"I don't owe you shit."

Editor's note: This has to end. There can no longer be any discussion when we are facing a national disaster when diversity hiring (diversity, equity and inclusion) puts people in positions of power and authority who are not capable people. We have seen this with the Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, Harvard President Claudine Gay and Georgia prosecutor Fani Willis. This is going on all over America like in Chicago, Milwaukee and San Francisco. These are not the best and most competent people moved into these respective positions. If anyone thinks this is racism for stating this fact you are missing the point and have absolutely no understanding about history and anthropology. This has nothing to do with being black, white, yellow, green or purple. Get that through your heads (see Affirmative Action and the Jewish Elephant in the Room). This is about capability, competence, meritocracy and ability. Think about this regarding reparations to black Americans: "Black African tribes were middlemen that captured your ancestors on behalf of Muslim slave traders who then sold your ancestors to Jewish slave ships for their plantations, and now you where clothes, drive cars, and live in buildings. Whites ended slavery. I don't owe you shit."

FAA's diversity push includes focus on hiring people with 'severe intellectual' and 'psychiatric' disabilities

By Emma Colton, Fox News | January 14, 2024

The Federal Aviation Administration is actively recruiting workers who suffer “severe intellectual” disabilities, psychiatric problems and other mental and physical conditions under a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative spelled out on the agency's website.

"Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring," the FAA's website states. "They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism."

The initiative is part of the FAA's "Diversity and Inclusion" hiring plan, which claims "diversity is integral to achieving FAA's mission of ensuring safe and efficient travel across our nation and beyond."

The FAA's website shows the agency's guidelines on diversity hiring were last updated on March 23, 2022.

The FAA, which is overseen by Secretary Pete Buttigieg's Department of Transportation, is a government agency charged with regulating civil aviation and employs roughly 45,000 people.

All eyes have been on the FAA and airline industry in recent days, after a plug door on a Boeing 737 Max 9 blew out during an Alaska Airlines flight on Jan. 5.

Here is an update for 18 January 2024 on diversity hiring. We all know that aircraft breakdown and require maintenance, but who worked on the Boeing aircraft Blinken flew on and were they diversity hires?
