The disappearance of Charles "Chic" Burlingame's Boeing 757-223 American Airlines Flight 77 at the Pentagon

Editor's note: If you think five Muslim hijackers hijacked Chic Burlingame's Boeing aircraft you probably spend all of your time at Wikipedia "researching." A modified droned A-3 Skywarrior is what likely slammed into the side of the Pentagon during the flying events of 11 September 2001. Raytheon technicians retrofitted two Douglas A-3 skywarriors at Fort Collins-Loveland Colorado Airport, which subsequently closed. Those technicians were not allowed to "cross talk." This means the engine technicians couldn't talk to the airframe guys, the airframe guys couldn't talk to the hydraulics guys, they in turn couldn't talk to the navigation and avionics guys, they couldn't talk to the electronics technicians (one Raytheon employee was on Flight 77), they couldn't talk to the weapons guys, so that nobody knew that they were preparing on two aircraft to use against the Pentagon. When it comes to Raytheon employees flying on aircraft, they aren't having much luck. May Wendy Burlingame rest in peace
