#1874: Marine Links MI-3 Mycroft Soames to Serco 7/7 Tags, Katrina Spot-Fixed Body Bags

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked bookmakers and blackmailers hired by the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company through Nicholas Mycroft Soames, to Serco tags on 7/7 victims allegedly murdered by De Boer triage teams and shipped in body bags to New Orleans to support a Hurricane Katrina body-count spot-fixing fraud.

McConnell recognizes Mycroft Warrants as writs issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, who permits an otherwise illegal act (such as the spoliation of evidence of spot fixing at crime-scene investigations, or, the omission of autopsies to conceal murder-for-hire, or, the placement of blackmailed pedophiles in phony triage teams) and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.

MI-3 = Kristine Marcy (sister) + Norman Inkster + Interpol + Intrepid (William Stephenson)

McConnell claims that Serco root companies extorted Mycroft warrants from the Prince of Wales (later Edward VII) and set up a telegraph-betting call center in 1865 in London’s Langham Hotel which subsequently became the Innholders' base for blackmailed pedophile guests from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States.

McConnell notes that whilst Serco’s pedophile blackmailers may have controlled hotel-based crime scenes and bookmaking frauds since 1888, the first use of wireless photo transmissions to blackmail Langham habituĂ©s was by MI-3 founder William “Intrepid” Stephenson whose possible victims include the late Winston Churchill – a compulsive gambler and the grandfather of the newly-appointed Serco CEO Rupert Soames and his Mycroft Qui tam brother Nicholas.

McConnell claims that Soames became a skilled practitioner of MI-3 Mycroft Qui tam frauds (cf. Serco tagging, Obamacare, FAA Contract Towers) while serving as personal assistant to the late U.S. Senator Mark Hatfield, a former chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee. McConnell claims that Nicholas Soames – a Privy Councillor and former UK Defence Minister under Langham habituĂ© John Major – conspired with Serco director and former FBI Executive Assistant Director for Intelligence Maureen Baginski to have De Boer/Aggreko triage teams tag the bodies of expert witnesses murdered at one crime scene and spot fix the body bags at another.

McConnell invites key word Googlers to read excerpts below and ask why “The List of Sherlock Innholders – The Wrist That Didn’t Bleed” book has a new title at http://www.abeldanger.net/

Mortuary Solutions
Back/De Boer Business Continuity - temporary business space/Mortuary Solutions

Handling an emergency situation such as a major fire or terrorist attack in which there may be casualties or even fatalities, is one of the most demanding situations central and local governments can be faced with.

Local Emergency Mortuary Arrangement

Under present regulations it is the responsibility and obligation of a local authority to deal with disasters in its area. The Local Emergency Mortuary Arrangement means the local government must be prepared to receive casualties within 24 hours at a nearby location.

This can be a very difficult task, particularly at a time when there would be so many other demands on local authority officials such as public order, caring for bereaved relatives, security, and forensic science issues.

Quick delivery of fully functional facilities

De Boer can provide all the essential facilities which may be required and amenities such as electricity, specific temperature control equipment, as well as special flooring to deal with chemicals and water.

Reliable

Our extensive experience in handling disaster situations have enabled us to create a unique, affordable solution to provide requirements that can be operational anywhere at anytime, twenty four hours a day, every day of the year.

Previous assignments include:
- Mortuary Extension in London for tsunami repatriation casualties
- Emergency Mortuary in central London after the 7/7 bombs (click here to download HAC-video wmv 20MB)
- Emergency mortuary in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina
- Forensic facilities in the Midlands after warehouse fire.

Amongst the visitors were members of the Royal Family, Government Ministers, Faith Leaders, senior officers and planners from the emergency services and many Category 1 and 2 agencies under the Civil Contingency Act . The Lord Chancellor who attended [allegedly on orders of Mycroft Soames] described the facilities as setting a “Gold standard” in the care of victims and the pursuit of forensic evidence’’. September 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center[edit]
As head of the New York City Medical Examiners Office, Hirsch and six aides went to establish a temporary morgue for the victims of the September 11, 2001, attacks at the World Trade Center. When the North Tower collapsed, two members of the team were severely injured and Hirsch was thrown to the ground and bruised over much of his body, and left covered with dust over his entire body.[3][4] Emptying the pulverized concrete from his pockets that day, Hirsch realized that many of the victims would have suffered a similar fate and been "rendered into dust". The Chief Medical Examiner's office has been responsible for the identification of the 20,000 body parts recovered at the site, and has used DNA and other medical technology to identify the individuals and to notify their families.[3]

