Presidential Field Links Trudeau's Privy Council To Piggy Palace Cannibal JABS

Presidential Field McConnell has linked Lena Trudeau to as-yet unidentified Canadian Privy Councilors whom she allegedly taught how to use the Nortel JABS system to manage (?) crime-scene data associated with cannibal feasts hosted at a B.C. pig farm by Piggy Palace Good Times Society – a federal-registered charity!

Missing women’s probe zeroes in on decision to stay charges in 1998 ROD MICKLEBURGH VANCOUVER - Globe and Mail Update Last updated Thursday, Apr. 12, 2012 3:45PM EDT The Crown’s fateful decision not to proceed with an attempted murder charge against serial killer Robert Pickton in 1998 is a key focus of the current inquiry into the handling of the case by prosecutors and police investigators. But the file containing all notes and police reports on the bloody knifing altercation that led to the attempted murder charge against Mr. Pickton was mistakenly destroyed two years later, the inquiry heard Wednesday. Strung-out victim couldn’t provide evidence, prosecutor tells Pickton inquiry Woman to tell of her bloody visit to Pickton farm Pickton inquiry’s focus is being blurred, victim’s sister fears Despite bearing a red cover indicating it was a serious case and rules that such files should be preserved for at least 75 years, the Pickton dossier was among 71 boxes of legal documents thrown out in 2000, lawyer Leonard Doust informed the hearing. Mr. Doust, representing the province’s criminal justice branch, said the branch has conducted a thorough investigation of the mistake and would reveal what happened shortly. Crown prosecutor Randi Connor has resolutely defended her decision to stay the attempted murder charge. But she testified that the Crown’s file would have greatly assisted her effort to shed light on the matter, including a critical interview she had with the victim of Mr. Pickton’s attack. After the interview, she concluded that the victim, a prostitute working the streets of the Downtown Eastside, was too strung out on drugs to provide credible evidence during a trial and stayed all charges against Mr. Pickton, including attempted murder. “It puts me at a horrible disadvantage that I don’t have my notes. I don’t have precise dates,” Ms. Connnor said. “It is an awful position, I can assure you, to be testifying about events 14 years later without the benefit of that file. … “There’s no question the file should have been archived. It should not have been destroyed. Absolutely,” she told the inquiry. As a result, Ms. Connor could not be precise about when she interviewed the victim and for how long. After the charges were stayed, 19 more women, later connected to Mr. Pickton’s pig farm in Port Coquitlam, vanished from the Downtown Eastside, before his arrest on multiple murder charges in 2002. The victim of Mr. Pickton’s near-fatal knife attack at his farm told police she stabbed him first, after he placed a handcuff around her wrist. He responded by slashing her abdomen so severely that she stopped breathing twice on the hospital operating table, before being revived. During her testimony, Ms. Connor agreed that she made no effort to take steps that might have helped the victim give evidence, saying that was the responsibility of police. The victim, who cannot be identified, was furious when she learned charges had been stayed against Mr. Pickton, according to an interview she gave to an inquiry lawyer this February. The victim recounted an angry phone call she made to Ms. Connor’s home. “How … dare you drop those charges?” she recalled saying. When Ms. Connor replied that she was having dinner with her family and the victim should call her office, she answered back, using strong language: “I don’t [care] if you’re in Hawaii.” She then hung up. Details of the phone call were read to the court from the transcript of the victim’s interview by lawyer Cameron Ward, representing the families of 25 murdered or missing women. Ms. Connor, however, said she had no recollection of receiving such a phone call, adding that the victim’s claim that her young daughter had first answered the phone could not have been true, since her only child at the time was a two-year-old son.”

