What does the evidence suggest about Polish Air Force Flight 101?

Editor's note: On April 10, 2010 a Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft operating Polish Air Force Flight 101 crashed near the Russian city of Smolensk, killing all 96 people on board. The Polish presidential plane which carried the Polish president Lech Kaczyński, his wife and 94 other key figures in the Polish government and army crashed in Smolensk, Russia, killing everyone onboard. The government of Poland was decapitated. Was Russia behind this decapitation?
