Alleged Arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell - Intel Israel - Israel Goes With China - New Microprocessor Manufacturing Plants In America - Henry Kissinger Visits President Trump - Machines That Manufacture the Machines - China: Applying Israeli Technology

Ed.'s note: We apologize in advance for this post but it is going to be very dense. The first thing we need to be aware of is that a blue chip American corporation that manufactures microprocessors that are connected to US national security was shifted to Israel. Although it appears to have been delayed, a $11 billion Israel Intel microprocessor manufacturing facility was planned for Kiryat Gat, Israel. Apparently, this new Intel plant planned for construction in Israel has been placed on hold the reasons we can only presume. Intel already has two facilities in Kiryat Gat and offices elsewhere operating in Israel since 1985.

Intel now reportedly employs about 12,000 Israelis — about 60 percent in R&D and half in high-volume manufacturing of microprocessors that power the world's computing devices. Many of these engineers and software developers are Russian and Ukraine immigrants. In light of the recent alleged arrest of Robert Maxwell's daughter, Ghislaine Maxwell, is there a connection between her, Jeffrey Epstein and Intel's move to Israel? So far, it hasn't been established with any certainty whether or not Ghislaine Maxwell was even arrested. So far, the Ghislaine Maxwell arrest story doesn't pass the smell test. Be assured, nothing you read or hear about Ghislaine Maxwell from this point forward can be established as fact.

Why did US attorney Geoffrey S. Berman step down just before all this went down and replaced with Audrey Strauss for US attorney for the Southern District of New York the? His Berman steeping down welted to this alleged arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell, or is it more related to the criminal syndicate banks running Wall Street?

Intel to invest an 'unprecedented' $11 billion in Israel operations

Although the interview above doesn't really provide much in the way of solid evidence, it does provide some insights. That is this all likely leads back to Israel. Prior to the previous CEO Brian Krzanich's stepping down from Intel, Krzanich stated "we think of ourselves as an Israeli company as much as an American company." And then with that comment, he further stated "it will be centered in Jerusalem." Was the then CEO of Intel Brian Krzanich co-opted by Ghislaine Maxwell and the Epstein sexual extortion and blackmail network?

Intel's Brian Krzanich is forced out as CEO after 'consensual relationship' with employee

Krzanich was forced (allegedly) out of Intel for sexual misconduct with an employee and for insider trading. Intel was aware of its chip vulnerability when its CEO Krzanich sold off $24 million in company stock. Intel's CEO Krzanich sold all the stock he could under corporate bylaws after Intel learned of a security bug in their microprocessor. Then when these security flaws were discovered in Intel's microprocessors, Intel informed their Chinese customers before notifying US government authorities. As it stands right now China and Israel are practically inseparable.

How Israel Used Weapons and Technology to Become an Ally of China

All we have been hearing and reading about is continued trade friction between the US and China but absolutely nothing on how Israel fits into all of this. In addition, Intel has started reshipping to Chinese server vendor Inspur despite Intel working closely with manufacturing in Israel. Wouldn't it be something if Henry Kissinger told Donald Trump in October, 2017 that Israel will be going with China and that Donald Trump would have to remove America gracefully and with dignity? Is this why we are seeing all the chaos and violence in America? To protect China's investments?

Then if this doesn't raise more suspicion of Intel moving its operations to Israel after all that happened with Intel in America and its previous CEO Brian Krzanich, Intel Israel announced in May, 2019 new processors that bring A.I. to personal computing developed at Intel's facilities in Haifa, Israel with their Intel team. The code name is "Ice Lake" and they "released a new generation of processors that bring broad-scale artificial intelligence to the PC for the first time." The processors were developed by Intel's Israel team in Haifa.

Probably at one time in the tech industry Intel was one of the most ruthless companies out there. Intel has a history with President Trump. Intel came under criticism when Breitbart News—the alt-right media outlet of at the time presidential adviser Steve Bannon—for announcing a layoff of 12,000 U.S.-based workers, even as it was requesting H-1B visas to bring in foreign professionals. Brian Krzanich cancelled a Trump fundraiser during Trump's presidential campaign. Intel for decades, was run by a proud Hungarian-Jewish immigrant Andy Grove ("the guy who drove the growth phase of Silicon Valley"), who under his tenure at Intel as its CEO, signed a brief opposing President Trump's travel ban.

The purpose of the ban was simply to prevent a brain drain out of America. Intel was a blue chip American success story - often playing dirty (they all do) - but some bright spark decided to move the most advanced design and manufacturing fab to Israel. Now why would you do that? It was Andy Grove who chased down a young Israeli engineer to help him establish a research and development facility in Haifa with five engineers and a $300,000 investment. In 1985, Intel built Fab 8 in Jerusalem, which up until 2000 manufactured 130 products.

