#1889: Marine Links MI-3 Mycroft’s MH ZigBee Kidnap to Serco BAE Bribes, Patent Pool F-35

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked ZigBee agents hired by the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company and Nicholas ‘Mycroft’ Soames for the kidnapping of 20 Freescale Semiconductor passengers on Flight MH 370 of March 8, 2014, to Serco and BAE bribes apparently arranged by Maureen Baginski for the Mycroft warrants needed to authorize the movement of kidnap victims through various ZigBee decoy maneuvers, their relocation in China and the construction of a backdoor into Freescale patent-pool devices installed on the F-35 Lightning fighter.

McConnell recognizes Mycroft Warrants as writs issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, who permits otherwise illegal acts (spoliation of evidence; spread betting on body-bag counts at crime-scene investigations; bypassing autopsies to conceal murder-for-hire and the placement of blackmailed pedophiles in decoy triage teams) and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.

MI-3 = Kristine Marcy (sister) + Norman Inkster + Interpol + Intrepid (William Stephenson)

McConnell claims Serco root companies extorted then Prince of Wales (Bullingdon alumnus, later Edward VII) to issue Mycroft warrants to a telegraph-betting center in London’s Langham Hotel – an alleged pedophile honeypot used to entrap and blackmail MI-3 Innholders’ guests and now a virtual command base to synchronize global deployments of Zigbee kidnap, confiscation and contract-hit teams. (cf. Ian Fleming T-Force – a lightly armed and highly mobile unit, tasked with capturing Nazi scientific and technical military material).

McConnell notes that while Serco’s pedophile blackmailers may have controlled hotel crime scenes and bookmaking frauds since 1888, MI-3 founder William “Intrepid” Stephenson made the first use of BBC wireless photo transmissions to blackmail Langham habitués who may have included a Bullingdon alumnus, the late and treasonous Duke of Windsor, and the late Winston Churchill – a compulsive but losing gambler and the grandfather of the new Serco Chief Executive Officer Rupert Soames and his BBC Mycroft role-playing brother Nicholas Soames.

McConnell claims that after the 1979-1995 Unabomb campaign, Baginski and Soames, a former personal assistant to the late chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Mark Hatfield, procured Serco clocks and Freescale EW devices to support MI-3 Innholders MitM attacks so ZigBee agents could disrupt first responders and synchronize the spoliation of evidence on 9/11.

McConnell believes Privy Councillor Soames – former Defence Minister under the Langham Hotel habitué John Major and a skilled practitioner of MI-3 Mycroft Qui tam frauds (cf. Serco tags, FAA Contract Towers, Skynet Wi-Fi, USPTO, Obamacare) – ordered Baginski to stage a hijack in which the real MH370 was landed in China while ZigBee agents pinged Inmarsat, fed a wagging dog to the BBC, re-located the Freescale engineers and prepped the decoy Five Eyes' search fields which now stretch between Australia and Kazakhstan.

McConnell invites key word Googlers to read excerpts below and ask why “The List of Sherlock Innholders – The Wrist That Didn’t Bleed” book has a new title at http://www.abeldanger.net/

20 Tech Geeks Working for Freescale Semiconductor on Missing Flight MH370

20 passengers on board the missing flight were world-class electronic Techs for a major Defense Contracting Company that specialize in such things as electronic weapons that “disappear” airplanes and ships from the battlefield. They were employed by Freescale Semiconducter which designs and manufactures cutting edge electronic weaponry for the Department of Defense.  Such weaponry includes those making it possible to simply vanish planes off of radar…

Jacey Zuniga, a spokeswoman for Freescale Semiconductor, says 12 Malaysian and 8 Chinese employees are “confirmed passengers.”

Freescale Semiconductor (NYSE: FSL), is a global leader in radio frequency (RF) power transistors, in 2012 announced the availability of 11 new commercial RF power LDMOS products that can meet the requirements of U.S. defense electronics applications. This is the first set of products released as part of the company’s strategic defense initiatives for its RF power business.”

For Serco, it's bad and good news. The private security firm is having to pay £68.5m to settle "charging errors" on an electronic tagging [ZigBee] contract. On the other hand, the company expects to be able to prove to government in January that its house is now in order and thus regain the right to bid for government work. For rival G4S, there is no immediate relief. It is facing another inquiry by the Serious Fraud Office, this time over two facilities management contracts. Nor is there a settlement on tagging. Instead, the process of demonstrating "corporate renewal" rolls on with no finishing line in sight.”

