A Parliamentary committee published a document revealing the details of one of Britain’s last remaining super-injunctions.

In the submission to the 26-member committee, Mark Burby, a businessman based in the Channel Islands, claimed that he had been gagged by the “ex-spouse of an Asian head of state” in 2009.

He said the “Asian head of state” — who he does not identify — was a “substantial” backer of al-Qaeda, and had advance warning of the suicide bombings on London’s transport system in 2005.

The ex-wife “and her solicitors have boasted to me and others that she 'owns’ the courts in England and Wales and the Government”, he said.

Mr Burby alleged the unnamed ex-spouse, whom he described as one of the wealthiest women in the world, had a sexual relationship “with one of her two solicitors”, as well as two other men, one of which resulted in her having to have an abortion.

On Friday night lawyers for the claimant threatened The Daily Telegraph with an injunction, but failed to make any application.

The decision by the committee to post the claims on the parliamentary website, represents another challenge to the supremacy of the courts after injunctions involving Ryan Giggs, the footballer, and Sir Fred Goodwin, the banker, were also exposed by MPs.

According to Mr Burby the super-injunction governed six general areas including “information/allegations concerning any personal relationship of any kind between the claimant and a man who is not her ex-husband”.

The gagging order covered any “information/allegations” relating to the ex-wife’s attempt to secure payment of monies owed by her family, as well as “any allegation that the claimant was involved in or responsible for” a murder, he says.

Mr Burby said he felt compelled to provide the information to Parliament’s joint committee on privacy and injunctions after Kenneth Clarke, the Lord Chancellor, had told MPs and peers that super-injunctions “are now being granted only for very short periods” and “you cannot have just long-running secret litigation”.

China is now building its South to North Water Diversion, the biggest engineering feat since the Three Gorge Dam built by Canadian companies. Half a million people will be relocated or forced to move.

One of the ways that the colonists destroyed our environment was through water diversion to do stupid projects like growing rice in the desert. Even within the last few years, the salmon fishery on the Pacific coast has been destroyed to provide water for commercial farmers. They were so focused on immediate profits that they did not heed the damage they were causing to the environment. Turtle Island easily and comfortably supported a large Indigenous population before these catastrophic interventions by these European visitors.

California has just declared a state of emergency due to their four-year drought. Farmers have been denied water and forced to reduce their crops or to stop planting. Drought stricken southwestern USA and Mexico need irrigation to grow food for their market. The U.S. has been turned into a desert. Now they want to mess up the northern part of Turtle Island.

The “Grand Canal” scheme is supposed to divert what they call “wasted” water that flows into James Bay. One of their hare-brained schemes is to block off James Bay and turn it into a freshwater lake which will be diverted to the U.S.. Do they realize that they’ll kill everything in the ocean by making it too salty? These plans are made by money grubbers, not ecologists or Indigenous people. It was first proposed by Tom Kierans in 1959. It’s an old rotten idea, just like the opportunists who thought it up. Kierans has no qualifications as an environmentalist. He’s not looking at the inevitable environmental collapse he wants to perpetrate.

“PRIME-BC will meet the RCMP strategic objectives by ensuring consolidated and timely information at all levels on a national scale via the Law Enforcement Information Portal (LEIP). The RCMP cooperates with the Data Standard Secretariat of the Solicitor General’s Integrated Justice Initiative. PRIME-BC permits the management, analysis and reporting of all criminal evidentiary information leading to convictions.

PRIME-BC will lay the foundation for the RCMP to achieve its immediate operational and long-term strategic goals and objectives of integrated policing and integrated justice [for Piggy Palace’s dead hookers and their entrapped and extorted guests?]. Court has heard that Taylor's DNA was found on 113 items retrieved from the Pickton property ? including handcuffs, condoms, clothing, syringes ? and also on items that belonged to some victims ? Brenda Wolfe's lipstick, Mona Wilson's rosary. One witness, Pickton pal Pat Casanova, told the court he once received fellatio from a woman he knew as “Angel”; who'd been brought to the farm by Taylor. He said he gave the money to Taylor, who shared some of it with “Angel” Another witness, Gina Houston, put Taylor on the same bed with victim Sereena Abotsway, in Pickton's trailer. In his lengthy police interview, Pickton repeatedly tells police he wants to speak with Taylor. On the stand, Houston recounted a conversation she'd had with Pickton about Taylor, shortly before his arrest. “Willie told me that he believed she (Taylor) would do the right thing when she came back. That she would take responsibility for what she said she would take responsibility” .. It does seem like a regular hive of activity: Robert Pickton's pig farm was a constant buzz of activity, with people and vehicles coming and going all the time, a woman who lived in Pickton's trailer for a time testified on Wednesday. Tanya Carr, 35, told the jury in Pickton's murder trial that people were coming and going all day long at the Port Coquitlam, B.C., farm and it wasn't unusual for people to show up late at night looking for Pickton or his brother Dave. Also there are those Hells Angels and the “Piggy Palace” .. “It was a rough crowd” at Piggy's Palace, said Brian, a musician who played there a few years ago with the hard-rock band South City Slam. The nightclub, he said, was inside an old building on a property Dave Pickton and his brother Robert own at 2552 Burns Rd., near their pig farm on Dominion Road in Port Coquitlam. “Even the women were tough- looking -- a lot of leather and denim. It wasn't a cocktail-gown kind of place” he recalled. Brian, who didn't want his last name used, recalled that there was a coat-check girl and a sign saying “Check your knives and other weapons at the door” .. The crowd at Piggy's Palace often included men wearing Hells Angels biker club colours. .. “They were there a lot,” said Brian.”The people who came all seemed to know one another” .. Among those who attended parties at Piggy's Palace was Port Coquitlam Mayor Scott Young. Young said he went to Piggy's Palace in September 1996 for a neighbourhood party when he was on the school board. He described the party as a “getting to know you” event put on by people living in the area.”

I have received a foreclosure notice from some attorney you have a contract with. I have no contract with them so I will not communicate with their office.

Regarding the property at 9223 50th Ave S , Glyndon MN 56547 , I have no equity and no interest in the property.

I see in the foreclosure notice that the debt amount is $144,787.48. According to Clay County, MN, the Estimated Market Value is $177,300 which results in Wells Fargo having positive equity of $32,512.52. I waive my rights to any equity and wish to have Wells Fargo provide me relief in a Deed in Lieu settlement.

There is no need for additional expense or emotional suffering unless Wells Fargo brings it. I have previously indicated to you, Mr. Heid, that I am willing to sign off on any ownership rights.

Be aware that I have instructed RRV CPA to terminate electricity delivery as I cannot gain entrance to the house you have relocked without notice to me or the appraiser that you sent out to get an estimate of the value. Wells Fargo inconvenienced my daughter who dutifully went out to show the house to your contracted appraiser.
