Germany is back to its same old pre-WWII ways

Editor's note: The US "deep state" has a death grip on Germany's throat as is evidenced here. A further $2.95 billion as the never ending supply of weapons and munitions continue to flow into Ukraine like an open fire hydrant. This in addition to another $2.6 billion from the US and to add icing on the war cake, Britain is sending a total of 600 of their Shadow missiles to their proxies in Kiev. There is no end in sight for this continuing profitable proxy war on Russia where enormous resources are being spent and hundreds of thousands killed and maimed not to mention billions of dollars worth of property damage. The combined west including now Germany seems to be all out war or drain Russia of resources for as long as it takes. Maybe we are missing something here. Maybe the Russians, the Americans, the Germans and the British at the highest levels are in secret diplomatic meetings to allow their respective countries to profit and to simultaneously test out new weapons in Ukraine while the soldiers kill each other in WWI style trench warfare?

Germany Announces $2.9 Billion Arms Package for Ukraine

The package is Berlin's largest yet and includes Leopard tanks, Marder fighting vehicles, air-defense systems, and surveillance drones

by Dave DeCamp | May 14, 2023

Germany on Saturday announced its largest package of military aid for Kyiv worth $2.95 billion, Berlin's largest since Russia invaded Ukraine last year.

According to Defense Post, the massive arms package includes 30 Leopard 1 tanks, Marder fighting vehicles, air-defense systems, and surveillance drones. The announcement came a day before Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Berlin.

"I thank Germany for the largest military aid package since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion," Zelensky wrote on Twitter. "German air defense systems, artillery, tanks and infantry fighting vehicles are saving Ukrainian lives and bringing us closer to victory."

Meeting with Zelensky in Berlin, Chancellor Olaf Scholz said Germany will support Ukraine "for as long as it is necessary." The aid package is seen as a gesture to show the German government’s staunch support for Kyiv, as Scholz's government has come under criticism for previously being hesitant to send heavy weapons, such as tanks.
