It has a name, an address (usually in an otherwise vacant house or office), a Registered Agent, a President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, a stated line of business --- and nothing else. These are also called "dummy corporations".

Also in slang, these are used as "storefronts" for all sorts of purposes. To protect assets. To hide actual ownership interests. To launder money. 'Bizarre': Team Biden's IRS buying up ammunition

Team Biden's Internal Revenue Service (IRS) spent some $700,000 on firearm ammunition between March 1 and June 1, Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz said.

The IRS's ammunition acquisition is "bizarre," Gaetz told Breitbart News.

"There is concern that this is part of a broader effort to have any entity in the federal government buy up ammo to reduce the amount of ammunition that is in supply, while at the same time, making it harder to produce ammo," Gaetz said.

If federal entities continue buying up ammunition, it could put American citizens in a place where the exercise of the Second Amendment is limited due to the inability to get ammunition, Gaetz said.

Major Escalation of War Expanding in Europe

Lithuania Bans Transit Of Sanctioned Russian Goods To Kaliningrad

Lithuania has begun a ban on the rail transit of goods subject to European Union sanctions to the Russian far-western exclave of Kaliningrad, transport authorities in the Baltic nation said on June 18.

The EU sanctions list includes coal, metals, construction materials, and advanced technology.

Anton Alikhanov, the governor of the Russian oblast, said the ban would cover around 50 percent of the items that Kaliningrad imports.
