McConnell recognizes a Mycroft Warrant as a writ issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, who permits an otherwise illegal act (such as the spoliation of evidence of spot fixing at crime-scene investigations, or, the omission of autopsies to conceal murder-for-hire, or, the positioning of blackmailed pedophiles in phony triage teams) and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.

The Predator has struck, one more time. We seek for its identity, what is it? I here compare two different events, perpetrated by the Enemies of Mankind, seven years apart. Maybe first read my earlier post.
1. Scene of crime remains concealed: no media access
No-one has been able to get into the Sandy Hook elementary school to verify if there are any bullet-marks, bloodstains etc, then on January 2nd the children were transferred to another school some miles away: we assume the old Sandy Hook Elementary School will remain sealed off, and will be demolished. Perhaps a shootout DID NOT ACTUALLY HAPPEN THERE, it was just an illusion. Kids heard bangs, that’s all we can say. The new school will be patrolled by security guards permanently: presumably to maintain the kids in a state of sufficient trauma to prevent them talking, or remembering the wrong sort of thing.
No bodies, only some duffle bags (Daily Mail)
The Mail Online 6 January shows this image, subtitled: ‘Chaotic scenes at the school as police work to secure the area and bodies are carried out of the school.’ But look carefully, no bodies are here, only some duffle bags – and some are doubting whether this is the school car-park.
In the London Bombings, the three train carriages were kept absolutely out or bounds then destroyed one year later: the blown-up bus was taken up to Sevenoaks Military establishment, i.e only the military can see it.
2. CCTV switched off
The Sandy Hook Elementary School was in an up-market area of Connecticut, shown by the large majority of its children being from Jewish families. It would have had high-security equipment including CCTV cameras. We have as yet not been shown images from the time of the crime (curiously vague, but said to have been three minutes around 9.45 on14th December). There are no images of a ‘crime scene’ eg bullet-marks in walls or through windows. No wounded persons being interviewed.
During the London Bombings, as also for 9/11, the CCTV was switched off: no pictures, from the most heavily CCTV’d city in the world (until 3 years later when some rather dodgy ones were released).
3. The patsy perpetrator(s), clueless and unmotivated, are themselves killed so they cannot defend themselves. Dead, then can be given all the blame.
There is no reason to suppose that the 20-year old autistic Adam Lanza had any expertise or practice in using guns, still less that his Mother went herself to a firing range or belonged to a rifle club and brought her son along. The car allegedly driven by him to the school turned out to belong to a shady felon, with FBI ties. Would or could any young man shoot his mother, take her car, drive it to a school to which he does not belong, be dressed in black, shoot his way into the school with several guns and kill virtually every target he aims at? How could anyone believe such a story? Then he kills himself – and then, goes over to his car and puts the rifle he has used back in the book. There is no conceivable motive for this physically quite impossible sequence of events.
The four alleged London bombers knew nothing about chemistry, never had any interest in it, and had no bomb-making skills that anyone ever heard about. Once dead they had no-one to defend their name against the official fictions. Not one of them had an animus against British society, to motivate any antisocial act.
4. An ever-changing story
If a story is being made up, then different agencies will be spinning it, so it will never be very coherent. The Sandy Hook story became incoherent at the moment when CNN News announced that four pistols had been found in the school: presumably because the official coroner had averred that each of the 28 bodies had an average of seven bullet-holes in them, so they needed four pistols to credibly sound as if two hundred bullets had been fired. One young lad is not going tobreak into the school with four guns – after shooting his own Mother. .
The story of the rifle used – the Coroner averred that all injuries had been made with the rifle, then it was found to have been placed in the back of a car outside the school – can never make any sense.
First we were told she was a teacher at the school, and Adam went to that school, then later it emerged: A former school board official in Newtown called into question earlier reports that Nancy Lanza had been connected to Sandy Hook Elementary School, possibly as part of the teaching staff. “No one has heard of her,” said Lillian Bittman, who served on the local school board until 2011. “Teachers don’t know her.”
The 7/7 London bombings was truly an ever-changing story, with a narrative that relied heavily upon journalistic amnesia and credulity over the latest bit of unattributed gossip. Notably over what explosive had been used, which kept changing. The State lies to its own people. The State participates in killing its own people.
5. Terror-Drills being run
On 17th September 2010, HSEEP Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program had a drill with FEMA at the Sandy Hook Fire Department, which is near to the Elementary School. On the day of the event, starting at 9.00 am, a FEMA exercise ‘Planning for the Needs of Children in Disasters’ took place in Connecticut not far from Sandy Hook. Some conjecture that this got moved and happened at the school, which would account for the presence of Federal troops there seemingly much too early. There is probably a lot more of this to come out. There is a picture on the Web of children of Sandy Hook forming a chain and being told to close their eyes – that is what a kiddie terror-drill looks like – from a couple of months earlier.
