Funding Fascism With Billions - H.R. 7327 and H.R. 7608 - Full Blown Fascism Is Now Sitting On the Books - The Pedo Junta Is In Control - To End COVID Shut Down the Corporate Bureaucracy or Defund It - Read the Damn Bills - US State Department Is Still "Fighting AIDS"

Ed.'s note: If H.R. 7327 the Child Care Economic Recovery Act and H.R. 7608 the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act of 2021 both passed in the House, Americans are going to see full fledged fascism in their country. H.R. 7608 provides roughly $9.1 billion dollars to the US Department of State and is basically for "contingency security operations world-wide for the "global war on terrorism." Almost $900 million is dedicated to "peace keeping missions around the world" that also oversees the "global war on terrorism."

The United Nations (UN) is also included in this funding receiving around $500 million for "peace keeping missions." Under President Trump, the UN is still operating alive and well in America. H.R. 7608 also includes a whopping $769 million to renovate the Harry S. Truman Building where the US State Department is headquartered so federal employees can work in comfort. All upper level federal employees of the US State Department are vetted by the Senior Executive Service (SES).

On page 7 of H.R. 7608 money in the amount of $277 million is marked for the Fulbright Program. What this means is scholarships will be made available through the Fulbright Program for traitors to America. This also includes money for the John S. McCain Scholars Program when we know John McCain through the US Senate sabotaged America. On page 23, $300 million is being made available for the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The NED is on record for exactly the opposite of what its name means.

NED likes to claim it is an NGO (non-governmental organization) but claims it is non-governmental.  Therein lies the deception as a "trojan horse" because how can the NED claim it is an NGO when $300 million provided for NED in H.R. 7608 is federal money? The bottom line is the NED targets countries for destabilization then supplies all the logistics.

On page 26 of H.R 7608 there is roughly $1.3 billion in funds that will be appropriated for "presidential operating expenses." This is like a presidential slush fund of $1.3 billion. In addition to this, on page 28, H.R. 7608 will provide $3.2 billion for funding global health, and you guessed it, for COVID also included.

On page 29 of H.R. 7608 funds are being made available to USAID to also include funds for the GAVI Alliance. The GAVI Alliance brings together developing country and donor governments, the World Health Organization, UNICEF, the World Bank, the vaccine industry in both industrialised and in developing countries. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on June 4, 2020 announced a five-year, US$1.6 billion commitment to the Gavi (vaccine) Alliance to "deliver lifesaving vaccines to the world's poorest countries."

Whether or not President Trump's announcement of suspending  funding for WHO is permanent or not we will have to see. It is likely H.R 7608 and the lawyers who wrote it for Rep. Nita Lowey, Democrat from New York, already had this bill in the works before Trump announced suspension of WHO funding. It could be this is the last funding of WHO through the US State Department.
