What do you do with 57 containers of toxic materials?

Editor's note: That is a good question. One answer might be to take the containers loaded with toxic materials to the ocean between Sri Lanka and the Antarctic and dump them. Another important question would be, if the Dali was sabotaged who would do that and why? If this is the case irregardless of the circumstances of this industrial "disaster" none of this could really come under the auspices of the "Merchants of Peace" could it?