“Sandy Hook has a recent history of federally staged Terror Drills. A mock school shooting drill was being conducted in Putman County only miles away on the very same day as the Sandy Hook events on December 14.”
The London Bombings had four main terror-drills leading up to it, the last of these by Peter Power on the very morning at the same three tube stations.
6. Guilty culprits announced too soon.
At 9:53AM, no more than ten minutes after the reported shooting ceased, the Associated Press published a story, “Official with Knowledge of Connecticut School Shooting Says 27 Dead, Including 18 Children.” Neighbours of Nancy Lanza said that around 9:15am they saw police surrounding the house, taping off the neighborhood and telling everyone to evacuate. Yet, they supposedly did not learn the identity of the shooter until c. 11:30am. They identified the bodies of the “shooter” and his mother before the body identifying process even started, with names, occupations, “health issues”, marital status and residency.
On 9/11, news items started alluding to Osama Bin Laden about an hour after the event. On 7/7 Tony Blair announced that it was an Islamic crime at 5 pm on that day. The total of 52 dead was announced much too early, in fact while two of them ‘not yet dead’ were still in hospital.
7. Film pre-announcement of the event.
The Batman film ‘Dark Knight rises’ alluded to Sandy Hook region of Gotham City, as a portion of the city of Gotham during a setup of one of the bad guy’s dirty deeds in that movie. Earlier promotions of the film the year before did not (Alex Jones discovered) have that Sandy Hook reference. The 2000 film ‘The Sandy Hook Lingerie Party Massacre’ has the killer strike in the aftermath of a hurricane.’
Or, the ritual sacrifice of 22 children is portrayed in ‘The Hunger Games’ by Suzanne Collins: she lives in Sandy Hook.
The London bombings were prefigured in the film ‘V for Vendetta’ about an Underground train primed to blow up. It was filmed in the months leading up to 7/7, so Warner Brothers had free run of the London Undergound tunnels. Its launch had to be postponed because it was too similar to what had just happened. Likewise ‘the Descent’ a horror movie scheduled to open the day after on 8th July, about people trapped underground and dying: its launch had to be postponed. Compare the classic film ‘The Matrix,’ where after 17 mins one sees 11 Sept 2001 on Anderson’s passport ID.
8. Families not allowed to see bodies of loved ones.
At least one family had the experience of not even being allowed to see the body of their loved one. “They told me, ‘You can’t see (the body),’” Gilles Rousseau told Radio-Canada, the French-language CBC. “ They would just be shown photographs. ‘Where are the Sandy Hook Bodies? Many are wondering, are there any bodies?
There was a bizarre aspect to the 7/7 tragedy, in the way families had to wait often over a week just to be told whether their loved one was dead, and then would be not allowed to see the body – with phoney tales that it might upset them too much – or else shown them embalmed with a policeman standing by.
9. Families not allowed to speak
On December 19 the Connecticut State Police assigned individual personnel to each of the
26 families who lost a loved one at Sandy Hook Elementary. “The families have requested no press interviews,” State Police assert on their behalf, “and we are asking that this request be honoured – a de facto gag order. What is it so terrible they might say?
In the 7/7 London bombings, ‘grieving parents’ would always be wheeled out to support the government narrative, but one could never get to speak to any of them.
10. Identity Theft
Adam Lanza was a vegan because he ‘didn’t want to hurt animals’. Nancy Lanza ‘was a wonderful, beautiful, elegant woman who loved life, and most importantly she loved her son, Adam’ a friend has testified. They lived on a street named after the great Indian Yogi ParamanshaYoganada: what did this mean to them?
The Mother has been hyped as an Apocalypse-expecting gun-toting food-storing freak (as a prelude to demonising gun-owners in America, the whole point of this exercise)
Sid Khan especially of the 7/7 Four was a rising star of Beeston, and after his death he became the most thoroughly demonised of the Four. Seemingly endless terror-tales were woven around him. SidKhab was especially proud of his reputation for non-violent conflict-resolution (see my online talk, about MSK as a ‘local action hero’) Wherever false-flag terror is perpetrated, it is important to try and rescue the identity of the person who gets blamed and demonised (eg for the Bali Bomb of 2002, someone called Amrotzi, who was a quite sensitive and intelligent young man).
11. Actors used
At least one ‘grieving parent’ at Sandy Hook looks as if he was acting a part. People are suspecting work by ‘Crisis Actors.org’: ”Trained players and actors making it real,’ available for ‘active shooter drills.’ They bring ‘intense realism to simulated mass casualty incidents.’
The London bombings had some actors spotted on the street that morning, presumably part of the ‘terror drill’ scheduled for that morning http://www.youtube.
12. Deaths not real
‘Even more unusual are the observations of Facebook pages of the deceased being created days or even months prior to the shooting, further suggesting the synthetic and premeditated nature of the event. For example, on March 23, 2011 a Facebook site was established, titled “RIP Emilie Parker,” for the daughter of Robbie Parker, now well-known after the soliloquy delivered on CNN and preceded by a gleeful chuckle and query as to whether he should read the lines provided him.’ One may doubt whether any of the 28 ‘deaths’ at Sandy Hook Elementary School were real.
The London bombings had one definite not-real-death,viz Myriam Hyman (but there may have been others). She’s on the plaque at Tavistock Square but no way did she die there.
THE BIG DIFFERENCE
Normally when fabricated terror happens, the story is fake but the deaths are real. It is the dead bodies which give the air of gravity and solemnity, so that Those Who Create Delusion will be believed. The London bombings had dreadful scenes of carnage, seen by real witnesses.
Sandy Hook has only two dead bodies known: Adam and Nancy Lanza. On that morning, the local hospital went into lockdown and cleared four trauma rooms, but received only three patients, two of them dead children (according to the official story) and one mildly wounded adult. We saw locked-down kiddie-coffins in funeral services, but is that enough? The situation may remind us of 9/11, when airports that morning were waiting for the grieving relatives – but none came. The security forces averred that they had removed the bodies from the school in the middle of the night: had they?

Government outsourcing giants SERCO and G4S have managed to win contracts worth billions in tax payer money, while largely managed to avoid any scrutiny from mainstream media, and government accounts from what it seems. There’s a reason for that…
Now Justice Secretary Chris Grayling has made big news this week accusing multinational outsourcing firms G4S and SERCO of charging for electronically tagging convicts who were either back in prison – or who had already died. Yes, you heard that one right.
As a result, millions of dollars have been wiped off the stock market value of both G4S and SERCO. So it looks like the taxpayers have been propping up the share prices of SERCO and G4S all these years – giving them that extra profit, generated by institutional fraud and theft.
The solution is equally as shady – to have multinational accountancy firm Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) do the auditing on behalf on the government. This could be a bit of a problem too…
For starters, where was auditor PwC when its client Barclays was gaming Libor? What was PwC doing when its client AIG was processing billions in fraudulent transations which ended in a multi-billion dollar bailout to the firm? What was PwC thinking when it allowed Tyco International Ltd. to continue engaging in multibillion-dollar accounting fraud over a period of years? And the list goes on, and on. From one corporate bemoth to another. Sure, PwC will do a ‘proper audit’ of SERCO and G4S. Outsourcing the audit to yet another large conglomerate like Price Waterhouse Coopers is no solution either, as it’s the equivalent of allowing one branch of a mafia family to investigate the another. Too late though, because the government has already given up on auditing anything these days.
Herein lies the problem with outsourcing most of our public services and operations to large conglomerates – it’s easy to fiddle the invoices, whereby, over a long period of time, a little can add up to tens of millions, with the taxpayers picking up the bill of course.
Politicians never want to talk about this reality, because they need companies like SERCO to make their own books appear somewhat balanced, by pushing their payments forward like kicking the can down the road – which all makes PPI’s and PPP look as if they’re “more cost effective”.
Once in while, the media may catch wind of a scandal, and even then, political hacks will avoid the issue as much as possible for fear of losing out on the all the perks that large multinationals can offer our struggling career politicians.
It’s interesting to note that BBC mentioned G4S in its headlines, but not SERCO. Why is that?
This could be because the BBC is currently outsourcing parts of their operation to SERCO (the firm was also a ‘preferred bidder’ to operate license fee collections). Embarrassing, isn’t it.
This is why nothing will happen to SERCO and G4S, and why they will not lose any contracts – because they have penetrated the state so deeply in a way that cannot be reversed - or so it seems.

THE scale of the challenge awaiting Aggreko chief executive Rupert Soames at his new employer Serco will be spelled out this week when the outsourcing giant reveals the impact of the scandal over the criminal tagging contract.
The group – which named Soames as its new chief executive on Friday – has been rocked by the affair after it erupted last July, alleging that Serco and rival G4S overcharged for tagging offenders, some of whom were found to be dead, back in prison or overseas.
