Hiebert's Bosses - The Status Quo Is Unacceptable - Taliban Great Escape - Live Snuff Film - May 1 Murder Of Osama bin Laden

Did Hiebert's bosses trade Taliban great escape for OBL snuff film?

Abel Danger believes Russ Hiebert’s bosses Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Canadian Governor General David Johnston, traded a Taliban great escape from the Kandahar jail ten days ago for a live snuff film of the May 1 murder of Osama bin Laden.

A spoliation inference suggests that authority for the trade – 500+ Taliban prisoners were released in return for help in killing OBL – was re-delegated to Harper and Johnston over PKI Onion Routers by Crown Agents Sisters Hillary Clinton and Kristine Marcy.

Note: In constitutional and administrative law, the principle delegata potestas non potest delegari (Latin) states that ‘no delegated powers can be further delegated’. Alternatively, it can be stated delegatus non potest delegare, ‘one to whom power is delegated cannot himself further delegate that power’. This principle is present in several jurisdictions such as that of the United States and the United Kingdom [Barack Obama being a ‘Cukcer’ – a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies – is a loyal Crown agent who carries passports procured for him by Kristine Marcy!]

We note that all crime scenes associated with the trade in a Taliban escape and the OBL contract hit, carry the spoliation signature of Crown Agents Sisters acting ultra vires.

“PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT Between The U.S. Small Business Administration [former COO Kristine Marcy] and The U.S. Agency for International Development [Boss is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton] ... IV. RESPONSIBILITIES A. SBA 1. delegates to the U.S. Agency for International Development for re-delegation to all warranted U.S. Agency for International Development contracting officers, its authority under section 8(a)(1)(A) of the Act to enter into 8(a) prime contracts, and its authority under section 8(a)(1)(B) of the Act to arrange for the performance of such procurement contracts [hits] by eligible 8(a) Participants. In accordance with 13 C.F.R. §124.501(a), SBA delegates its 8(a) contract execution function. SBA remains the prime contractor on all 8(a) contracts and the 8(a) Participant remains the SBA’s subcontractor .. VI. TERM This PA will take effect as soon as SBA and the U.S. Agency for International Development have signed it. It will remain in effect until September 30, 2009.”
