Joe Biden's "autopen"
Editor's note: Whoever controlled the autopen, and it wasn't Joe Biden, controlled the presidency (US corporation). Signatures are very powerful and if it wasn't Joe Biden actually signing off who was it signing for him because of Biden's cognitive decline?
