Sidley Austin Law Firm and ADT - Time-Lapse Key Modus Operandi - Manipulated Surveillance Cameras - "BTK" (Bind, Torture, Kill) - Judge Alban Garon

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net) -- February 28, 2012. The Abel Danger White House Group announced today it has linked the Sidley Austin law firm and its erstwhile client ADT, to a modus operandi ('MO') involving the use of time-lapse keys to manipulate surveillance cameras during the "BTK" (Bind, Torture, Kill) murders of former tax judge, Alban Garon, his wife and a neighbor.

Abel Danger spokesperson Field McConnell claims that Sidley Austin lawyers extorted the merger of 57 district telegraph delivery companies into "American District Telegraph” in 1874 and subsequently perfected the time-lapse MO where ADT camera operators miss recording images which would otherwise have identified suspects at BTK crime scenes associated with the murders of JonBenét Ramsey and Judge Garon.

“A Chief Justice of the Tax Court of Canada, Alban Garon (March 4, 1930 – June 29, 2007) served as a judge from 1988-2004. On June 30 2007, the bodies of Garon, his wife Raymonde and a neighbour Marie-Claire Beniskos were found inside the Garon's 10th floor condominium near the Rideau River. Investigators believed that the victims were murdered on the morning of the day before. The three people had been bound, gagged and beaten. In the course of their investigation, police found that images from video surveillance cameras for the luxury condominium complex were not being recorded [Sidley-ADT time lapse camera]. On October 31, Ottawa police released a sketch of a man wanted for questioning in connection with the murders. The man had been seen in a building elevator on the morning of the day before the bodies were found. One year later, police featured the murders on a Crime Stoppers television segment and offered a $100,000 reword for information leading to an arrest. As of June 2011, the case remains open and police have received no recent leads. [They have now!]

“Dennis Lynn Rader (born March 9, 1945) is an American serial killer who murdered ten people in Sedgwick County (in and around Wichita, Kansas), between 1974 and 1991. He was known as the BTK killer (or the BTK strangler). "BTK" stands for "Bind, Torture, Kill", which was his famous signature. He sent letters describing the details of the killings to police and to local news outlets during the period of time in which the murders took place. After a long hiatus in the 1990s through early 2000s, Rader resumed sending letters in 2004, leading to his 2005 arrest and subsequent conviction. He is serving 10 consecutive life sentences at El Dorado Correctional Facility, with an earliest possible release date of February 26, 2180 … Rader worked as an assembler for a camping gear firm and then, from 1974 until 1988, he worked at a Wichita-based office of ADT Security Services, a home security company. He installed alarms as a part of his job.

“ADT Security Services, originally American District Telegraph, now also known as simply ADT, is a division of Tyco International and a worldwide supplier of electronic security systems, fire alarm systems, communication systems, and integrated building management systems. … There were many small telegraph delivery companies in the United States in the 19th century. In 1874, 57 district telegraph delivery companies affiliated and became "American District Telegraph". With the increase in telephone usage in the late 19th century, ADT's messenger business slowly declined in popularity. ADT tried branching out and developing their signaling business while still maintaining their telegraph business as primary income source. ADT incorporated into Western Union in 1901. ADT separated its messenger business from its main signaling business at this time. In 1909, Western Union and ADT came under the control of AT&T. ADT began to expand into new areas such as fire alarms and burglar alarms between 1910 and 1930, but was kept separate from AT&T's Holmes alarm business. ADT became a publicly owned company in the 1960s. .. In 1977, the UK's Lord Ashcroft had bought under-performing outdoor equipment maker Hawley Goodall, and transformed it through acquisition into a business services group, registered in Bermuda. In the early part of 1987, Hawley bought the Indianapolis-based Crime Control Inc., fourth largest company in the U.S. security market, for $50 million. Later in the year, it bought ADT. … ADT provides monitored burglar, fire and video surveillance systems. ADT has branches in 50 different countries, with over 62,000 employees. ADT had gross revenue of $8 billion in 2008. ADT has branches covering the United States, Canada and Latin America, as well as 21 countries in Europe. ADT UK and Ireland has 23 branches employing around 5,500 people. ADT Europe has annual gross revenues of at least $2.6 Billion. ADT has branches in seven Asian countries, one branch in South Africa, and branches in Australia and New Zealand. ADT is the largest security company in the United States, serving over 8.3 million customers. As of 2004 ADT holds 35% market share of the North American market and has eight monitoring stations, six in the United States and two in Canada. ADT is the UK’s leading security company, helping to protect over 250,000 UK family homes and 160,000 businesses across the country. ADT UK has also a specialist vehicle division tasked to create and maintain CCTV and riot control vehicles for police forces around the country. In 1989 ADT Fire and Security was granted a 45 year contract to maintain the security of the British and American Governments [a concession, allegedly extorted by Sidley lawyers for their clients]
