McConnell recognizes Mycroft Warrants as writs issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, who permits otherwise illegal acts (spoliation of evidence; spread betting on body-bag counts at crime-scene investigations; bypassing autopsies to conceal murder-for-hire and the placement of blackmailed pedophiles in decoy triage teams) and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.
MI-3 = Kristine Marcy (sister) + Norman Inkster + Interpol + Intrepid (William Stephenson)
McConnell claims Serco root companies extorted then Prince of Wales (Bullingdon alumnus, later Edward VII) to issue Mycroft warrants in 1865 to a telegraph-betting center in London’s Langham Hotel which has now allegedly become a pedophile honeypot used to blackmail MI-3 guests and turn them into well-synchronized Zigbee special weapons and tactics teams.
McConnell notes that while Serco’s pedophile blackmailers may have controlled hotel crime scenes and bookmaking frauds since 1888, MI-3 founder William “Intrepid” Stephenson made the first use of BBC wireless photo transmissions to blackmail Langham habitués who may have included a Bullingdon alumnus, the late and treasonous Duke of Windsor, and the late Winston Churchill – a compulsive but losing gambler and the grandfather of the new Serco Chief Executive Officer Rupert Soames and his BBC Mycroft role-playing brother Nicholas Soames.
McConnell claims that after the 1979-1995 Unabomb campaign, Nicholas Soames, a former personal assistant to the late chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Mark Hatfield, and Ms. Baginski developed Serco’s SkyNet and Inmarsat satellite systems with Smart Grid clocks and equipped ZigBee agents for the spread-bet decoy maneuvers of 9/11 and MH 370.
McConnell believes Privy Councillor Soames – former Defence Minister under the Langham Hotel habitué John Major and a skilled practitioner of MI-3 Mycroft Qui tam frauds (cf. Serco tags, FAA Contract Towers, Skynet Wi-Fi, USPTO, Obamacare) – ordered Baginski to stage a hijack in which the real MH370 was landed in China while ZigBee agents pinged Inmarsat, fed a sting to the BBC, stole Freescale timing devices and prepared for a phony Doomsday search.

Malaysian Airplane Kept Flying For 5 Hours After Dissappearing?
March 14 2014 Breaking News Flight MH370 sent signals to satellite for hours

The story of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 is a mystery for sure, but information is now starting to emerge that allows us to join some of the dots.
We know the aeroplane was fitted with a satellite system that enabled it to pass information to the ground during its journey.
This system, called "Classic Aero" and operated by London's big satellite telecommunications company Inmarsat, can transmit a range of data, even voice calls.
In its official statement, all Inmarsat will say is that it did indeed receive signals over its network from the plane, and that these were automated "pings".
All this has been shared with the Malaysian authorities.
What my sources tell me is that flight MH370 continued to ping for at least five hours after the aircraft left Malaysian airspace.
There is simply no way such a signal can be sent unless a plane is intact and powered.
Automated pings are essentially just an "I'm live" message.
Nonetheless, their receipt alone should make it possible to work out not just an approximate position for the aircraft at the time of transmission, but also an altitude.
All this may explain why the Americans have now suggested the search should be extended to the Indian Ocean.
None of this explains, of course, what happened to the aircraft, and, if confirmed, why it deviated so far from its planned route. Priority
In this day and age, it seems remarkable that we do not know precisely where every plane in the sky is at any given moment. After the tragic loss of Air France flight 447 in 2009, equipping planes with everywhere-tracking equipment was supposed to be a priority.
The technology exists in a range of forms. Systems like that operated by Inmarsat could be used; and the European and German space agencies are even testing a sensor in orbit that can track signals from ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) transmissions.
ADS-B is a situational awareness system that alerts planes to the proximity of other planes, but with the right equipment placed on a constellation of spacecraft in orbit, it would be possible to track these signals in even the remotest locations, such as over the poles.
Space companies are already doing something similar with ships on the open ocean.
All aircraft entering European airspace will have to be equipped with ADS-B by 2015.
One of the issues is always cost, which will have to be borne most likely by the airlines. But the distress of the families with missing loved ones on flight MH370 tells us these technologies have to be put in place, and soon.

“NeverVotedBush writes with news reported by CNN that a passenger manifest for the flight that went missing on its way from Malaysia to China indicates that "Twenty of the passengers aboard the flight work with Freescale Semiconductor, a [Zigbee development] company based in Austin, Texas. The company said that 12 of the employees are from Malaysia and eight are from China," and writes "Apparently, at least two passengers used stolen passports to board."”

“Front running is the illegal practice of a stockbroker executing orders on a security for its own account while taking advantage of advance knowledge of pending orders from its customers. When orders previously submitted by its customers will predictably affect the price of the security, purchasing first for its own account gives the broker an unfair advantage, since it can expect to close out its position at a profit based on the new price level. The front running broker either buys for his own account (before filling customer buy orders that drive up the price), or sells (where the broker sells for its own account, before filling customer sell orders that drive down the price). Allegations of front running occasionally arise in stock and commodity exchanges, in scandals concerning floor brokers and exchange specialists.”

“Serco Inc. is the outfit chosen by the City of Chicago's Department of Revenue to wander the streets dishing out tickets for parking/permit infractions. Over the past few years I feel that I have personally done my part to significantly raise the value of Serco's stock. The trouble with these ticket-wielding vigilantes is that they are unreasonable. If you are ever parked on a metered street in lakeview, be sure to keep your eye on the clock. These cats stroll the avenues and are attracted to the blinking red lights of expired parking meters, like flies to, well, you know! I am not a fan of this Serco, Inc. I shouldn't hate the people who are giving me the tickets, but I do. I feel like these people would be doing our fine city a better duty by cleaning it, promoting non-violence, I dunno just about anything other than making my life more difficult.”
