Engineers and technocrats slamming civilization together the way they think it should be built is leading to a technocratic system of enslavement

The way the world has been turned upside down – or inverted as I'm describing it now is by a strategy of capturing the means. Capturing the means is a strategy of war from the shadows. By way of example, consider environmental protection. In the archived history of the Environmental Protection Agency is the following description of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA).
This statute recast the government's role: formerly the conservator of wilderness, it now became the protector of earth, air, land, and water.
That statement defines the inversion from a government for the people to a government for the environment – the birds, the animals, land, water, etc. It captures the means by which men live and in so doing, it captures the man. To see how the capture unfolds requires a walk back in history.

In 2010, John and Patricia Adams, co-founders of the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) gave an interview for a podcast called Green is Good. The purpose of the interview was to allow the Adams Family (intentional) to describe the early beginnings of the NRDC. The interviewer gushed:
If the planet has a lawyer, it's John Adams.
Excerpts from the transcript:
Speaking of the 1970s: it was the era of the Civil Rights movement, early women's movement

We need an NAACP legal defense fund of the environment, and you look like a good candidate to come and start it."

We got approval to practice law as a charitable corporation in New York, the first time an organization had been approved for charitable practice of law. The next thing that happened is we applied for a tax exemption. [Note: President Nixon blocked the tax exemption. I don’t know the timing of this but the outcome was that NRDC got their tax exempt status and Nixon was removed from office.]

[Storm King Case] Citizens were given the right to sue, even if they didn’t have an economic interest in the outcome . . .

. . . NRDC truly began as a law firm involved with policy, science, business, and law

In fact, the EPA said, in the early years of NRDC, that the lawyers here were like American patriots, revolutionaries . . . Often, EPA is happy that it has NRDC to help sort of police and be ever vigilant, looking at the various cases. (Note: Read about sue and settle).

So, very early on, when people were working on the health issues of the Clean Air Act and the science issues of clean water and toxic chemicals, it became absolutely imperative that we have the kinds of trained people who could, using their Master's or Doctorate degree, speak for us. So, we began a program of really public interest science . . . we didn't want them to be hobbled by the so-called rules of the science industry . . . credit for this goes to a scientist named George Woodwell who's at the Woods Hole Research Center, a great man. This is one of the people who identified climate as an early peril . . . By the time we were in the business 10 years, we had four or five scientists, and then we started adding people from the Yale School of the Environment and the Duke School and Berkeley School of Energy. In fact, all of our early energy people came out of the Berkeley school under John Holdren.
The Ford Foundation provided the initial funding to the NRDC and replenished the funding after the battle over their tax exempt status.

Mechanical Engineers Engineering Humans and Human Society

In 1947, H. Rowan Gaither was hired by the Ford Foundation to re-organize the foundation defining a new mission: engineering humans and human society as the automakers had engineered their mechanical production lines. Obviously, their new mission statement was written to promote the idea that the Foundation would serve the interests of humans and human societies - very high minded stuff but in the Cox Hearing on Tax-Exempt Foundations in 1952, the truth is revealed in snippets of testimony like golden nuggets in a stream bed of pap and pablum.
"it is only our trustees whom we have to satisfy, who are hard-headed businessmen, but who can of course give us support because there you have a chance to give the explanation necessary to get the individual assent". Testimony of Paul G. Hoffman (Cox Hearing page 36 pdf)
Almost in the next breath, in typical saleman fashion Hoffman tells the questioning congressman:
I think in a manner of speaking, we are your agents, you see . . . That is right, we are your agents.
Yeah, that's right, that's the ticket – we are YOUR agents.

Cox Hearing

On November 18, 1952, the House Select Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations and Comparable Organizations came to order. The Chairman, Honorable Eugene E. Cox opened with the following statement – emphasis added:
This committee is operating under House Resolution 561, which among other things directs the committee to conduct a full and complete investigation and study of educational and philanthropic foundations and other comparable organizations which are exempt from Federal income taxation to determine which such foundations and organizations are using their resources for purposes other than the purposes for which they were established, and especially to determine which such foundations and organizations are using their resources for un-American activities or for purposes not in the interest or tradition of the United States.
Human social engineering defines un-American activities not in the interest or tradition of the United States.