Last month, Serco agreed to repay the UK government £68.5 million for over-charging on criminal tagging contracts, as well as paying back £2m of past profits from a prisoner escorting contract.
It is also co-operating with investigations by the Serious Fraud Office and the City of London Police, which is looking into the actions of staff working on the court escorting service.
Serco, which runs a vast range of services from prisons to rail services, has lost a third of its stock market value in the last six months alone. The group has already braced the City to expect last year’s profits to be close to 2012’s haul of £307m, which was lower than the £325m expected in the market, when it reports on Tuesday.
At the end of January it also sounded the alarm over 2014 earnings, saying the time needed to rebuild its bid pipeline and overhaul its business will leave this year’s profits between 10 per cent and 20 per cent short of current City expectations of around £277m – indicating between £222m and £249m.
This is despite it being cleared by the Cabinet Office to resume bidding for public sector contracts.
It had been temporarily barred from bidding for lucrative government contracts, although Serco said in January it received a “positive assessment” of its corporate renewal plan from the Cabinet Office. This means it can now be considered on an equal basis to other suppliers for current bids, rebids and extensions.”

Upon graduation, he was offered a position at General Electric Company (GEC) by the managing director Arnold Weinstock. He remained at GEC for 15 years, working in the company's avionics and computing divisions, and became managing director of Avery Berkel, running the company's UK, India, Asia and Africa operations.[3]
After leaving GEC in 1997, Soames joined the software company Misys as chief executive of its Midas-Kapiti division. He was promoted to chief executive of the Banking and Securities Division in June 2000.[4]
Soames left Misys after a disagreement with Misys founder Kevin Lomax on the company's direction, and was appointed chief executive of power hire group Aggreko in June 2003,[5] replacing Philip Harrower who died when his car collided with a train in the United States.[6]”

He married, secondly, Serena Smith (a niece of the Duchess of Grafton) on 21 December 1993. They have one son, and a daughter called Isabella Soames.
Education and military career[edit]
After attending St. Aubyns Preparatory School in Sussex, he received his secondary education at Eton College. Later, he studied at Mons Officer Cadet School. He served in the 11th Hussars in West Germany and Britain.
Early career[edit]
In 1970 he was named Equerry to HRH The Prince of Wales, he has remained a close friend of the Prince ever since and publicly criticised Diana, Princess of Wales, during the couple's estrangement. When Diana first accused the Prince of Wales of adultery with Camilla Parker Bowles, Soames told the BBC that the accusation, and Diana's fear of being slandered by her husband's courtiers, stemmed merely from Diana's mental illness, and "the advanced stages of paranoia".[6] Charles later admitted his adultery,[citation needed] and Soames apologised. When questioned by the inquest into the death of Diana, Soames said that he saw his job as "to speak up for the Prince of Wales". He also denied threatening Diana, and warning her, "accidents happen" in the months before she died.[7]
In 1972 he left to work as a stockbroker. In 1974, he became a personal assistant; first to Sir James Goldsmith and then in 1976 to United States Senator Mark Hatfield, whose service he left in 1978 to become a director of Bland Welch, Lloyd'sBrokers. Between 1979 and 1981, he was an assistant director of the Sedgwick Group.[citation needed]
Parliamentary career[edit]
Soames has been an MP since the 1983 general election. He represented Crawley from 1983 up until the 1997 general election (when Labour replaced Conservatives in Crawley and in government). In the election he won the constituency of Mid Sussex and has remained its MP since.
He has served as a Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food between 1992 and 1994,Minister of State for the Armed Forces at the Ministry of Defence under John Major between 1994 and 1997 and as theShadow Secretary of State for Defence 2003-2005. He is also the chairman of Framlington Second Dual Trust PLC and chairman of Aegis Defence Services.[8]
During the rebellion by eurosceptic Conservative MPs against the Maastricht Treaty, Soames threatened to close down a meat-processing company owned by rebel Conservative MP Christopher Gill. Soames, Minister for Food at the time, reportedly told Gill "I will close every abattoir you own".
