Dear Lord Pearson and Mr. Farage:

Crown Sister Clegg, Lloyd's Register, Transocean Fraud

Hawks CAFE asks UKIP to investigate Crown Agents Sisters' Miriam Clegg and insiders of the DLA Piper law firm, the City of London Solicitors' Company and Lloyd's Register in re insurance fraud on Transocean associated with explosions on and the sinking of the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig in April 2010.

Our KSM agents have evidence that Crown Agents' Sisters, including Miriam Clegg and Jamie Gorelick, used Oracle links to the Lloyd's Register's office in Fenchurch Street, London, and KPMG and Transocean's offices in the Swiss canton of Zug to sell, manipulate, and re-insure positions on the Lloyd's bordereau so that City of London Livery Company insiders could profit from the sinking of the Deepwater Horizon. http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/pattern-of-times.html

"Oil Rig Warning System Was 'Off' Before Blast 3:10pm UK, Saturday July 24, 2010 Kat Higgins, Sky News Online A worker on the oil rig at the centre of the Gulf of Mexico spill has said a crucial warning system was switched off before the explosion that killed 11 people in April. The chief technician who works for Transocean, which BP had contracted to do the drilling on the Deepwater Horizon, told a federal panel in New Orleans that the alarms were switched off to help workers sleep. This meant fire or high gas levels would not be detected. Mike Williams said the general alarm had been switched to "inhibited" before the blast on April 20. Mr Williams told the hearing that when he questioned why it was disabled he was told it was because they "did not want people woken up at 3am due to false alarms". If the system had been turned on it could possibly have given an earlier warning of the imminent explosion to those working in the drilling rooms where several of the workers died. He also explained that another device which was meant to shut down the blowout preventer if gas levels reached high levels had been disabled or bypassed some time before. He said he raised concerns about this but was told by Transocean supervisor Mark Hay: "Damn thing's been in bypass for five years. As a matter of fact, the entire (Transocean) fleet runs them in bypass." Mr Williams has filed a lawsuit against Transocean and BP and is one of many workers who have testified about breakdowns and flaws on the rig. His revelations come as teams working to stop the leak in the Gulf of Mexico return to the oil spill site to resume work."

"The Lloyd's Register Group is a maritime classification society and independent risk management organisation providing risk assessment and mitigation services and management systems certification. Historically, as Lloyd's Register of Shipping, it was a specifically maritime organisation. In the late 20th century, it diversified into other sectors, including oil & gas, process industries, nuclear and rail. Through its 100% subsidiary LRQA it is also a leading provider of management system certification to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OSHAS18001 .. The Society printed the first Register of Ships in 1764 in order to give both underwriters and merchants an idea of the condition of the vessels they insured and chartered: ship hulls were graded on a lettered scale (A being the top), and ship's fittings (masts, rigging, and other equipment) was graded by number (1 being the top). Thus the top classification was "A1", from which the expression A1, or A1 at Lloyd's, is derived, first appeared in the 1775–1776 edition of the Register. Since 1880, the Register, with information on all sea-going, self-propelled merchant ships of 100 gross tonnes or greater, has been published annually by the joint venture company of Lloyd's Register - Fairplay. It was formed in July 2001 by the merger of Lloyd's Register's Maritime Information Publishing Group and Prime Publications Limited. Lloyd's sold its share in the venture to IHS in 2009. A vessel will remain in the Register until something happens to her; for example if she is sunk, wrecked, broken up, hulked, scrapped, etc. Lloyd's Register provides quality assurance and certification for ships, offshore structures and shore-based installations such as power stations and railway infrastructure. However, Lloyd's Register is best known for the classification and certification of ships, and inspects and approves important components and accessories, including life-saving appliances, marine pollution prevention, fire protection, navigation, radio communication equipment, deck gear, cables, rodes, and anchors."

"[Bloomberg] Lloyd's Sees Deepwater Horizon Claims at $600 Million (Update1) May 26, 2010, 5:26 AM EDT More From Businessweek BP Sued by Transocean?s Excess Insurers Over Spill (Update2) BP?s McKay Says Transocean Responsible for Safe Rig Operation U.S. Justice Dept. Tells Transocean to Keep Evidence (Update2) Transocean Can?t Cap Spill Liability Using Old Law, Lawyers Say By Kevin Crowley May 26 (Bloomberg) -- Lloyd's of London, the world's oldest insurance market, said claims following the destruction of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico will likely be between $300 million and $600 million. The impact on Lloyd's capital reserves will be "negligible" and its central fund, which pays out if an insurer fails, will not be affected, the market said today in a statement. Lloyd's insurers were part of a syndicate that insured the rig owned by Transocean Ltd. and have already paid out their part of the $560 million insurance contract, Chairman Peter Levene said this month."

