Open Letter To Clay County, Minnesota Sheriff and Attorney

Attention Clay County, Minnesota, Sheriff and Attorney:

In regards to the disputed property at 9223 50th Ave S. in Glyndon, I wish to put on record the receipt of a second death threat today. Further, in the mail I received a 4 page letter from Wells Fargo indicating that the property is now being foreclosed upon. This is an unnecessary expenditure on their part and an unwelcome delay for myself and parties hoping to buy the property from Wells Fargo. They can have the property, I have no interest in ownership and no equity.

However, today I discovered that it was Hendrum Heating and Plumbing that changed locks, reconfigured thermostats, did some physical damage and entered the property without seeking permission or giving notice to me, allegedly the owner. Hendrum Plumbing and Heating indicated Wells Fargo Home Mortgage authorized the work. The work was completed on 18 January, 2012. Hendrum Plumbing and Heating is at 218 861 6208.

I also discovered today that someone mowed the property without my permission and in spite of a no trepassing sign at the driveway's end.

I will be in Clay County on 1,2,3 May and if Wells Fargo doesn't take the property as satisfaction for their alleged ownership stake and remove my name from the title, I will file suit against Wells Fargo from an estimated $1.4M. more or less, and demand clear title so I can sell it to people lined up and waiting to buy it on a short sale.

Wells Fargo will be in an unusual position when I introduce evidence in Clay County regarding Wells Fargo linkage to Federal Bridge Certificate Authority and 9/11 as well as Wells Fargo's contracting with MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates of Vancouver, British Columbia to have Ryan Thomas develop the MERS software and MindBox so that Wells Fargo could abuse borrowers in the acknowledged 'robosigning' issue that just became a $25B issue for 5 big banks.

As it pertains to my two (2) death threats, Warren Buffett is the individual who is at most risk for the upcoming exposure of FBCA-Wells Fargo-9/11.

I respectfully request that Clay County, Pierce County and FBI officials in Minneapolis and Milwaukee keep me informed of their investigations into the two death threats. Until proven otherwise, I believe it is someone acting for benefit of Warren Buffett.
