Where Do American Jews Really Stand on Israel?

Editor's note: Considering AIPAC was behind unseating Michigan's Democratic Rep. Andy Levin, it appears Israeli/Jewish interests are preparing for America turning on Israel this coming November. Jewish-related media sources are calling Levin's defeat the "end of a political dynasty." Levin was elected to the House in 2018. He succeeded his retired father, Sander Levin. Andy Levin is the nephew of Carl Levin, a former U.S. senator. It is difficult to understand Jewish interests at work here. Why would AIPAC (considered "dark money" from Jewish oligarchs likely wanting to protect Israel) be behind unseating Levin? Was Levin the "biggest critic" of Israel? In this NBC News article, it wasn't Rep. Haley Stevens ending Levin's political career, it was AIPAC money. Stevens also has the backing and support from Jewish and Israeli sources for her congressional seat. Levin has been apparently critical of Israel's "occupation of Palestinian territory."

Rep. Haley Stevens ends Levin political dynasty in brutal Democratic primary

The rare incumbent-vs.-incumbent matchup in Michigan pitted Stevens, a moderate, and Andy Levin, a progressive, in a battle that was colored by differences over Israel policy.

WASHINGTON — The Levin political dynasty came to an end Tuesday night in a brutal House primary in the Detroit suburbs, as NBC News projects that progressive Rep. Andy Levin, D-Mich., lost to more moderate Rep. Haley Stevens, D-Mich.

Levin is the son of former Rep. Sander Levin, D-Mich., and a nephew of the late Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich. At least one member of the family has served in Congress since 1979 — a run that will come to an end in January.

The rare incumbent-vs.-incumbent primary matchup was the result of a redistricting plan that merged portions of their current districts, with more voters coming from Stevens' current territory.

In an unusual twist, Levin, who is Jewish, was forced to defend his record on Israel-related policies against attacks from supporters of Stevens, who has been more hawkish on the issue despite not being Jewish. A super PAC affiliated with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee spent $4.2 million on ads boosting Stevens and hitting Levin, while J Street, a progressive pro-Israel group, paid about $700,000 for ads backing Levin.

One of the Jewish oligarchs dropping money on AIPAC to remove Rep. Andy Levin in Michigan:

This is not good, not good at all. The Jewish political activist Laura Loomer saying she wants to "fight for Christian nationalism." Better run like hell for the doors...it is the Christian Zionists who have industrialized Zionism aggravating American Jews to no end forcing Jews to Israel.
