The state of Texas is alleged to be funding certain bus companies to transport these migrants at $5,000 per head loaded up on buses transported all over the US that include criminals and many children who are being trafficked for the money. The allegation is these migrants are being moved into America to "take up strategic positions that are scary" and that few really understand.