The transcripts for the Cox and Reese hearings can be found HERE. Since the hearing files are so large, the pdf was broken out into hearing days. The testimony of the Ford Foundation representatives was received on November 24, 1952 and may be found HERE.

The Foundation officers selected to testify were:
H. Rowan Gaither, Jr., Associate Director of the Ford Foundation
Henry Ford II, Chairman of the Ford Foundation and President of the Ford Motor Co.
Paul G. Hoffman, President and Director of the Ford Foundation
So, who was Paul G. Hoffman?

In 1950, the Ford Foundation hired Paul G. Hoffman to be President of the Foundation. From 1948 to 1950, Hoffman was the Administrator of the Economic Cooperation Administration (ECA) where he led the implementation of the Marshall Plan with its European counterpart, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OEEC). In 1951, the ECA was abolished as a government agency. According to the State Department history, Congress transferred its functions and budget to a new government agency, the Mutual Security Agency.

All things considered, it appears to this writer that the function of the ECA was actually transferred off books to the Ford Foundation. Why would they privatize the ECA function? How about because what they were planning was patently unconstitutional, it would not stand up under public scrutiny and when the public found out about social engineering aspect, people would have begun looking for the nearest hanging tree for all of them.

The following is an excerpt Hoffman's testimony (Page 35):
Mr. Hoffman: . . . I think basically if the foundation dollars are to be used most effectively, they should be used in activities that are what I would call of high risk. In other words, this is I think as Mr. Gaither said, the venture capital of social progress.
As the testimony continues, Hoffman talks a lot about Pakistan. What it boils down to is that in Pakistan at that time, working with one's hands was considered unclean – beneath dignity. So what the Ford Foundation did was to work against that cultural norm to get poli-technical schools in place so they could train mechanics. Obviously, if Ford was going to sell cars in Pakistan, they needed mechanics to service the cars. They also needed people to have enough money to buy the cars. The point is that if you look at the Ford Foundation’s activities in Pakistan, you can see that what Ford Foundation was doing was to benefit the Ford Motor Company in a round-about way and the American taxpayers were paying for it via the tax-exemption for Foundations.

On Page 47 of Hoffman’s testimony he mentioned the Point 4 program. Point 4 was a program of the Truman Administration established in 1949.
Truman's Point Four proposal, along with the much larger Marshall Plan, would not be a totally new idea. What was new was how Truman made a connection between foreign aid and freedom."

-Greater production is the key to prosperity and peace. And the key to greater production is a wider and more vigorous application of modern scientific and technical knowledge.

- Only by helping the least fortunate of its members to help themselves can the human family achieve the decent, satisfying life that is the right of all people.

- Democracy alone can supply the vitalizing force to stir the peoples of the world into triumphant action, not only against their human oppressors, but also against their ancient enemies- hunger, misery, and despair.

- On the basis of these four major courses of action we hope to help create the conditions that will lead eventually to personal freedom and happiness for all mankind.
That last one is quite the joke in view of the technology of enslavement that has been developed to eliminate personal freedom capturing mankind in a technocratic system of enslavement. We went from man controlling the machines to machines controlling the man.

________

Today, Paul G. Hoffman who was at the Ford Foundation from 1948 to 1950 sounds like a pretentious jerk. At that time, he likely had no idea what this has all ended up as. It is easy for these men to be talking so glibly as they did. They're all dead while we are living under their technocratic plans. What he is talking about is also in the testimony of the Cox Committee. The absolute hubris of these people back then is just stunning. So they can build an assembly line so they think they can design and build the world? Unbelievable.

Here is H. Rowan Gaither Jr:
