The Canadian and global public need to now know the flight paths Russell Williams has taken - at least since he has been an active paraphilic - and probably before.

We need especially to know who he was with in peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan and Haiti, since these populations are highly vulnerable to sex abuse cover-up, in what has been called a "culture of silence" with some in peacekeeping forces exploiting the political difficulties in bringing peacekeeping soldiers to justice.

Next the Canadian public needs to know whether by digital and other means, a network of fellow sex abusers, alerted Russell Williams to who in the military forces would be co-conspirators in paraphilic activities.

Next Canadians and psychologists need to know if some aspect of trauma within the forces, or experiences in the field, were a catalyst to Russell Williams unusual psychopathic profile.

Was Russell Williams incredible ability to maintain high functioning under stress part of his learned compartmentalisation of the psyche, that then proved pathological? Was he a victim or subject of mind control?

Did he maintain compartmentalisation of "friendships" with persons or groups outside of his home sphere and normal military sphere?

Were his uniform and possessions destroyed by members of this fraternity, or orders given by someone in this "culture of silence" alliance of paraphilics, or his mind-controllers?

Were the judges selected and advised not to go to deeply with the Russell Williams case to portray as a lone special case - when it is highly possible that other Canadian, or allied peacekeeping forces have gone under the radar because of the inability of the United Nations to pursue sexual abuse of peacekeeping operatives?

Because of Abel Danger's orientation to exploring SOS child villages, I would think that Haiti should be high on the list of seeking systematic abuse of slaves, children, and citizens by the French, English and Americans for at least 200 years, with systematic attempts to break the independence of this nation, stall its Revolution (unlike America's), and keep the population compliant and contained as foreign corporations pillaged its incredible supplies of gold, and forests.

Noam Chompsky is very clear at pointing out the wicked cruelty of America and France, in particular, in brutalizing Haiti for centuries, as a kind of special case.

So I would think that Haiti would offer and incredible laboratory for Operation Paperclip, MK-ultra types, and black ops psych ops for exploring human conditioning for possible Manchurian candidates.

If there are indeed ubiquitous and pervasive problems with Catholic missions and SOS child villages Haiti might be a place for rich possibilities of abuse - particularly when one part of the island is maintained as an exclusive luxury stop off point for international cruise ships. Do some of these ships specialize in paraphilic satisfaction?

With Russell Williams, we need to know how many of the trips he made, and was he requested, did he volunteer, or architest the rationales for such trips? If he suggested them then there is great reason to suspect that he had pathological secret agendas.
