McConnell claims that Black-Hand Crime-Scene Captains are recruited through the four livery companies with a "License to Kill" – Artillery 1527, Master Mariners 1928, Air Pilots 1929 in London with the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – and he alleges that the black-hand captains are paid by extorted Bullingdon Club alumni after delivery of the right mix of threats of bodily harm and promises of bribes to keep the witnesses silent.
McConnell believes Black Hand Captains extorted payments from Bullingdon alumni offices of former Princes of Wales, Edward VII and Edward VIII, after terrified or bribed witnesses went silent following the assassinations of Abraham Lincoln (1865) and John F. Kennedy (1963).
McConnell believes that Bullingdon alumnus David Cameron's great, great grandfather Sir Ewen Cameron, the former London head of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, unwittingly named the Black Hand Crime Scene service in 1888 after captains and masters began having their names recorded in black ink in the Lloyd's Captains Registry.
McConnell believes crime scenes associated with Serco's QZ8501 Red Switch bypass and Blue Air stall now carry the Black Hand extortion signature because bribed or terrified witnesses in the Indonesian and Malaysian governments are silent in respect of the Bullingdons' approval of payments to victims through insurance frauds brokered by the former ship-jumper Cameron's employer in Hong Kong JLT – Jardine Lloyd Thompson.
McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that Bullingdon Club alumni – especially David Cameron – are being extorted by Black-Hand Crime-Scene Captains into approving payments to the Serco air traffic controllers who allegedly triggered the Red Switch Blue Air stall of QZ8501 and the phony insurance payouts which silence witnesses including the families of the deceased.

"Out of the blue (British, American & Australian) also out of a clear (blue) sky (American & Australian) If something happens out of the blue, it happens suddenly and you are not expecting it Then one day, completely out of the blue, I had a letter from her. The invasion came out of a clear blue sky and caught everyone off guard."
"The daughter of the AirAsia pilot whose flight crashed into the Java Sea has appeared on national TV to beg people not to blame her father.
Angela Anggi Ranastianis, 22, has previously released pictures of her family with Captain Iriyanto, the man who was at the helm when flight QZ8501 disappeared between Surabaya in Indonesia and Singapore.
Speaking to Indonesia's TV One, she said: "As a daughter, I cannot accept it. No pilot will harm his passengers," the Straits Times reported.
"He is just a victim and has not been found yet. My family is now mourning," she added.
There were 162 people on board the plane when it disappeared, though only 34 bodies have been recovered so far.
Ms Anggi Ranastianis's plea came as officials leading the search effort said they had found "what has a high probability of being the tail of the plane", where QZ8501's black box flight recorders were stored.
That's in addition to the five large objects that have been pinpointed in the shallow waters by ships using sonar. The largest of these - about 18 metres (59 feet) long - is thought to be the plane's fuselage, where the majority of the victims could still be strapped in to seats.
Divers have been unable to reach the area to verify any of the imaging finds, however, due to bad weather. The ships and aircraft seeking debris and bodies from the Airbus A320-200 have also been forced to widen their search area to allow for powerful sea currents.
Peter Marosszeky, a senior aviation research fellow at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, said the weather was squarely to blame for the delay in finding the black box recorders, which are designed to emit pings that can be detected by sonar for a month after a crash.
"The seas haven't been very friendly, but the black boxes have a 30-day life and they will be able to find them, particularly in the shallow waters," he said. "It's the weather that is causing the delay."
Meanwhile, debate continues to rage between Indonesia and Singapore as to whether or not the flight had the correct permissions to fly on 28 December when it crashed.
The plane was travelling between Surabaya, Indonesia's second-largest city, and Singapore on a Sunday. Officials have since said its permit for the popular route was only for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and that AirAsia quietly switched three of those days. Officials in Singapore, however, have said the plane was authorised to fly on Sundays from its end.
While the airline is being investigated, Indonesia announced on Saturday that it had banned all AirAsia flights between Surabaya and Singapore.
AirAsia Indonesia president director Sunu Widyatmoko said the airline will co-operate with the government during the evaluation, but would not comment on the permit allegations until the process is complete."
"HONG KONG: German insurer Allianz [Serco shareholder] said on Monday (Dec 29) it was the lead re-insurer to the AirAsia jet missing off the Indonesian coast with 162 people on board, making it the third time this year for which it faces possible claims, according to Reuters.
Allianz counts Malaysia Airlines as a client. It was the main reinsurer to flight MH370 that disappeared over the Indian Ocean in March, and flight MH17 shot down in July while flying over Ukraine, according to Reuters.
"We can confirm that Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty UK (AGCS) is the lead reinsurer for AirAsia, for aviation hull and liability insurance," an Allianz spokeswoman said in a statement emailed to Reuters.
Aviation incidents accounted for four of the top 10 major insurance losses not linked to natural catastrophes in the first eight months of 2014, Reuters said, putting pressure on aviation claims that are already rising due to the use of expensive materials and demanding safety regulation, citinga an Allianz report.
Allianz declined to comment to Reuters on the extent of its exposure or to identify other insurers for the Airbus A320-200. Flight QZ8501 went missing on Sunday.
The plane disappeared on Sunday after its pilot failed to get permission to fly higher to avoid bad weather during a flight from the Indonesian city of Surabaya to Singapore.
The Airbus 320 sells for an average price of US$94 million, Reuters said, citing Airbus's website.
An international aviation agreement called the Montreal Convention caps initial payouts at around US$165,000 per passenger, Reuters said. But if the airline is found to have been at fault, such as through pilot error, the claims could be much higher.
"This is going be identical to MH370 and MH17 in the sense there are standard minimum insurance obligations which all carriers have to have, but if negligence can be demonstrated the sky's the limit in terms of claims," said John Ribbands, an independent Melbourne-based lawyer expert in aviation insurance. JLT Group [alleged groomer of the Bullingdon Club’s Ship Jumper Dave in 1985] was the insurance broker for the AirAsia plane, the company told Reuters in a separate statement.

