Washington's Business Model: Buying Influence - Why Was John Allen Targeted? - Wonk Tank Brookings (Neocon Nexus)

Editor's note: Was this a shot across the bow of the US Neocon's sinking boat on Ukraine? John Allen is on leave from the Brookings Institute after an FBI (secret police used for political control) investigation (influence peddling) was opened up on his work (private business deals worth millions) with Brookings in Qatar. Imagine that? The FBI actually doing a legitimate investigation (not really) and not setting psychologically impaired people up for "terror acts" in America, or running the Jan 6th op? Anyway, John Allen is a retired US Marine Corps officer who at one point in his corporate military career was the former commander of the NATO International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces – Afghanistan (USFOR-A). Until he was placed on leave at the wonk tank Brookings Institute, Allen was its president. The leftist Brookings Institute is the nexus of the Neocon network in the US.

The wonk tank Brookings goes where the money is and that was Doha, Qatar. Brookings Institute offices are also located in Doha and is close to where the "terrorist action" is in the Middle East and Israel. The Brookings Institute itself is a nest of influential policy makers - criminals and a "clubhouse for Neocons" - in the US and have come under investigation before. Americans were told the Brookings Institute was under "full blown investigation" in 2020 related to the Steele Dossier (collusion on the collusion hoax) originating out of the Brookings Institute. That "full blown" investigation went no where. All these people in Washington and at these wonk tanks are involved in influence peddling, cutting deals on the side for themselves and questionable behavior. So the question is why was John Allen targeted? Selling access is how Washington works. It's Washington's bread and butter. Of all the wonk tanks Brookings is the seat of Neocon and leftist power around the Kagans who are a major contributor to the American neocon ideology. Robert Kagan who is at the Brookings Institute is pushing hard on this war in Ukraine. 
It is refreshing listening and reading the Russian analyst Andrei Martyanov referring to the Kagan clan, in this case Frederick Kagan, "as another offspring of the politically fecund Kagan clan, who are a major contributor to the American neocon ideology, which is a euphemism for academic fraud and ignorance", further writing the Kagans should have come up with better BS on Ukraine. 



Kimberly Kagan at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) means more war and is behind this hard drive for further war in Ukraine and propaganda. This institute is like an institutional clearinghouse for intellectual clutter on all things Russophobe and Ukraine propaganda. Kimberly Kagan's operation at ISW puts out daily reports on Ukraine:
