Dishonourables* = Abel Danger's collective term for Black-Hand Crime-Scene Captains allegedly recruited through the four livery companies with "Licenses to Kill, Extort and Bribe" i.e. City of London Honourable Artillery Company 1527, Master Mariners 1928 and Air Pilots 1929 and the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638.
McConnell alleges that the Dishonourable Black Hand Captains used Cameron's Serco-Airbus Red Switch devices in a parked "Rent A Car" van to backhaul the money shot of the murder of a policeman outside Hebdo's Paris offices and a parked mail van to backhaul the Naudet money shot showing the impact of AA Flight 11 at 8:46:20 on 9/11 into WTC#1.
McConnell believes Bullingdon Club alumnus David Cameron's great, great grandfather and former London head of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Sir Ewen Cameron, unwittingly named the Dishonourables' Black Hand service in 1888 after captains began having their names recorded in black ink in the Lloyd’s Captains Registry.
McConnell claims that the Dishonourable Captains extorted payments from the Bullingdon Club alumni offices of the former Princes of Wales, Edward VII and Edward VIII, after they had silenced or bribed witnesses to the assassinations of Abraham Lincoln (1865) and John F. Kennedy (1963).
McConnell believes that crime scenes associated with the Naudet-Hebdo snuff films carry the signature of Cameron and his Dishonorable Black-Hand Captains because only Red Switch Network operatives with access to military grade C4I could synchronize the movement of cameras and weapons needed to capture and backhaaul the money shots.
McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that Cameron outsourced the Defense Red Switch Network at RAF Oakhanger so Serco and Airbus operatives could help Dishonourable-Captain snuff-film crews to capture money shots at the Naudet/Hebdo crime scenes of 9/11 and 1/7.

"Charlie Hebdo attack: Paris gunman used gesture adopted by radical Islamists
The attackers displayed a degree of skill and calmness that comes only from advanced military training
By David Blair and Holly Watt3:15PM GMT 07 Jan 2015 Paris Charlie Hebdo attack: latest news As one gunman ran out of the office of Charle Hebdo magazine in Paris, he raised his right index finger in a gesture that has been adopted by radical Islamists, including al-Qaeda.
The single finger alludes to the "tawhid", namely the Muslim belief in the oneness and unity of God. It can be taken to invoke the first half of the Muslim statement of faith: "There is no God but Allah and Mohammed is his messenger".
The gunman is shown striding towards the camera, raising his right finger and carrying an AK47 assault rifle in his right hand.
The attackers who killed 12 people in and around the office of Charlie Hebdo magazine in Paris acted with a skill and calmness that bears all the hallmarks of advanced military training.

They were also fully equipped for their murderous task. Photographs taken at the scene show two men clad entirely in black, their faces concealed by balaclavas. Each one is armed with an AK47 automatic rifle.
They wear army-style boots and have a military appearance and manner. One of the men wears a sand-coloured ammunition vest apparently stuffed with spare magazines. Some reports suggest that an attacker was also carrying a rocket-propelled grenade launcher. The men attacked the magazine’s headquarters with clinical precision, killing their victims and then shooting two police officers in the street outside.
Amateur footage shows them using classic infantry tactics. They move along the street outside the office working as a pair: one advances while the other gives cover.
Instead of spraying automatic gunfire, they fire two aimed shots at each target – a pattern known as "double-tap" firing – thereby conserving their ammunition.
The men talk to one another calmly and are clearly determined to inflict as much bloodshed as possible. At one point the footage picks up one man shouting "Allahu Akbar" - or "God is great".
According to one witness, the terrorists shouted that they were from "al-Qaeda in Yemen". Cédric Le Béchec, a 33-year-old estate agent, told a French news website that the attackers approached another man in the street saying: "Tell the media that this is al-Qaeda in Yemen". Yemen is the base of one affiliate of the terrorist network usually known as "al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula".
Other shocking footage shows the moment when they realise that one policeman is lying wounded on the pavement. They calmly approach the injured victim and, while one terrorist gives cover, the other kills the officer with a shot to the head.
Then the attackers are shown driving away in a black Citroen DS. They do not race off in a way that would draw attention; instead they depart in a controlled manner. Later, they tried to cover their tracks by abandoning this vehicle and hijacking a second car.
The fact that they were clearly following a careful escape plan – which appears to have worked so far - is further evidence of their ability."

Sickening moment' policeman executed by militants as he held up hands in surrender

Footage captures gunmen shooting a man to the ground, then firing again at his head in what appears to be a cold-blooded murder on the streets of Paris
More chilling footage has emerged from the shooting attack on French magazine Charlie Hebdo appearing to show militants executing a policeman in cold blood.
At least 12 people have been killed and four injured, including ten members of staff and two policeman.

