McConnell recognizes Mycroft Warrants as writs issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, who permits otherwise illegal acts (spoliation of evidence; ultra vires authorisation of kidnaps; spread bet body-bag counts; bypassing autopsies to conceal murder-for-hire and placing blackmailed pedophiles in decoy triage teams) and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.
MI-3 = Kristine Marcy (sister) + Norman Inkster + Interpol + Intrepid (William Stephenson)
McConnell claims Serco root companies extorted then Prince of Wales (Bullingdon alumnus, later Edward VII) to issue Mycroft warrants to a telegraph-betting center in London’s Langham Hotel – an alleged pedophile honeypot used to entrap and blackmail MI-3 Innholders’ guests and now a Serco virtual war room to guide and synchronize global deployments of Zigbee kidnap and contract-hit teams. (cf. Ian Fleming’s Target Force unit – a.k.a. T-Force – a lightly armed and highly mobile unit, tasked with capturing Nazi scientific and technical military material).
McConnell notes that while Serco’s pedophile blackmailers may have controlled hotel crime scenes and bookmaking frauds since 1888, MI-3 founder William “Intrepid” Stephenson made the first use of BBC synchronized wireless photo transmissions to blackmail Langham habituĂ©s who may have included a Bullingdon alumnus, the late and treasonous Duke of Windsor, and the late Winston Churchill – the compulsive, losing gambler who grandfathered the new Serco Chief Executive Officer Rupert Soames and his BBC Mycroft ZigBee brother Nicholas Soames.
McConnell claims that the BBC/Langham Hotel’s pedophile trapper Jimmy Savile blackmailed the late Duncan Sandys, Soames’s uncle and the former Secretary of State for the Colonies, into handing BIOT Diego Garcia military assets over to the late General Alexander Haig, the alleged coordinator of “Five Eyes” SIGINT and the assassination of the late President John F. Kennedy.
McConnell claims that after the 1979-1995 Unabomb campaign, Baginski and Soames, a former personal assistant to the late chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Mark Hatfield, hired former Serco Aerospace Operations Director Gordon McMillan to set up a ZigBee satellite hack of Air Force (E-4B?) assets used to execute the Boeing decoy and drone maneuvers of 9/11.
Techies can see Serco/Airbus MitM hack at: http://www.serco-na.com/docs/materials/air-force-satellite-control-network-(afscn)-secure-voice-and-data-solutions.pdf
McConnell believes Baginski and Soames – a former Defence Minister under Langham habituĂ© John Major and a MI-3 Mycroft Qui tam fraudster (cf. Serco Skynet Zigbee tags, FAA Contract Towers, AFSCN) – have had MH370 hidden on Diego Garcia and told Obama to negotiate a lawsuit in Beijing which monetizes the swap of 20 Zigbee-tagged Freescale passengers for the Airbus satellite-coordinated ditching of the sabotaged Boeing’s black box in the Indian Ocean.

“CBC Malaysia Airlines MH370 search: French satellite images provide more hope
The Associated Press Posted: Mar 23, 2014 6:09 AM ET Last Updated: Mar 23, 2014 11:03 AM ET
France on Sunday provided Malaysia with satellite images of objects that could be from a passenger jet that went missing more than two weeks ago, the latest word of such images that officials are hoping will help solve one of the world's great aviation mysteries.
A statement from Malaysia's Ministry of Transport said Malaysia received the images from "French authorities showing potential objects in the vicinity of the southern corridor."
That is thought to be close to areas of the Indian Ocean where Australia and China provided satellite images of objects that could be debris from Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, which went missing March 8 with 239 people on board.
Air and sea searches since Thursday in a remote area of the southern Indian Ocean to determine whether the objects were from the missing jet have been unsuccessful.
The statement said the images had been sent to Australia, which is coordinating the search about 2,500 kilometres southwest of Perth, but officials there could not immediately confirm they had received them. It gave no other information on the images.
The images could be another clue in the growing mystery over Flight 370, with the search moving from seas off Vietnam when the plane first went missing to areas now not far from the Antarctica, where planes and a ship were scrambling Sunday looking for a pallet and other debris to determine whether the objects were from the missing jet.”
