De-Nazify Philosophically Bankrupt America

Editor's note: That the US is a fascist state can be seen most obviously with the Pentagon being behind and supporting the fascist Ukronazis in Ukraine who are committing war atrocities, mining civilian areas, torturing and murdering Russian POWs, bombing civilian infrastructure killing thousands of civilians, torturing and murdering civilians. The US and the Pentagon have no difficulty with being behind the Azov Battalion Ukronazis committing these vile and despicable crimes. When Russia began its "special operation" in Ukraine on 24 February 2022 it was also meant to indirectly "de-Nazify" America. This "Nazi" thinking is so embedded in the minds of US military officers that they will say absolutely nothing when they know full well what is going on just like with the events of September 11, 2001. These military officers are contemptible. Do you really want your children saluting them saying "yes sir" to these overinflated institutionalized corporate CEO generals who wear their resumes on their chests?

Thirty Six Percent of Mass Shooters Were Trained by the U.S. Military, But Few Americans Know This Because the Media Never Report It

Media pundits and politicians blame lax gun laws, social isolation and mental illness for mass shootings, but ignore the advent of a fascist culture that venerates the U.S. military. In the wake of a barrage of mass shootings, the media have offered a variety of explanations centering predominantly on the social isolation and mental illness of shooters and their easy access to military-style weaponry due to lax gun regulations.

These factors are significant but almost all media pundits avoid the gorilla sitting in the psyche of the American mind—that of the huge military budget and culture of military veneration, which is reminiscent of fascist cultures.

In a July 8 column entitled "Why Shooters Do the Evil They Do," New York Times columnist David Brooks characteristically cites mental illness, loneliness and the need for recognition and power as lying at the root of recent mass shootings.

What is missing is any discussion of American-style militarism, something Brooks has whitewashed throughout his writing career.

According to David Swanson, Director of World Beyond War, 36% of mass shooters have been trained by the U.S. military—when only one percent of Americans serve in the military.

Many of the mass shooters also have used military-style weapons and have worn military-style clothing.

Jillian Peterson and James Densley recently published a detailed study of mass shooters sponsored by the the National Institute of Justice entitled The Violence Project: How to Stop a Mass Shooting Epidemic, which has been widely cited by the media.

The book casts light on many dark corners of American life but characteristically ignores among the darkest—the military-industrial complex.

You do not need to go into the US Coast Guard for a career. There are far better ways to find value in life:

As if we really need US Navy SEALs to "save America" or perpetuate what it means to be an American:

Battlefield America: Look at these guys. Militarily indoctrinated since childhood who become participants in a fully militarized police force operating in a fully militarized society where there is no philosophical self-observance to seriously ask themselves, "Wait a minute, something is not right here." With the alleged 36 percent of mass shooters having been in the military with many SWAT members having previous military experience, we are witnessing the military-industrial complex fighting in American neighborhoods when these shootings erupt.