After the 2006 death from respiratory disease of James Zadroga, a New York City Police Department Detective who had spent 450 hours as a rescue worker at Ground Zero, the Ocean County, New Jersey medical examiner's office, conducted an autopsy in April 2006 and reported that "It is felt with a reasonable degree of medical certainty that the cause of death in this case was directly related to the 9/11 incident"[5] making Zadroga, 34-years-old at the time of his death, the first 9/11 responder whose death was directly linked with toxic Ground Zero substances.[6] An autopsy conducted by Hirsch in October 2007 found that Zadroga's death was not related to his time at Ground Zero, with Hirsch and another medical examiner signing a statement that "It is our unequivocal opinion, with certainty beyond doubt, that the foreign material in your son’s lungs did not get there as the result of inhaling dust at the World Trade Center or elsewhere."[7] Hirsch concluded that Zadroga died from self-injection of ground drugs, with Hirsch finding severe scarring in his lungs that he determined was caused by cellulose and talc granulomas and stating (through a spokesperson) that "The lung disease he had was a consequence of injecting prescription drugs".[8]Officials from the Chief Medical Examiner's office met with the Zadroga family to present his findings.[9] A third opinion obtained by Zadroga's family later that month from Dr. Michael Baden, chief forensic pathologist of the New York State Police (and former New York City Medical Examiner), backed the original claim of WTC dust responsibility, citing the presence of glass fibers in Zadroga's lungs that could not be related to injecting drugs. The Daily News criticized Hirsch in a November 2007 editorial, stating that the results blaming the death on drug use "libeled the memory of Detective James Zadroga" and that Hirsch had "committed a gross injustice that no apology can ever set right".[10]

As part of a March 2007 filing by families of 9/11 victims who want to conduct additional searches for remains, a letter from Hirsch signed in 2003 was included stating that cremated human remains, resulting from the initial fires when the towers were hit and the continuing flames in the pit, were included in the debris taken to the Fresh Kills Landfill, and that he believed it was "virtually certain that at least some human tissue is mixed with the dirt at the Staten Island landfill."[11]”

Mortuary and Accommodation Facilities,

New Orleans

“The De Boer Company has been an invaluable resource to the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner in our planning for disasters and mass fatality management. They have generously shared their experiences and lessons learned through several deployments.” CHARLES HIRSCH, MD, Chief Medical Examiner

The Context:

Within weeks of the London Bombings mortuary activation, Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf of Mexico. The most affected area was in and around the city of New Orleans in the United States.

The Requirement:

The US Authorities [Allegedly Serco director Maureen Bagisnki] approached the UK Home Office for advice. De Boer was recommended by the Home Office [on the alleged authority of Nicholas Mycroft Soames], following the events surrounding the London Bombings and the Asian tsunami.

Amid fears of a colossal death toll, De Boer was asked to provide emergency mortuary facilities for up to 10,000 bodies for the FEMA. In addition to the mortuary facilities, De Boer was asked to provide temporary ‘hotel’ accommodation for almost 1,500 employees of the US oil industry, who had been badly hit by the hurricane and large numbers of emergency relief workers as well as a significant number of displaced citizens.

This included sleeping areas, catering, showering, washing amenities and recreation areas.

Our Approach:

Once the scale of the requirement became clear, De Boer swiftly airlifted 600 tonnes of structures to the disaster zone, and built mortuary solutions of 25,000 square metres, as well as extensive facilities for the oil and emergency relief workers. All this undertaken in very harsh and difficult working conditions. Fortunately, the death toll from the disaster proved to be far less than at first feared, nearer 1,000 than 10,000. Benefits:

With this implementation, De Boer clearly demonstrated its ability to respond swiftly, and on a massive scale, in a disaster scenario, and virtually anywhere in the world.

De Boer showed that it can activate quickly, and in the light of other events, have a unique in-depth knowledge, and flexibility to adapt to the requirements in a disaster situation.”

“Hi Juliano I've just read the absurd comment on that article that the morgue was erected the day before 7/7 - it wasn't - the contract for a Resilience Mortuary as part of the Mass Fatality plan for London was received by De Boers on 6/07/05. De Boers incidentally erected the press and public annexe at the Royal Courts of Justice for the 7/7 Inquests. J7”

Yours sincerely,
