanding “war on terror.” Could it be that the Pentagon will produce no records of its purported “death raid” because in fact it will reveal major manipulations involving bin Laden’s death? On August 6, 2011, three months after the supposed killing of bin Laden, 22 members of the exact same Navy SEALS Team 6 who had conducted the Abbotabad raid all died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan. Dead men don’t tell tales.”

“Bin Laden raid's lone glitch could be headache for U.S. military May 06, 2011|By Larry Shaughnessy, CNN Pentagon Producer The one major problem for the Navy SEALs who killed Osama bin Laden was the crash of one of their helicopters. It was no ordinary military chopper. Numerous aviation experts say they see several telltale signs of stealth technology in photos of what was left after the SEAL team tried to destroy the craft. Some think it was a secret aircraft. "Had this particular helicopter not crashed, we still would have no idea of its existence," said Gareth Jennings, the aviation desk editor for Jane's Defence Weekly. Jennings and other aviation experts say the helicopter may have been a heavily modified version of the UH-60 Black Hawk, a mainstay of the military's helicopter fleet. But it may include stealth technology developed for the now-canceled RAH-66 Comanche helicopter. That aircraft was designed to be an armed reconnaissance craft capable of carrying only two people. Two of the aircraft were built for test flights before the Army canceled the program in 2004, not because of performance but because it needed money to upgrade existing helicopters. [The two were illegally modified with FADEC computers financed with cash diverted by Obama’s agents from the DOJ Forfeiture Fund] At the time, Les Brownlee, then acting secretary of the Army, said, "We will retain relevant technologies developed in the Comanche program." At the same 2004 briefing about the cancellation of the Comanche, then-Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter Schoomaker said, "much of what we've gained out of Comanche we can push forward into the tech base for future joint rotorcraft kinds of capabilities as we look further out." The helicopter in question was left on the ground at the al Qaeda leader's compound during the raid early Monday. The SEALs were able to destroy much of the main body of the helicopter when it became clear it couldn't fly [Contained the bodies of Navy Seals and the OBL doppelganger which were vaporized]. But the tail rotor assembly came down on the other side of the compound wall and was left largely intact deep inside Pakistan when the SEALs finished their mission. Pakistani troops were seen hauling the wreckage away on trucks covered with tarps. The Department of Defense, which would not comment about any speculation about a "stealth helicopter," also wouldn't say whether it's asked Pakistan to give the wreckage back to the United States. "Given the very strong defense ties that Pakistan and China currently have, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see this wreckage end up in Beijing," Jennings said.”

“"Dr. No" speaks: Forfeiture pioneer Mike Perez shows how to improve programs, prevent fiascos Michael Perez, a member of the AssetForfeitureWatch.com Editorial Board was the long-time manager of the U.S. Department of Justice's Assets Forfeiture Fund, and was the chief architect of the department's Consolidated Asset Tracking System, which monitors the billions of dollars of assets seized and forfeited every year.

Q: I wanted to ask you about the 10-point National Code of Professional Conduct.

A: That was one of the early documents that we produced out of the national office for asset forfeiture in Justice. Early on we had a sense that if this program was going to grow and be successful there had to be a sense of integrity that permeated it. Otherwise, if this were seen as a program that is an under-the-table way of getting money to law enforcement and that they were never publicly accountable for those funds, that that would be destructive to the program and the potential of the forfeiture sanction. So that's why we created the Code of Conduct.

The whole intent was to try to put together some basic professional criteria to assist the program in being operated in a manner that would withstand scrutiny from a number of different perspectives. One of the things included that's very important is that no prosecutor or law enforcement officer would have their salary dependent on the level of seizures or forfeitures. The reason that was in there is that we wanted to avoid that concept that asset forfeiture is a bounty hunt or that law enforcement is out there seizing property because that's going to put money in their pocket, that that's somehow going to benefit them-aconflict of interest-which would undercut the legal integrity of all of these forfeiture actions. So we were very strong about trying to avoid that whole idea that a prosecutor or a sworn officer would somehow benefit personally from their forfeitures…..

Q: What is the importance of that in terms of public perception?

A: Again, I think the bounty hunter issue. The public is uneasy with the government taking people's stuff, especially when you have civil forfeiture authority for taking people's property without convicting them of a crime. If you add into that mix the fact that you might have law enforcement officers who are somehow benefiting from those forfeiture actions that just creates a very, very poor perception of what this forfeiture program is about. And it undermines respect not only for the forfeiture program but for law enforcement and law generally.

In the second installment of this interview, Perez discusses pre-seizure planning, asset forfeiture war stories, the prospects for asset forfeiture under new Attorney General Eric Holder, and what he would like to see change in the current asset forfeiture program.”

In the light of a recent death threat, Presidential Field McConnell is now asking for Secret Service protection to give him time to investigate the Obama administration’s diversion of the DoJ Forfeiture Fund into FADEC EW weapons allegedly used to kill the Navy Seals I 2011.