On 9 May 2005, shortly after Michael Howard announced his intention to resign as leader of the Conservative Party, Soames resigned from the shadow cabinet. He immediately ended speculation that he intended to stand for the post of leader, saying that he merely wanted to be free to think about and influence the future of the party. He added that he was interested in joining the executive of the 1922 Committee. He later announced his support for David Cameron.[9]
According to the book Women in Parliament published in 2005, Soames has been named as the 'most sexist' MP, with several female MPs stating that he has made vulgar comments to them.[10] In other accusations of sexual harassment it has been alleged that Soames makes repeated cupping gestures with his hands, suggestive of female breasts, when women are trying to speak in parliament, in order to distract them.[11] He allegedly harassed Alastair Campbell by telephoning him and saying "you sex god, you Adonis, you the greatest of all great men". Unknown to Soames, he was actually speaking to Campbell's young son.[12]
In November 2010, Soames told the Mail on Sunday newspaper that remarks about a royal wedding made by the Bishop of Willesden, the Rt Rev Pete Broadbent, were "extremely rude, not what one expects from a bishop."[13]
On 13 July 2011, Soames was sworn of the Privy Council.[14]
Political funding[edit]
Mid Sussex Conservative Constituency Association has received over £1 million in donations, with Soames receiving well over a hundred thousand pounds from private military company AEGIS Defence Services Ltd from 2010 onwards.[15] US multinational professional services, risk management and insurance brokerage firm Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc has given Soames £518,069 since 2010 in remunerations for his services as an MP.[16] Soames has also received private donations from a variety of people, including £5,749 from Majlis As Shura, £10,000 from David Rowland, and £20,000 from Ann R Said.[17]”

Whenever British journalist Luke Harding, working on his new book about spying whistleblower Edward Snowden, wrote something disparaging about the NSA, a weird thing would happen.
“The paragraph I had just written began to self-delete. The cursor moved rapidly from the left, gobbling text. I watched my words vanish,” Harding wrote in the Guardian this week.
The deletes kept happening for weeks. “All authors expect criticism,” wrote Harding, author of the new and astoundingThe Snowden Files: The Inside Story of the World’s Most Wanted Man. “But criticism before publication by an anonymous, divine third party is something novel.”
Finally, Harding politely asked whoever was doing it to consider stopping. A month later, they finally did.
He has no idea who did this. Were they American or British, a hacker or an offended National Security Agency analyst? We know they were reading Harding’s words as they were written but were they also watching him via a Skype-like device?
The news that GCHQ— the British surveillance agency that teams with the NSA and spy agencies in other allied “Five Eyes” nations, including Canada — has been intercepting and storing Yahoo webcam chats globally is eerie. We knew they could read what you typed, we suspect they can do this in real time, but now the massive Snowden leaked papers reveal that they can watch you talking to your nearest and dearest. Worse, you may have been naked at the time.
A program codenamed Optic Nerve gathered millions of stills from webcam chatsbetween 2008 and 2010 and sent them in for viewing. In one six-month period alone, Optic Nerve scooped up images from more than 1.8 million Yahoo accounts around the world, the Guardian has reported.
Yahoo says it knew nothing of this.
In effect, people’s computer screens have become devices from Nineteen Eighty-Fourwhere humans watch a screen that watches them back. But at least Winston Smith knew he was being watched.
You may say that people who film nude webcam videos — between 3 per cent and 11 per cent of users — are asking for trouble, but the problem is that Optic Nerve uses facial recognition (as does Facebook to tag you in unlabelled photos), which means it gathers human flesh, whether it’s facial or not. If there’s a group of faces, automated porn detectors assume it’s porn.
Even if they were innocuous, your private videos were part of these giant scoops of data. If you were without clothing and are still fine with governments seeing your homemade porn, just remember that it’s life-destroying if it gets out and blackmail material if it doesn’t.
Even if you’re a law-abiding innocent, if you suddenly become of interest to global spy services, they’re watching every move you make and every breath you take.
Governments, including Canada’s, do not want citizens to know that their lives are no longer their own, that the NSA grabs 35 million books’ worth of data a minute, as the journalist Daniel Soar has calculated. They worry that citizens might angrily object and cease to be obedient.
Think about privacy in the deepest way possible.
The best analogy I can come up with for this level of intrusion came with this week’s sentencing of Dr. George Doodnaught, the Toronto anesthesiologist who sexually assaulted female patients during operations. I hadn’t quite grasped the simultaneity of what Doodnaught did because the true weirdness of it hadn’t occurred to me.
He was inserting his penis into paralyzed women’s slack mouths while their bellies were being sliced open. It wasn’t one massive intrusion into their bodies, it was two, at the same time. And it was being done as the women were semi-conscious, aware but unable to call out. They were naked in a room where they had given highly trained technicians their complete trust.
We are as helpless as those patients were, semi-conscious of the surveillance Snowden has described, enraged but paralyzed. We are T.S. Eliot’s “patient etherised upon a table.”
It’s not just that the government can lock onto our cellphones at airports, it’s that they can then also track us retroactively. It’s not just that they can read our prose online, it’s that they can watch it being written. It’s not just that we can’t see what they’re doing to us, it’s that they can see what we’re doing alone in a room, naked and vulnerable.
