Who is responsible for this?
Editor's note: Ohio right now. Criminal negligence? Incompetence? Irresponsibility? Who is going to be investigated then prosecuted and sent to prison for this? The entire railway strike in the US was about understaffing, lack of safety inspections, deregulation and no-fault dismissals. Were these some of the contributing factors that led to this environmental disaster?