"Trainbands were companies of militia in England or the Americas, first organized in the 16th century and dissolved in the 18th. The term was used after this time to describe the London militia. In the early American colonies the trainband was the most basic tactical unit. However, no standard company size ever existed and variations were wide. As population grew these companies were organized into regiments to allow better management. But trainbands were not combat units. Generally, upon reaching a certain age a man was required to join the local trainband in which he received periodic training for the next couple of decades. In wartime military forces were formed by selecting men from trainbands on an individual basis and then forming them into a fighting unit.
The exact derivation and usage is not clear. A nineteenth-century dictionary says, under "Train":
"train-band, i.e. train'd band, a band of trained men, Cowper, Joh Gilpin, st. I, and used by Dryden and Clarendon (Todd)"
— Skeat's Etymological Dictionary of the English Language (Oxford 1879)
The issue is whether the men "received training" in the modern sense, or whether they were "in the train" or retinue or were otherwise organized around a military "train" as in horse-drawn artillery.
In 17th Century New England colonial militia units were usually referred to as "train bands" or, sometimes, "trained bands". Typically, each town would elect three officers to lead its train band with the ranks of captain, lieutenant and ensign. As the populations of towns varied widely, larger towns usually had more than one train band. In the middle 1600s train bands began to be referred to as companies.
On December 13, 1636 the Massachusetts Militia was organized into three regiments - North, South and East. As there are National Guard units descendants of these regiments, this date is used as the "birthday" of the National Guard, despite the fact that citizen militias in the American Colonies date back to the Jamestown Colony in 1607."
"Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN's unique locations. Each ground station around the world had to be surveyed in order to develop detailed installation plans, project support agreements and testing plans. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise.

In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco's team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. The installed network was based on a Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture utilizing IP based network capabilities and proprietary secure communication technologies such as KG-75s, KG-84S and KIV-7s. In addition, Serco ensured Defense Red Switch Network connectivity and operations throughout the AFSCN"
"The Ministry of Defence is under pressure to rebuff the attempt of one of Britain's biggest companies to take over the £14bn agency that buys the armed forces' missiles and submarines in the wake of the electronic tagging scandal.
Serco, the outsourcing group which runs a host of services for the Government, including immigration and community health centres, is under fire after an audit discovered the taxpayer had been overcharged by £50m for monitoring non-existent electronic tags. They had been assigned to deceased offenders and those who were back in custody.
G4S, the security giant that failed to supply enough guards for the Olympic Games, is also implicated and is being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office. Both companies' lucrative public sector contracts are being reviewed by the Cabinet Office.
It has raised questions about Serco's suitability for one major forthcoming contract, the effective privatisation of the Defence Equipment & Support agency. This reform, designed to help the MoD get better value for money when it buys battle gear and satellites, is unparalleled globally and has been heavily criticised."

Conspiracy claims have emerged surrounding the disappearance of AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ8501, which went missing on Sunday, with a Chinese blogger saying it was the work of a shadowy group called "Black Hand".
UK paper The Daily Mail has reported the blogger saying that the same group was also responsible for making Malaysia Airlines MH370 disappear and the shooting down of MH17 in Ukraine.
His claims have started a storm of speculation online, more so because he had said that the Black Hand group would next target an AirAsia flight, almost two weeks before QZ8501 vanished.
In one comment on December 15, which has been loosely translated by a Reddit member, the blogger apparently warns:
"Black hand has hijacked and shot down MH370 and MH17.
"This has pretty much killed the sixth largest airline: Malaysian airline.
"Now the black hand are targeting AirAsia to ruin this airline cause it too belong to Malaysia.
"Given how powerful the black hand are I suggest that all Chinese thinking about traveling to avoid AirAsia, so that you don't disappear like those on MH370."
Black Hand is a term used as a metaphor for a covert organisation or underground group. The Daily Mail reported that a Reddit user suggested that the translation should read "International big black hand" which was more of a reference to an "international bully".
Social media users have called the blogger a "conspiracy nut," while others accused him of being crazy.
Since QZ8501 vanished while en route from Surabaya to Singapore Sunday morning, many took to social media expressing shock at the prediction and speculated that the man could be a Chinese intelligence official or a hacker.
There were no Chinese nationals on board QZ8501 unlike on MH370, which was flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 7.
The blogger's account became inactive after December 17. – December 30, 2014"
