Editor's note: Russia is not negotiating with the US so anything Nuland (US State Department) says here is a moot point as far as the Russians are concerned. The US is being shut out by the BRICS nations led by China and Russia. The visceral hatred Nuland (Nudelman) has for Russia was reflected in her recent statements about Crimea. Nuland claims "Russia has mass military logistics and depots for this war on Ukraine located in Crimea." Then claims these are "legitimate targets." The Nazis in Kiev are attempting to hit (drone and missile attacks) those Russian military assets in Crimea with Nuland claiming the US is supporting that. The US is at war on Russia providing the support and weapons to the Ukrainians to attack Crimea. Crimea has been part of Russia since Katherine the Great and Nuland is behind the US military and weapons being used to war on Russia. Nuland has said straight up, "the US is a party to this conflict." That is tantamount to Russia saying the US has military installations in Europe and are now legitimate targets.