[Maureen Baginski’s] Serco Processes 2 Millionth Patent Application for U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
RESTON, VIRGINIA – March 18, 2013 – Serco Inc., a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to the federal government, announced today that their Pre-Grant Publication (PGPubs) Classification Services team recently processed their 2 millionth patent application for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).  Each application was also processed within the contractually required 28-day window.

USPTO is the government agency that grants U.S. patents and registers trademarks.  In 2006 Serco was awarded the contract with USPTO to manage their Pre-Grant Publication (PGPubs) Classification Services.  Serco’s PGPubs team has since been responsible for analyzing the claims made in patent applications and assigning the appropriate U.S. and international classifications to key aspects of proposed inventions.”

BAE Systems will admit two criminal charges and pay fines of £286m to settle US and UK probes into the firm.

It will hand over more than £250m to the US [MI-3’s KPMG-administered DOJ Asset Forfeiture Fund], which accused BAE of "wilfully misleading" it over payments made as the firm tried to win contracts.

The defence group will pay about £30m in the UK [MI-3’s KPMG-administered Queen’s Privy Purse] - a record criminal corporate fine - for separate wrongdoings.

The firm said the pleas did not relate to accusations of corruption or bribery but that it "regretted" shortcomings.

BBC business editor Robert Peston said that pleading guilty to criminal charges in Britain and the US was "a serious embarrassment" to BAE, the UK's largest manufacturer.”

The Honourable Company of Air Pilots, formerly the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (GAPAN) is one of the Livery Companies of the City of London. The Guild was established in 1929 and was granted the status of a Livery Company in 1956. The Guild is responsible for advising the government on air safety and aeronautics.

The Guild ranks eighty-first in the order of precedence of Livery Companies and fourth in the order of precedence of the Modern Livery Companies. It is unique amongst City Livery Companies in having active Regional Committees in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and North America, and unique in being permitted to continue to be called a Guild notwithstanding its status as a Livery Company.

Her Majesty the Queen, was pleased to grant a Royal Charter to the Guild in the name of The Honourable Company of Air Pilots commencing Wednesday, 19 February 2014.[1]

The Guild's motto is Per Cælum Via Nostra, Latin for Our Way Is By The Heavens.

Its objectives are:

To establish and maintain the highest standards of air safety through the promotion of good airmanship among pilots and navigators.

To maintain a liaison with all authorities connected with licensing, training and legislation affecting pilot or navigator whether private, professional, civil or military.

To constitute a body of experienced airmen available for advice and consultation and to facilitate the exchange of information.
To strive to enhance the status of air pilots and air navigators.
To assist air pilots and air navigators in need through the Benevolent Fund.”

An elite fighting force from World War Two which inspired James Bond creator Ian Fleming has received an official bravey recognition more than 65 years since they were last in action.

Ian Fleming’s Moonraker

The Daily Mail reports that the Target Force unit, also known as T-Force were a lightly armed and highly mobile unit, tasked with capturing Nazi scientific and technical military materials.

Surviving members have been officially thanked for their services in letter of appreciation from army chief, Sir David Richards.

link has been shown to possibly exist between Fleming’s experiences serving in the unit and his 1955 James Bond novel Moonraker. Further information on this is available in Sean Longden’s book T-Force: The Race for Nazi War Secrets, 1945, which was published last year in the UK.

While never meeting Fleming personally, Fred Tapper, who served as a bomb disposal expert in the squadron, stated: ‘He got the inspiration for James Bond when we stormed a chateau in search of military secrets before the Russians got there.’

‘I suppose I was a bit like James Bond. I can see that’s where he got his ideas from.’”

T-Force was composed of US Army and British Army units assigned to secure designated targets as well as additional targets of opportunity before they could be destroyed by retreating German forces or looters during the final stages of World War II and the period after the German surrender. Originally focusing on targets that might yield important intelligence, particularly as related to military technology, they were also tasked with seizing and interrogating Nazi German scientists and businessmen in the aftermath of VE Day. Even as Nazi resistance collapsed, it was feared that Nazi technology had been transferred to Japan and might still threaten US troops in the Pacific, but T-Force activities could also be seen as the beginning of the Cold War, which may account for the scarcity of publicly available information on T-Force activities. An important goal, though it could not be acknowledged at the time, was to prevent Nazi technology from falling into Russian hands. One such operation, Operation Eclipse under Tony Hibbert, to seize Kiel, was executed in defiance of the agreement between US and British forces and the forces of the USSR to divide post-war Germany into zones of influence. The operations of the T-Force were among the largest "exploitation operations" carried out by the allies.[1] Another important objective of T-Force was preventing damage to infrastructure such as telephone exchanges that would be useful to occupying forces and in the rebuilding of Germany.”

The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II is a family of single-seat, single-engine, fifth-generation multirole fighters under development to perform ground attack, reconnaissance, and air defense missions withstealth capability.[8][9] The F-35 has three main models; the F-35A is a conventional takeoff and landing variant, the F-35B is a short take-off and vertical-landing variant, and the F-35C is a carrier-based variant.

The F-35 is descended from the X-35, the product of the Joint Strike Fighter(JSF) program. It is being designed and built by an aerospace industry team led by Lockheed Martin. Other major F-35 industry partners include Northrop Grumman,Pratt & Whitney and BAE Systems. The F-35 took its first flight on 15 December 2006. The United States plans to buy 2,443 aircraft. The F-35 variants are intended to provide the bulk of its manned tactical airpower for the U.S. Air ForceMarine Corps andNavy over the coming decades. Deliveries of the F-35 for the U.S. military are to be completed in 2037.[10]

F-35 JSF development is being principally funded by the United States with additional funding from partners. The partner nations are either NATO members or close U.S. allies. The United KingdomIsraelItalyAustraliaCanadaNorwayDenmark, theNetherlands, and Turkey are part of the active development program;[11][12][13] Japanhas ordered the F-35,[14][15] while Singapore may also equip their air force with the F-35.[16] South Korea decided to purchase F-35s in late 2013.[17][18][19]

A new Chinese stealth fighter jet’s design includes details obtained in a Chinese cyber-spying operation conducted seven years ago against the F-35 Lightning II, according to a new report based on conversations with US military officials and contractors.

The Chinese espionage plot, dubbed Operation Byzantine Hades by US intelligence agencies, primarily targeted government as well as US industry. While the US Office of National Intelligence is known to have more details about the plot, Bill Gertz of the Washington Free Beacon reported that new Chinese planes have incorporated technology previously only found in the F-35.

A video posted on a Chinese military message board was reportedly the first evidence that such a theft had taken place. The websites featured images of a newer version of the J-20 stealth jet, a twin engine aircraft currently under development by the Chinese People Liberation’s Army.

The initial J-20 prototype was revealed in 2011, however the aircraft shown in the video was equipped with a new electro-optical targeting system under its nose, an updated coating that will help the plane hide from radar, and newly hidden engine nozzle, according to the Free Beacon.

Pentagon officials have said that the data was first taken by a Chinese military group called the Technical Reconnaissance Bureau based in Chengdu province. The information was then given to the Aviation Industry Corp. (AVIC). The AVIC then passed it on to a subsidiary, the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group, to incorporate the information into the new design.

The US military first began development on the F-35 in 2006. Since then, the stealth fighter has a reported 100 percent success rate in its weapons testing in recent years, according to Michael Brissenden of ABC news in Australia, although reliability issues with the plane mean its design is not yet complete.

Serco Inc. is the outfit chosen by the City of Chicago's Department of Revenue to wander the streets dishing out tickets for parking/permit infractions. Over the past few years I feel that I have personally done my part to significantly raise the value of Serco's stock. The trouble with these [ZigBee] ticket-wielding vigilantes is that they are unreasonable. If you are ever parked on a metered street in lakeview, be sure to keep your eye on the clock. These cats stroll the avenues and are attracted to the blinking red lights of expired parking meters, like flies to, well, you know! I am not a fan of this Serco, Inc. I shouldn't hate the people who are giving me the tickets, but I do. I feel like these people would be doing our fine city a better duty by cleaning it, promoting non-violence, I dunno just about anything other than making my life more difficult.”

Yours sincerely,
