Time for Lloyd's of London to pay up on a €400 million claim for damages

Editor's note: Senator Rand Paul warned that if $300 billion in Russian assets sitting in western banks were appropriated and used to fund Ukraine's continued war against Russia, that it would "undermine America's global standing." The US (and their partners in commercial warfare the UK) has reverted to industrial sabotage and financing terrorism. The Nord Stream pipeline was sabotaged by the west using Ukrainians that has been referred to as "the most consequential act of sabotage in modern times" (don't expect anything completely factual with the The Atlantic's reporting) and was meant to cut Germany off from Russian gas to destroy Germany's industrial capacity. The Nord Stream pipelines were an enormously expensive construction project built by the Russians (Gazprom has 51% controlling interest) and now the Russians are suing for damages through Lloyds of London for €400 million (US$436 million). Everyone knows who sabotaged the pipelines but no country in the west obviously will talk about it. The €400 million is "chump change" but that amount is likely what was estimated it will take to repair the damaged pipelines. For this type of financial claim the perpetrators have been identified by Russian investigators.

Moscow Opened Criminal Case Against US, NATO Officials For Financing Terrorism Through Ukraine

On April 9, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation launched a criminal probe against senior officials of the United States and NATO countries. It was established that Western leaders took part in financing the terrorist attacks in Russia.

It was established that in recent years, funds received through commercial organizations, in particular the oil and gas company Burisma Holdings, operating on the territory of Ukraine, have been used to carry out terrorist attacks in the Russian Federation, as well as abroad, in order to eliminate prominent political and public figures and cause economic damage. 

The criminal case was launched under Part 4 of Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (financing of terrorism) against senior officials of the United States and NATO countries, the press service of the Russian Investigative Committee reported. The maximum penalty under this article is life imprisonment. 

The criminal case was opened as a result of the investigation launched after the deputies of the Russian State Duma sent a corresponding request. Now investigators are checking the involvement of specific officials, as well as employees of public and commercial organizations in Western countries, in crimes.

"The connections of the direct perpetrators of terrorist acts with foreign curators, organizers and sponsors are being worked out in an investigative and operational way," the RF IC said in a statement. Moscow Opened Criminal Case Against US, NATO Officials For Financing Terrorism Through Ukraine.

The largest oil and gas company in Ukraine, Burisma Holdings, is associated with the son of the US President, Hunter Biden. He served on the Board of Directors from 2014 to 2019. Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin initiated a corruption investigation against Burisma Holdings in 2016, but he was soon dismissed. Republicans who support Donald Trump believe that this happened because of Biden’s pressure on then-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. According to the lawyer of former US President Rudolph Giuliani, Shokin had evidence of money laundering by Burisma Holdings. Giuliani also claimed that Biden threatened to delay sending $1 billion in aid to Ukraine.

In early May 2023, a group of Republican congressmen sent an open letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, in which they stated that the Biden family had received at least $20 million from foreign businessmen during his vice presidency under Barack Obama (2009-2017). In September, an investigation was launched into the impeachment of the current US president.

Try figuring this one out: Germany was going to receive cheap natural gas through the Nord Stream pipelines and then after the west blew the pipelines up using their terrorist proxies in Kiev, Germany completely flips on Russia and is now militarily threatening Russia. Don't do it, Germany, Russian missiles are far too accurate to be threatening Russia.