[Spoliation inference of Trudeau and Privy Councilors’ guilt with their use of JABS between 1995 and 1998 to destroy or withhold DNA evidence at Piggy Palace cannibal feasts cf. DNA of JonBenet Ramsey and Russell Williams] Pickton lawyer points finger at others … Posted 4 years ago .. It turns out there were all kinds of possible killers slithering around that pig farm. Robert "Willie" Pickton's lawyer was busy pointing fingers Wednesday at just about everyone who ever stepped foot on the dilapidated property in Port Coquitlam. Adrian Brooks complained Pickton was the victim of a "rush to judgment" by police when in fact, the forensic evidence better points to at least two other possible suspects who may have been responsible for the deaths of six women who disappeared from Vancouver's seedy Downtown Eastside. Pickton, 58, is on trial for the first-degree murder of Sereena Abotsway, Andrea Joesbury, Mona Wilson, Brenda Wolfe, Georgina Papin and Marnie Frey between August 1997 and February 2002. He faces another trial on charges he killed another 20 women at a later date. But in the third day of his never-ending closing argument, Brooks told the seven-man, five-woman jury that there was DNA found on the farm that tied Pickton's butcher colleague Pat Casanova and friend Dinah Taylor to the murdered women. Both were arrested early in the investigation but police said there was no evidence to lay charges. "There's been a focus on Mr. (Willie) Pickton and Mr. Pickton alone and other important evidence has not been followed up in the way it should. You haven't got a complete picture, you have questions that haven't been answered." It's hardly a new defence technique to lay the blame elsewhere but there's no question there was a rogue's gallery of shady characters lurking about Pickton's pig farm. The most puzzling is the role of the mysterious Taylor, who was never called to testify by the Crown. Brooks told the jury Taylor's DNA was found all over the place, including 83 items from his bedroom alone, which was hardly surprising considering Pickton had known her for more than seven years and she often stayed over. Harder to explain is why her DNA was mixed with some of the murdered women. In a trailer closet Brooks called Taylor's "trophy room," investigators found a lipstick with her DNA mixed with that of Brenda Wolfe. "What is she doing with Brenda Wolfe's lipstick," Brooks asked. "She has taken over the makeup of other women, consider that." A jacket identified as Wolfe's by her sister was found to have a hair belonging to Taylor. A blanket had the DNA of Abotsway, Taylor and Pickton while duct tape in a night table drawer had Taylor's fingerprint. Most critical, he said, was that her DNA was found on Wilson's rosary. "Her associations to the women keeps getting stronger and stronger." Brooks reminded the jury of Gina Houston's testimony. Pickton's close friend said that just days before he was arrested, he told her he hadn't killed anyone but that Taylor was responsible for "three or four" and would take responsibility. Houston also testified that Taylor once threatened "to kill that bitch" and believed she was referring to Joesbury. "We have her right there front and centre as it relates to missing women," Brooks said of Taylor. Not content to rest with one alternative suspect, Brooks also set his sights on Casanova. Pickton's former butcher partner, who denied any involvement in the murders, had the same means, expertise and opportunity that Pickton had, the lawyer claimed. "Casanova remains a lurking presence in this case." Court has heard that he had sex with Joesbury at the farm. His DNA was found on many items in the slaughterhouse, in the trailer bathroom, office and bedroom, and on a plastic sheet near a freezer in Pickton's workshop. DNA samples from the bottom of a barn door showed a mix of Casanova and Mona Wilson. "It associates him to sites, particular places, it associates him to women," Brooks said of the DNA. "The evidence as it relates to Casanova on a forensic basis is much stronger than it is relating to Willie Pickton." For good measure, Brooks threw in the name of Pickton's younger brother, who was part-owner of the farm and under investigation by police after an unknown woman's DNA was discovered on an electric massager under his bed and on a freezer in the slaughterhouse. "We have significant evidence of Dave Pickton," he said. "We have evidence of his controlling influence over Willie Pickton." Which hardly makes him a killer. Still not done, Brooks told the jury there was DNA on the farm of a number of men who have never been identified, including two who had contact with the teeth of Joesbury and Abotsway. In theory, a plethora of possibilities, but hardly a smoking gun.”

[Trudeau integrated JABS crime scene managementwith the U.S. FBCA] The US Federal Bridge Certification Authority In the late 90s, the General Services Administration (GSA) took the lead in facilitating the interoperability of agency PKIs and established a working group and the Federal PKI Policy Authority (FPKIPA) to help guide the development of the US Federal government's PKI infrastructure. One of FPKIPA's centerpiece achievements is the establishment and operation of the Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA). The FBCA helps facilitate and simplify secure information exchange by enabling cross-certified agencies' PKIs to recognize and trust digital signatures and certificates sent from and between other participating government organizations [including RCMP, VPD and Privy Council]. This enables agencies to further expand the benefits achieved from PKI. Entrust [– Nortel spin-off, allegedly authorized by Lena Trudeau to develop JABS for crime scene management – ] has worked closely with GSA and our Federal customers on building the US Federal PKI architecture and Entrust technology forms the basis of the fully-functional FBCA.
