Field McConnell has linked the Wells Fargo time-lapse card – handed in on September 11, 2002 – to Twin Towers bombs allegedly designed to trigger catastrophe bonds and recover debt on a leveraged lease with a fraudulent ‘double-occurrence’ insurance claim.