He is a Governor of the International Maritime Law Institute [IMLI] of Malta which is an agency of the IMO and he is on the Steering Committee of the London Shipping Law Centre. Qualifications BA Law (with the final year's thesis on "International Law Relating to Oil Pollution from Ships"), Solicitor in England & Wales""

"IMLI was established in 1988 under an Agreement concluded between IMO and the Government of Malta and commenced its first academic year in October 1989. It is sited in beautiful premises, on the University of Malta Campus, which was generously made available by the Government of Malta. The Institute, the first one of its type anywhere, offers a unique course designed to cover the whole spectrum of international maritime law. Its programme consists of numerous modules, which include international law, law of the sea, shipping law, marine environmental law, and legislation drafting .. In order to qualify, students – who primarily should come from developing States – are required to have a first law degree. A major and innovative feature of the Institute is that 50 per cent of the places on the course each year are reserved for women candidates. The duration of the course is one academic year and successful students are awarded a Masters Degree in International Maritime Law. IMLI students are required to undertake one of the most intensive international maritime law courses available worldwide. IMLI's teaching staff faces the fascinating challenge of training lawyers from diverse cultures, and different legal systems of the world. The Anglo-Saxon, Roman-Germanic, Civil Law and Sharjah legal cultures have all been represented in our courses. For months, the participants live together and are required to undertake – with almost monastic dedication [yeah right!!!] – studies which are designed to transcend this diversity and educate the intellect in the pursuit for uniform maritime legislation implementing IMO Conventions"

KSM also has evidence that Crown Sisters transmitted electronic communications through Oracle in a wire fraud on Lloyd's bordereaux for the Deepwater Horizon to procure saboteurs through various Livery Companies including the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators, the Honourable Company of Master Mariners, the City of London Solicitors' Company and the Worshipful Companies of Security Professionals, Stationers and Newspaper Makers, Insurers, International Bankers and World Traders.

We name below 12 Crown Agents' Sisters and their affiliations, projects and networks which allegedly make use of Crown Agents' Oracle Partner software to move assets needed for sexual entrapment, snuff-film production and bordereau insurance frauds.

"Report Automation and Compilation Creates Flexibility "We had been struggling for some time to automate the reporting process for the Lloyd's of London bordereau," Klotz commented. Klotz was, therefore, eager to participate in a vendor-driven test project to develop a new reporting tool for Oracle Documaker. According to a 2007 national association of professional surplus lines offices (NAPSLO) survey, almost 70% of the association's general agent members and more than 60% of its broker members are currently using Oracle Documaker to issue policies. In fact, Continental uses Oracle Documaker for efficient and economical policy issuance, including user-defined transactions such as new policies, quotes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals, for all lines of business. The Oracle Documaker reporting tool enables Continental's users to utilize features such as unlimited data exporting; flexibility in data exporting to Excel, Access, and extensible markup language (XML) formats; and visual mapping of forms and fields to data columns for simple report creation. Continental's personnel were able to easily extract data residing within the smart archive of Oracle Documaker to create the Lloyd's bordereau and other reports."

"Crown Agents is exactly what its name implies, an agent of Her Majesty the Queen. It was founded in 1833 as Crown Agents for the Colonies, and historically played a vital role in the creation and management of what British historians call the Third Empire .. Crown Agents printed the stamps and banknotes of the colonies; provided technical, engineering, and financial services; served as private bankers to the colonial monetary authorities, government officials, and heads of state; served as arms procurers, quartermasters, and paymasters for the colonial armies .. Her Majesty's Murder, Inc. .. Crown Agents' range of ``services''--arms procurement, border controls, offshore banking--also nicely fit the ``administrative requirements'' of the world's organized crime cartels .. review of some of the more sordid aspects of the recent history of Crown Agents, suggests that the firm has been at the center of the British Crown's highly sensitive patronage of global organized crime--what EIR long ago dubbed Dope, Inc."
