Today, up to half of global offshore wealth is hidden in British jurisdictions and Britain and its dependencies are the largest global players in the world of international finance. The thieves "acting" as members of parliament in the House of Lords are simply extensions of the pirate City of London. These offshore banking and financial locations are referred to as "secrecy jurisdictions" for a very good reason. They are port jurisdictions (chartered corporations in pirate jurisdictions such as PANYNJ 9/11). The British wrote Admiralty Law. A port jurisdiction is an independent, international jurisdiction. The City of London, the Vatican, Manhattan - (joined with the New Jersey side) Port Authority of NY/NJ and Washington DC - all port jurisdictions.
