Editor's note: From the translation it looks as though the Wagner Group operating in Libya shot down a US MQ-9 Reaper (General Atomics) surveillance and attack UAV using a Pantsir C1 air defense system. No problem, US taxpayers will drop another $14 million for a replacement. And while they are at it, another obscene $3 billion in military aid is sent to Ukraine. Not sure who is going to use the equipment considering the number of Ukrainian soldiers being killed every day is astonishing. Zelensky's handlers in the pirate City of London are elated.