“Mail Online Beijing hotel workers already 'fed up' with Obama entourage in 3400-square-foot, $8,350-per-night suite inconveniencing 'pretty much everyone' – and the first lady's mother is 'barking at the staff'
Michelle Obama, her daughters and her mother Marian Robinson are staying in a sumptuous presidential suite at a Beijing Westin hotel
Mrs. Robinson has been 'barking at the staff since she arrived,' a hotel staffer said, adding that 'we can't wait for this to be over'.
Secret Service agents are monopolizing elevators and booting high-paying guests from their rooms to occupy a block of space near the first lady.
Both front and back doors of the hotel are blocked off, with Chinese and U.S. security agents screening everyone who enters.
Ordinary Chinese describe Mrs. Obama and her family as kind and gracious, but hotel staff are 'fed up'

'We can't wait for this to be over, to tell you the truth,' he said in a sudden hush. 'We entertain many important people here, but this has been, I think, very different.'
A spokesperson for Mrs. Obama declined to comment.
A U.S. Secret Service spokesperson promised answers to MailOnline's questions but didn't provide any in time for publication. The agency generally does not speak publicly about security arrangements for the officials it protects.
A spokesman for Starwood Hotels, which owns the Westin chain, referred questions to Secret Service.
Ordinary Chinese who have met the American first lady have described her in media reports as approachable and friendly, and the hotel staffer agreed.
'The first lady is gracious, and the girls are lovely,' he said.
The Westin employee and another colleague said Sasha and Malia Obama have been on their best behavior because Mrs. Robinson has kept them on a short leash.
They emphasized that they have had a disappointing experience with the protection detail that accompanies Mrs. Obama everywhere.
Wealthy hotel guests bumped from their reserved rooms into other less-luxurious accommodations have inundated the front desk with complaints.
As a condition of the first lady staying at the Westin, the Secret Service blocked off all the rooms near the presidential suite.
The Washington Times reported Thursday that an entourage of about 70 people is accompanying the guests of honor to China at taxpayer expense.”
“The Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) provides support for the operation, control, and maintenance of a variety of United States Department of Defense and some non-DoD satellites. This involves continual execution of Telemetry, Tracking, and Commanding (TT&C) operations. In addition, the AFSCN provides prelaunch checkout and simulation, launch support, and early orbit support while satellites are in initial or transfer orbits and require maneuvering to their final orbit. The AFSCN provides tracking data to help maintain the catalog of space objects and distributes various data such as satellite ephemeris, almanacs, and other information.
History[edit]
AFSCN was originally activated to support the CORONA/Discoverer program in 1959. An interim satellite control center was initially established in Palo Alto, California, and by June 1960, a permanent control center had been established Sunnyvale AFS, later renamed Onizuka AFS, Sunnyvale, California. The main operations control center, now atSchriever Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO, functions as a central command and control node for the remote tracking stations established at several different locations.
Locations[edit]
Schriever AFB, Colorado – Primary C2 Node Ellison Onizuka Satellite Operations Facility (EOSOF) at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California – Secondary C2 Node.
The AFSCN maintains a number of tracking stations, which are used to track (primarily) US government agency & military satellites, as well as receive and process telemetry and send commands to these satellites. Said facilities are intended to support all Department of Defense satellites. Most tracking stations are operated by operational detachments of the 21st Space Operations Squadron (21 SOPS) and 23d Space Operations Squadron. Many scientific and research satellites are supported as well.
Current Remote Tracking Stations[edit]
Colorado Tracking Station (CTS), Schriever AFB, Colorado; callsign PIKE. As of 2008, this site transitioned from an operational location to a testing facility, with operational support as possible. This site formally ceased operational support on 2 August 2012. It used to support various DoD satellites and previously included enhancement equipment that was used to support the Global Positioning System satellites.
Diego Garcia Station (DGS), Diego Garcia, BIOT; callsign REEF. The Diego Garcia Station has two sides (as of 2010) to provide enhanced tracking for the AFSCN users. This site also includes a GPS Ground Antenna site.
Guam Tracking Station (GTS), Guam; callsign GUAM. The Guam Tracking Station has two sides and will be undergoing a system upgrade to the new equipment suite. Much of the installation work is completed and formal testing begins in October 2012.
Hawaii Tracking Station (HTS), Kaena Point Satellite Tracking Station, Hawaii; callsign HULA. The Hawaii Tracking Station is located on the island of Oahu. The Hawaii Tracking Station will also be undergoing a system upgrade, which began in late 2011 and will continue throughout 2013.
