ALPA Radio Interview Invitation: Next Tuesday on Salt Lake's KTKK Jack Stockwell Show? - February 14, 2012

Plum City aka the Western White House; Letter to Jack Stockell re: February 14, 2012 Radio Show

From: Captain Field McConnell
To: KTKK radio host and pilot Jack Stockwell

CC: President of Air Line Pilots Association, International

Jack:

David has asked me to appear on the radio show with you two on Tuesday, 14 February, 2012. I will be there. I think in the interest of fairness you consider having Lee Moak, the ALPA president, to appear also. I have twice filed suit against ALPA in federal court; Civil Case 3:07-cv-24 and Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)(Pro Se).

Filed Civil Case 3:07-cv-24 at District Court, District of North Dakota on 27 February, 2007. Case entitled FIELD MCCONNELL v. ALPA and BOEING. Boeing satisfied me when they admitted, on 3 March, 2007, the existence of the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot and commented "within three years all the airliners in the world will have the uninterruptible autopilots". To date, 9 February, 2012, ALPA has suppressed this information.

To Whom It May Concern: Civil Case 3:07-cv-24 - Plaintiff, Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) (Pro Se) McCONNELL v. ALPA

While serving as Airbus Captain in Kazakhstan, filed Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) (Pro Se) September, 2008, MCCONNELL v. ALPA. Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) (Pro Se) dismissed by Judge Rosemary M. Collyer in January, 2011 after ALPA committed a FRAUD UPON THE COURT, in my expert opinion.

Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)(Pro Se) - Response Delivered to ALPA's Motion for Summary Judgment

Two days ago in USA Today an article ( http://www.freep.com/usatoday/article/52994752?odyssey=mod_sectionstories ) appeared on page 3A entitled "FAA Directed to make (air)space for drones". In that article Lee Moak's name appears as is here:

Commercial pilots have raised safety concerns. Although pilots are required to spend time flying planes and are tested on their abilities to hold licenses, no similar rules exist for the controllers of remote aircraft. Likewise, the FAA doesn't certify drones like passenger planes against engine failure or wings falling off.

Capt. Lee Moak, president of the Air Line Pilots Association, says the people who remotely control aircraft should meet the same training and qualifications as regular pilots. His group is also concerned about controllers losing contact with drones.

Questions to ask of Lee Moak may include:

1) How is it that drone pilots should meet the same training as regular pilots when, to date, ALPA's regular pilots are not trained to recognize the transfer of control of their Boeing or Airbus jets to the uninterruptible autopilots? An excellent example is Northwest Flight 188 which on 21 October, 2009 operated for an extended period of time outside of contact with FAA ATC. [ San Diego to Minneapolis, pilots Cole and Cheney.....gone ]

2) If ALPA pilots are not aware of navigational features of their aircraft, can they comply with FAA 121.533

3) When, on 10 December, 2006, Captain Field McConnell reported to ALPA the illegal modifications of Boeing aircraft that was part and parcel of the $615M settlement paid to USDOJ by Boeing in June, 2006, why is it ALPA did not perform their contractual obligation to represent McConnell according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between McConnell and Air Line Pilots Association, International?

4) If another airframe is lost in manner of Adam Air 574, Kenya Airways 507, Colgan 3407, Air France 447, Turkish 1951 or Speedbird (British Air) 38, would ALPA be prepared to defend themselves against charges of Accessory to Wrongful Deaths of the victims of those 6 hull losses which occurred after McConnell alerted ALPA to illegal modifications?

If either Lee Moak/ALPA or Jack Stockwell (pilot and radio host) wish a copy of my 10 December, 2006 notice to ALPA please advise me at your leisure.

Jack, in today's news there is a $26B settlement ordered by USDOJ in the MERS-MindBox-Wells Fargo Foreclosure fraud case. I am involved in that with New York, California and Massachusetts and there is a direct linkage between the airline case and the bank case.

Sincerely,

Captain Field McConnell
