Who is ready to play central banker?

Editor's note: It is alleged Prince Karl Friedrich von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen is an overseer of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). It is important to understand CBDCs are not a currency. It is a ledger system. BIS has finalized their plans for a central bank digital currency (CBDC). Another "top overseer" of the BIS it is alleged is Prince George Friedrich of Hohenzollern-Prussia, who is the current head of the Prussian branch of the House of Hohenzollern, the former ruling dynasty of the German Empire and of the Kingdom of Prussia. King Philippe of Belgium and Queen Mathilde of Belgium are listed as being "managers of the BIS." Peter Handschin, Stephane Gutzwiller, Francois Gutzwiller and Prince Lorenz of Austria-Este are the heads of Gutzwiller Bank in Basel, Switzerland. They are alleged to work covertly with the Bank for International Settlements. Don Giovanni Torlonia the Prince of Civitella-Cesi is another alleged "high level authority" over the BIS. Agustin Carstens is the General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements. Mario Draghi, Fabio Panetta, and Ignazio Visco are all Italian bankers connected with Rome (the Vatican Bank) who also work as top directors at the BIS. These are just a few cursory names that have been identified with the BIS.

If you consider the bloodline aristocratic families mentioned above (that was only a cursory look) who are behind the BIS (and the Vatican Bank) and central banks along with their private intelligence networks (like Pinkerton), you will begin to understand the arrogance expressed in: "The BIS will have absolute control on the rules and regulations and will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability and also we will have the technology to enforce this." The BIS has the technology to enforce your obedience to use CBDCs and the BIS is the central bank of central banks.