A video posted online captured two gunmen, clad all in black and carrying Kalashnikovs, taking fire at a lone policeman in the aftermath of the massacre.
The graphic video shows the victim falling to the ground and holding his hands up to surrender before apparently being executed with a point blank shot to the head.
The gunmen, who appear to be professionally trained, then jog back to a black Citroen car waiting in the middle of the road before driving off. Other videos from today's horrific attack show the gunmen shouting 'Allahou Akbar' outside the office of Charlie Hebdo in Paris and bystanders fleeing the carnage.
The weekly magazine has previously courted controversy with its depiction of news and current affairs. French TV channel iTELE quoted a witness as saying he saw the incident from a building nearby in the heart of the French capital. "About a half an hour ago two black-hooded men entered the building with Kalashnikovs (guns)," Benoit Bringer told the station. "A few minutes later we heard lots of shots," he said, adding that the men fled the building.
"JULES NAUDET'S 9/11 FILM WAS STAGED
By Leslie Raphael
18 March 2006
Introduction
At 8.46 a.m. on September 11, 2001, at the intersection of Church and Lispenard Streets in Manhattan, one of two French film-making brothers, 28-year-old Jules Naudet was filming a group of firemen from Ladder 1/Engine 7 at 100 Duane Street, checking for an alleged suspected gas leak, when he captured what was thought to be unique film of American Airlines Flight 11 from Boston flying into the north tower of the World Trade Center, three quarters of a mile away. ….
(The absence of film from the Pentagon that morning, where security surveillance appears — if only to the chronically credulous — to be limited to the one car park camera that allegedly got stills of the explosion, with the wrong date and time, must have some other explanation.)
Unfortunately — for them — the people behind this disguise operation were anything but professional, and it does not take a genius to deconstruct the whole thing, when the joins holding it together are so obvious, to anyone who can see not only what is in the film, but — just as important — what is not. Even the still photograph reproduced above raises questions. Where, for one example, in a Manhattan street scene at 8.45 am on a working Tuesday, is the moving traffic? The vehicles in the picture are all parked, and given that two of them belong to the Fire Department and are displaying emergency lights, it would be illegal to overtake them, or park behind them in the same block.
Anyone, professional or amateur, who has tried filming street scenes knows about the problems moving vehicles can cause, and that the best solution is filming when there are none — but that normally means waiting for traffic lights to change. Or, even better, the situation in the Naudet film — a junction blocked by authority of the Fire Department, whether traffic lights change or not; a trick not available, it has to be said, to most ordinary photographers — one so unusual, in fact, that it immediately attracts suspicion. Furthermore, this photographer is not only filming at an officially blocked junction, he is filming the firemen who blocked it, as their guest — a 28-year-old beginner, treated the way a documentary film legend like Fred Wiseman might be; the suspicions multiply.
At the scene of a potential emergency, a photographer without credentials from the Fire Department would have been told to stand well clear, along with other pedestrians: he would not get the kind of privileged access Naudet gets. And if the white mail van parked at the south-east corner in this film had been turning right up Lispenard Street, between Naudet and the north tower, just as the plane flew into it, not only — since he is in the middle of the road — would he have had to get out of the way rather fast, the plane's impact could not have been filmed. How very convenient that, at the appropriate time, the van was still parked at that corner, the only other vehicles that could have caused problems belonged to the Fire Department and Naudet's view of the tower was unimpeded by either vehicles or people — including the firemen, all conveniently standing well away from the film action to the south.”
Prime Minister David Cameron joined the condemnation of the attack, saying: "The murders in Paris are sickening. We stand with the French people in the fight against terror and defending the freedom of the press."
Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said the killings were a "barbaric attack on freedom of speech".
"My thoughts are with the victims, their families and their colleagues," he said.
Charlie Hebdo has launched a series of attacks on Muslim extremism and the last tweet on its profile page @Charlie-Hebdo-, sent about an hour before the shootings, included a satirical cartoon of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. In it he wishes everyone "good health".
Describing the scene, police official Luc Poignant told BFM TV: "It's carnage," In December 2011, the Charlie Hebdo office was firebombed after the magazine said the Prophet Muhammad would be editor-in-chief of its next issue.
President of the National Assembly Claude Bartolone said: "Scenes of horror at the offices of Charlie Hebdo. My solidarity is with the victims." Charlie Hebdo is a satirical comedy weekly newspaper and features cartoons and irreverent stories and frequently lampoons religions of all types. It first ran from 1969 to 1981, when it folded, but the publication was resurrected in 1992. The editor is Stephane Charbonnier. It is believed he is among the 12 dead.
There have been a number of shootings in the France over the past few years. in March 2012 Mohammed Merah, 23, a French man of Algerian descent, shot and killed a rabbi, two of his children, and another child at a Jewish school, in Toulouse, France, Police believe he had earlier shot and killed three paratroopers.
Merah said he was a member of Al Qaeda and that he was seeking revenge for the killing of Palestinian children.”
"Trainbands were companies of militia in England or the Americas, first organized in the 16th century and dissolved in the 18th. The term was used after this time to describe the London militia. In the early American colonies the trainband was the most basic tactical unit. However, no standard company size ever existed and variations were wide. As population grew these companies were organized into regiments to allow better management. But trainbands were not combat units. Generally, upon reaching a certain age a man was required to join the local trainband in which he received periodic training for the next couple of decades. In wartime military forces were formed by selecting men from trainbands on an individual basis and then forming them into a fighting unit.
The exact derivation and usage is not clear. A nineteenth-century dictionary says, under "Train": "train-band, i.e. train'd band, a band of trained men, Cowper, Joh Gilpin, st. I, and used by Dryden and Clarendon (Todd)"
— Skeat's Etymological Dictionary of the English Language (Oxford 1879)
The issue is whether the men "received training" in the modern sense, or whether they were "in the train" or retinue or were otherwise organized around a military "train" as in horse-drawn artillery.
In 17th Century New England colonial militia units were usually referred to as "train bands" or, sometimes, "trained bands". Typically, each town would elect three officers to lead its train band with the ranks of captain, lieutenant and ensign. As the populations of towns varied widely, larger towns usually had more than one train band. In the middle 1600s train bands began to be referred to as companies.
On December 13, 1636 the Massachusetts Militia was organized into three regiments - North, South and East. As there are National Guard units descendants of these regiments, this date is used as the "birthday" of the National Guard, despite the fact that citizen militias in the American Colonies date back to the Jamestown Colony in 1607."
"Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN's unique locations. Each ground station around the world had to be surveyed in order to develop detailed installation plans, project support agreements and testing plans. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise. …
In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco's team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. The installed network was based on a Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture utilizing IP based network capabilities and proprietary secure communication technologies such as KG-75s, KG-84S and KIV-7s. In addition, Serco ensured Defense Red Switch Network connectivity and operations throughout the AFSCN."
"The Ministry of Defence is under pressure to rebuff the attempt of one of Britain's biggest companies to take over the £14bn agency that buys the armed forces' missiles and submarines in the wake of the electronic tagging scandal.
Serco, the outsourcing group which runs a host of services for the Government, including immigration and community health centres, is under fire after an audit discovered the taxpayer had been overcharged by £50m for monitoring non-existent electronic tags. They had been assigned to deceased offenders and those who were back in custody.
G4S, the security giant that failed to supply enough guards for the Olympic Games, is also implicated and is being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office. Both companies' lucrative public sector contracts are being reviewed by the Cabinet Office. It has raised questions about Serco's suitability for one major forthcoming contract, the effective privatisation of the Defence Equipment & Support agency. This reform, designed to help the MoD get better value for money when it buys battle gear and satellites, is unparalleled globally and has been heavily criticised."