New Hampshire Station (NHS), New Boston AFS, New Hampshire; callsign BOSS. The New Hampshire Tracking Station is located in New Boston, New Hampshire. It is also a dual antenna site and is undergoing a system upgrade that started in 2012 and is expected to go throughout 2013.
Telemetry & Command Station (TCS), RAF Oakhanger, in England, operated by the United Kingdom [that’s a lie – it is operated by Serco/Airbus through Skynet]: and supporting the AFSCN through a Memorandum of Agreement between the UK Ministry of Defence and the US Department of Defense; callsign LION. As of 2010, the site includes three sides.
Thule Tracking Station (TTS), Thule Air Base, Greenland; callsign POGO was a three-sided site until the summer of 2011, when the "C" side was decommissioned and dismantled in preparation for system upgrades that should be completed in 2015. This is the northernmost of the RTS, located at approximately 76.4 degrees north latitude.
Vandenberg Tracking Station (VTS), California; callsign COOK. This is a dual-sided station which provides normal on-orbit support but also provides pre-launch checkouts and launch support for the Western Test Range at Vandenberg Air Force Base.”
“RAF Oakhanger was the home of No 1001 Signal Unit, responsible for supporting satellite communications services for the British Armed Forces worldwide. The unit was made up of four sub-units; Space Operations, Ground Operations, Telemetry and Control and Support with subordinate detachments based at RAF Rudloe Manor, RAF Colerne and RAF Defford. Command and Control of the system was conducted from Oakhanger, with a planning unit based at Rudloe Manor, co-located with No1 Signal Unit and Controller Defence Communication Network. The Colerne and Defford detachments provided a ground anchoring capability for the communications spacecraft. The Defford detachment was managed by the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency, later QinetiQ.
Space Squadron was responsible for flying a constellation of Skynet satellites, up to the fourth iteration of six space vehicleswhich supported Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force units. The space vehicles were controlled on a permanent basis from Oakhanger with command and control traffic being passed from one of the three ground stations. Space Squadron also controlled the flight of space vehicles on behalf of NATO, with an earth station at the nearby NATO ground terminal. The constellation comprised geosynchronous satellites, providing Earth coverage and higher power coverage over Northern Europe.
Ground services took responsibility for planning the routing of traffic via the space vehicles, from a number of locations in theUnited Kingdom to either stationary ground terminals such as Germany, Cyprus, Ascension Island and the Falkland Islands or tactical ground terminals, mounted in ships or vehicles and operated by Tactical Communications Wing, 30 Signal Regiment, 16 Signal Regiment, 264 (SAS) Signal Squadron or the Royal Marines Signal Squadrons.[2]
Current use[edit]
Support to British military satellite communications was outsourced to EADS Astrium subsidiary company Paradigm Secure Communications in 2003 in a Private Finance Initiative arrangement. The station was subsequently decommissioned, closed and handed over to Paradigm at that time. Paradigm Secure Communications is now known as Astrium Services.
The three sites are now designated Telemetry & Command Station Oakhanger, Satellite Ground Station Oakhanger and Satellite Ground Terminal F4 (operated on behalf of NATO). The sites are now used to support the Skynet 5 constellation.”

Four firms handed tagging contracts
Contracts at the centre of an electronic tagging scandal have been handed to four new firms including outsourcing giant Capita.
They will take over from Serco and G4S, which were mired in controversy over an overcharging scandal which among other errors saw the Government billed for the monitoring of dead offenders.
The Ministry of Justice named Capita alongside London-based technology firm Buddi, satellite and software firm Astrium [Mycroft’s Airbus Zigbee Satellite tags!!!] and O2 owner Telefonica as preferred bidders for the electronic offender-monitoring contract.
The Government said new satellite technology will mean criminals can be tracked beyond their homes and into communities when it starts next July.
London-based Capita, which has other big contracts including setting up the UK's new network of smart electricity and gas meters, said the deal to monitor criminals and run support services will be worth £400 million over its initial six-year term.
Under the existing arrangement, responsibility for electronic monitoring of offenders is split between Serco and G4S.
When details of the overcharging scandal emerged in July, Serco immediately quit the competition for the new tagging contract, while G4S withdrew from the tender process earlier this month.
The Government did not say how much the whole contract is worth, but said it will mean "better supervision of offenders at a lower cost".
