My friend, Gary, and I have been considering David's question follow-up to the information on cistern toilets I sent you both over a week ago. David asked if we knew how (special substances) could have been used in the World Trade Center if cisterns were not used! This morning I met with Gary, my mechanical engineer friend, and another friend named Butch! Butch is another Special Forces friend of mine, who is still in Special Forces, and we did some brainstorming. We looked at a pretty typical infrared detected flush valve system that operates automatically on a toilet or even a urinal in public restrooms. We took it apart and inspected to see if a special substance would fit (you know what I mean), and evaluated if certain electrically operated triggering device could be attached to the infrared detection system, to see if they could be used, and we also, did the same thing with urinals, heated hand dryers, and mirrors if using data sheets -- both smac-sonic and conventional special substances (you again know what I mean) could be used -- and all inspections lead us to believe that any tests would be successful! We also believe some of these methods could be used in Suite Kitchens!
Our Special inspection results show that infra-red detection flush valves on toilets, urinals, and sinks and cistern (or tank type toilets) would work well. If used in Cistern Toilets, they were probably only used in Executive Suite Toilets, because as per code, public restrooms are required to be flush-valve toilets. Also if special smac-sonic substance is placed behind mirrors, which was probably hard wired to the infra-red detection system on the faucets could work, but only if infra-red initiated faucets were present. I have no knowlege if any were used in the Twin Towers.
We went to a restaurant afterwards where Butch had coffee while Gary and I had juice. After Butch had a couple of cups, Butch and I went to the men's room, and in there were paper towel dispenser with again infra-red detection, where when you place your hands close to a red dot on the front face, it automatically dispense paper towels. Therefore, we believe all of these methods would be effective if used!...especially if the restrooms had been upgraded since their original construction! These infra-red Detection Systems are low voltage.
Use of hand initiated Flush-valves also could worked but would be more difficult to create a triggering device with a depression switch on a blasting cap! But it should work also!
My friend Butch also showed me another special substance, called clear detonation film, and is another form of that special substance similar to smac-sonic explosives, that is used in aircraft as insulation which the two of you, David and Field have discussed extensively!. Only this substance is nearly perfectly clear where a clear jell is placed between two outer nearly clear layers similar to plastic, but is slightly yellow and looks like the sandwich material in low-e-glass, where the material is sandwiched between two or more layers of glass to reduce the heat gain due to sunshine. The clear jell is also a derivative of rocket fuel, but rather than be black opaque material it has been elasticized like the elastomeric material in smac-sonic demolition data-sheets, but by chemical reactions has been made clear. I remember low-e-glass also reduces heat loss through glass from the inside-to-the-outside!
In the 1960s when I was in Special Forces as a Demolitionist/Explosive A-Team Member in Vietnam, I was advised and shown a similar material. This is probably the predecessor to the material Butch showed me this morning. Butch and I think that the clear detonation film could have been used in the World Trade Center glass areas where the planes were guided to hit! He said he believes this material became relatively available to the CIA and NSA Agents and military in the mid to late 1980's. Butch and I discussed this at length, and the Clear Detonation film may have been used by the CIA in a couple of assassinations within the past couple of years. At least the circumstances of those deaths seems to meet the Modus Operandi (or Method of Operation). Clear detonation film is still or may be still Classified and therefore may not be widely known. I know you both know about this, but all detonation materials can also be set off by what is known as sympathetic detonation or by way of what demolitionists call explosive trains. This happens even inside a detonation cap (known as blasting caps) where a sensitive substance is inside the cap and when initiated by impact, chemical reaction inducement, or electrical stimulation, causes the material to set off the next substance, and that does the same to the next substance, where and when it finally reaches about 10% of the final detonation main explosive material, the explosive train is completed. Here is an example of the explosive train inside a blasting cap. Just as in a bullet primer, a sensitive material is initiated, which would probably initiate black powder, which in turn initiates say Cordite and cordite initiates C4, and the C4 would then intiate HMX or RDX, and then they could initiate PETN, or Semtec. At this point the explosive train could be complete, Remember these special substances are in small amounts because it does not take much to touch of the next. In detonation, blasting caps, can be stimulated by any of the methods previously described, even if done by mechanical or electrical stimuation, must reach dentonation speed within 10% of the final explosive. Please also remember, that Electrically Initiated Blasting caps need to be kept shunted so that static electricity or lightning does not set them off. They would have to remain shunted until weather is clear and no possibility of static electicity could cause initiation.
If they are linked by a complete circuit, then only the circuit needs to be shunted. On detonation caps, when used on a cell phone, are automatically shunted until the call is made to that cell number, and the same is true of KU Band Initiated caps via towers or satellite. To clarify, I state it again this way: The final detonation material inside the blasting cap must be within 10% of the detonation speed of the final detonation material or main explosive in order for the explosive train inside the cap to complete. However, placing an explosive in proximity of another exploding explosive, can initiate both by sympathetic detonation.
For example TNT detonates at 10,000 feet per second, and therefore, in the blasting cap the final material type must reach over 9000 feet per second in order to create sympathetic detonation (or via the explosive train) of the final material! But similarly, since Dynamite explodes at around 9200 feet per second, and if it is initiated within a blast area and TNT which detonates at 10,000 feet per second is within the sympathetic detonation perameters and therefore would also be exploded due to proximity. Therefore, keep in mind there are many types of blasting or detonation caps. By the way in the military, the dividing line between low order explosives and high order explosives is 10,000 feet per second or the detonation speed of TNT.
I believe lots of demolition materials were used in the World Trade Centers including possibly bangalore torpedos, which is a Pipe Explosives that comes in varying lengths that are already pre-threaded and can be screwed together, and hung so that they would look like typical building plumbing piping! We used these in Vietnam!
