Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Consolidating Offices Into One Campus Location - Central Bank Policy: "Know Your Customer" - Do We Know Who the Bank Owners Are?

Editor's note: Have you ever seen one of those large industrial harvesting machines that can harvest entire yields consisting of large tracks of wheat in several hours? That is precisely what central banks are: Harvesting machines. The central bank of central banks the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) located in Basel, Switzerland is undergoing a consolidation construction project. The project will bring all of the current BIS offices located in Basel under one campus for a planned facility to be constructed next to the existing BIS tower. How apropos as the central banks are consolidating power. Established in 1930, the BIS is owned by 63 central banks, representing countries from around the world that together account for about 95% of world GDP. The BIS is going to become a "global heart for money." Global heart for money after the financial system is taken down then replaced. Today's central banking system is centered on the BIS. The BIS is ultimately the "collection of all central-banks and the owners of those central-banks." The owners are largely kept secret so the first step is to ascertain exactly who these owners are. Even the "usual suspects", such as Rothschilds and Rockefellers, may be fronts for other "real" owners.

Augustin Carstens at the Bank of International Settlements on plans to create a unified ledger system – a "heart" to pump the blood of innovative programmable money around the world. These people are serious. The BIS wants to become a "global heart for money." Who gave the BIS permission to do all this? Did you? If you own a smart phone you will inevitably contribute to the BIS's plans for CBDCs.

It is a very predictable and cyclical harvesting machine:

What assets do you own? Are you sure you "own" them?

Tower of Basel: The Shadowy History of the Secret Bank that Runs the World (Public Affairs, 2013), although almost ten years old, appears to be the definitive review of the history of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). Adam Lebor refers to them as "unelected technocrats" like Augustin Carstens mentioned above who gets upset when he can't track a US$10 Federal Reserve note:

There is a control hierarchy of the central banks with the BIS (headquartered in Basel, Switzerland) at the very top. These corporate entities have complete immunity under the International Organizations Immunities Act as preparation for world government under the UN (headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland):