"Blogger claims 'Black Hand' plot in missing AirAsia QZ8501 Published: 30 December 2014
Conspiracy claims have emerged surrounding the disappearance of AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ8501, with a Chinese blogger saying it was the work of a shadowy group called 'Black Hand'. – Reuters pic, December 30, 2014.Conspiracy claims have emerged surrounding the disappearance of AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ8501, which went missing on Sunday, with a Chinese blogger saying it was the work of a shadowy group called "Black Hand". UK paper The Daily Mail has reported the blogger saying that the same group was also responsible for making Malaysia Airlines MH370 disappear and the shooting down of MH17 in Ukraine.
His claims have started a storm of speculation online, more so because he had said that the Black Hand group would next target an AirAsia flight, almost two weeks before QZ8501 vanished.
In one comment on December 15, which has been loosely translated by a Reddit member, the blogger apparently warns: "Black hand has hijacked and shot down MH370 and MH17.
"This has pretty much killed the sixth largest airline: Malaysian airline.
"Now the black hand are targeting AirAsia to ruin this airline cause it too belong to Malaysia.
"Given how powerful the black hand are I suggest that all Chinese thinking about traveling to avoid AirAsia, so that you don't disappear like those on MH370."
Black Hand is a term used as a metaphor for a covert organisation or underground group.
The Daily Mail reported that a Reddit user suggested that the translation should read "International big black hand" which was more of a reference to an "international bully".
Social media users have called the blogger a "conspiracy nut," while others accused him of being crazy.
Since QZ8501 vanished while en route from Surabaya to Singapore Sunday morning, many took to social media expressing shock at the prediction and speculated that the man could be a Chinese intelligence official or a hacker.
There were no Chinese nationals on board QZ8501 unlike on MH370, which was flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 7.
The blogger's account became inactive after December 17. – December 30, 2014"
