Editor's note: There is a minority in America who have removed themselves from direct production. This is the leisure and the parasitical class who rule and take without producing anything. It is finance and not economic production that can drop $41 million on an estate. In a money culture people with this kind of money in the political class are considered "intelligent." Money confers "class" and education. In a money culture the ignorant have to work and the superior take the work of others.
