Editor's note: The criminal regime in Kiev fired two air defense missiles (alleged to be a French SAMP-T anti-aircraft missile system that fired the missiles) at this Ilyushin Il-76 aircraft that subsequently crashed killing six Russian crew members with three accompanying personnel and 65 Ukrainian POWs on there way to a prisoner swap. The criminals in Kiev knew in advance the departure time and flight plan of the Russian transport plane that came from the village of Liptsy, which is about 40 kilometers from Belogrod proper.