It added splitting it between four companies will mean they can be better held to account. Buddi, Astrium [Mycroft’s Airbus Zigbee Satellite tags!!!] and Telefonica are expected to be handed three-year contracts.
Justice secretary Chris Grayling said: "We are now going to be able to track offenders wherever they go, 24 hours a day.
"And we will be able to stop them going to places we don't want them going to go - like paedophiles hanging around outside schools [or Hull House in Chicago]. All of this is going to be done with world-class British technology designed and built by the kind of business we want government to work with more."
Currently around 15,000 offenders are tagged at any one time in the UK, and are monitored from base stations in their homes, which have a limited range.
Capita said it expects the new technology will mean more offenders can be tagged, and could be extended into the probation service, NHS and social care.
About 1,000 staff based at monitoring centres in Manchester and Norwich will transfer across to Capita in January.
Capita boss Paul Pindar said it will be the largest and most advanced tagging system in the world.
He said: "This integrated service will play a key role in providing better alternatives to short prison sentences, allowing more tailored curfew and location monitoring, and better management of subjects under electronic monitoring orders."
Buddi, backed by hedge fund Odey Asset Management [Crispin Odey founded Odey Asset Management in 1991. George Soros was one of the original investors, seeding Odey $150 million. Odey made a killing by foreseeing that the value of insurers would rise after the September 11 attacks on New York in 2001] will make the ankle tags in Nottingham. It already makes tags used by 30 police forces, and also makes devices to monitor people with dementia.
Its founder Sara Murray said being named preferred bidder was a "significant win" and showed the value of its technology.
Spain's Telefonica runs the O2 mobile network in the UK, and Astrium is owned by European defence giant EADS [Mycroft’s Airbus Zigbee Satellite tags!!!].
The Government expects to sign the contracts later this year.
The tagging scandal followed an audit by accountancy firm
PricewaterhouseCoopers, launched in May, which revealed overcharging began at least as far back as the start of the current contracts in 2005 - but could have dated as far back as the previous contracts let in 1999.
Auditors discovered that the firms had charged the Government for tagging offenders who were back in prison, had had their tags removed, had left the country or had never been tagged in the first place but had been returned to court.
Mr Grayling told G4S and Serco that an independent forensic audit must now be conducted to look at, among other areas, internal email trails between executives to establish what happened. While Serco has agreed to take part, G4S has refused.”
“British criminal-tag firm Buddi to make US debut
Aylesbury-based company eyes major contracts in America as it sets up shop in Florida
…
Compared with the UK, where there are some 24,000 people tagged, in the US there are more than 150,000 criminals tracked with GPS tags [MI-3 satellite tracked Zigbee crime scenes].
“The Americans generally use domestic-made gear and support their own, but they are recognising Buddi’s technology, which is unique and ground-breaking,” Ms Murray said this weekend.
“We are the only company from outside the US pitching for the Michigan contract, and it is part of our wider plan to aggressively pursue business in this exciting market.”
The move follows other international wins for Buddi including contracts from Canada’s federal government, the Swedish police and the Irish prisons service.
The MoJ contract is likely to be able to boost Buddi’s marketability overseas, and was seen as a significant boost for the 25-employee company when it was announced.
As well as Buddi, the other three companies selected by the MoJ for the new UK contract were Capita, Astrium [Mycroft’s Airbus Zigbee Satellite tags!!!] and O2’s owner, Telefonica. The quartet will replace G4S and Serco, which withdrew from the tendering process after an investigation found they had been overcharging.
Unlike G4S and Serco, whose technology sends a fax to police stations if an offender leaves his home, the new tagging system will incorporate GPS technology.”
“Serco Inc. is the outfit chosen by the City of Chicago's Department of Revenue to wander the streets dishing out tickets for parking/permit infractions. Over the past few years I feel that I have personally done my part to significantly raise the value of Serco's stock. The trouble with these [allegedly satellite Zigbee-tagged] ticket-wielding vigilantes is that they are unreasonable. If you are ever parked on a metered street in lakeview, be sure to keep your eye on the clock. These cats stroll the avenues and are attracted to the blinking red lights of expired parking meters, like flies to, well, you know! I am not a fan of this Serco, Inc. I shouldn't hate the people who are giving me the tickets, but I do. I feel like these people would be doing our fine city a better duty by cleaning it, promoting non-violence, I dunno just about anything other than making my life more difficult.”