The US introduced a bill to boost US production of semiconductors as China continues to threaten the US. The bill also includes $2 billion for DARPA's Electronics Resurgence Initiative; $1.5 billion for the National Science Foundation; $1.25 billion for the Department of Energy; $250 million for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). There is a paywall on the Epoch Times article but the article discusses this bill in the US senate. Right now, the US needs low end production facilities so Taiwan's decision to build a new $12 billion fab in Arizona is moving in the right direction. Most of the high end specialized research is with DARPA (weapons), NSF, DOE (Department of Energy) and NIST very few have access to.

A lot of funding for research goes into the DOE's Sandia Labs located in New Mexico with a budget of around a current $3.6 billion. Sandia Labs does a lot of testing on non-nuclear components of nuclear weapons and high technology. There is likely research being shared between Israel and the US coming out of Sandia Labs. The roots of Sandia Labs goes back to the Manhattan Project. There is an entire history we're not going to cover here of Israel penetrating US institutions working on nuclear technology development. There has been a long history of sharing research between Sandia Labs and the US-Israel Binational Science Foundation (BSF). How much of this physics research has been removed through BSF and the Sandia Labs to Israel over the decades?

China wants complete access to TSMC in Taiwan. The decoupling from China also means decoupling from Israel very few if anyone even in the alt-media are covering in their reporting. AMD, Apple, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Nvidia and also additional capacity for TI, Intel and STM all depend on Taiwan's TSMC. There is now talk of new semiconductor plants to be built in the US including Intel and TSMC outside of the TSMC plant being planned for construction in Arizona. In a move to cut China's Huawei from accessing TSMC's manufactured chips, the Trump administration has moved to change regulations to block shipments.

China wants two things: 1) Access to Taiwan's TSMC and the machines that manufacture the machines; 2) Israeli technology. Israeli has been and will continue to provide the technology to China. Private equity firms stuffed with cash will continue to make that happen. China wants the technology so bad they have even been detected hacking into the systems of suppliers to the Dutch manufacturer TSML for trade secrets. Lesson learned: If you have Chinese working in your tech facilities you better have them on a tight leash.

As far as Intel is concerned in the US as a CPU manufacturer it is nearly "dead." And to make matters worse, Intel announced their top chip architect Jim Keller resigned effective June, 2020 for personal reasons after only two years on the job. There was talk Intel was "too big to fail" and that Intel had enough cash reserves to spend their way to success in chip manufacturing by keeping their inferior CPUs in the product line. All that may be left from this point forward as Intel chips are relagated for self-driving cars, 5G wireless and IoT specialization. AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) is not standing still and will continue to maintain its lead over Intel especially in the server market. The server market is where roughly 60% of the market for chips remain.

That's also where the money is and national security issues. With concerns for national security looming, maybe the US government will have no choice but to deny hard core manufacturing processes to TSMC and other chip manufactures and give it all to Intel. Cadence Design and Applied Materials are two of the main US world leaders in the software and hardware that make the machines that make the machines that make microprocessors, and nothing in the microprocessor logistics chain moves without them. Would this mean Intel will be receiving some "goodies" under the table and if so will Israel have access to these "goodies?"

An aspect overlooked with private equity investment firms is that many of these private equity firms are investments in the technology sector often lead to Israel. Silver Lake Partners is an American multinational private equity firm focused on large scale investments in technology, technology-enabled and related industries. Silver Lake Partners currently has $43 billion assets under management. Silver Lake Sumeru is one of four businesses operated by Silver Lake Partners all invested in the technology sector. Silver Lake Partners is considered one of the world's largest investors in the technology sector and has investment advisors in Israel to advise and manage private equity investments in the "startup machine."

In May, 2020 the private-equity firm US-based Silver Lake Partners confirmed a deal to invest $750 million in the Indian telecommunications and technology giant Jio Platforms Ltd. This investment by Silver Lake Partners in the Indian technology company Jio Platforms came after Facebook invested $5.7 billion in Jio Platforms. On July 2, 2020 the investment firm Reliance Industries Ltd said that Intel Corp would buy a 0.39% stake in its digital unit, Jio Platforms Ltd, for 18.95 billion rupees ($253.55 million). Jio Platforms Ltd is a subsidiary of the giant Indian firm Reliance Industries. It's likely that through Silver Lake Partners Israel will have an interest in both Intel and Jio Platforms Ltd. Americans have little or no idea just how deep Israeli technology is penetrating almost every aspect of their lives.
