Vice President Harris (send in the clowns), would you like to see crimes against humanity as well as a few war crimes (includes cutting the heads off foreign mercenaries) committed by the maniacs in Kiev? Fit this example into your nomenclature: Wanted Dead Or Alive - Reward Offered. And please, don't forget the more than 14,000 people (over 3,000 civilians) in the Donbass region who have been killed (despite what western apologists report) since 2014 by Ukrainian shelling. Does anyone take this woman seriously?
