#2225: Marine Links Ship Jumper Dave’s Black-Hand Broker Banker To Serco's Red-Switch Waypoints For Airbus Blue-Air Stalls

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked ship-jumper David Cameron's deployment of Black Hand Captains for the broker banker JLT-HSBC to Serco's alleged use of the U.S. Defense Red Switch Network to impute ad hoc waypoints into Airbus aircraft targeted for destruction in Blue Air stalls (cf. AF447, QZ8501).

McConnell believes that Cameron's great, great grandfather Sir Ewen Cameron, the former London head of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, launched the Black Hand broker-banker service in 1888 – from which time on captains whose names were recorded in black ink in the Lloyd's Captains Registry were paid by ship jumpers, including Cameron working for Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong in 1985, to enforce (extort) the recovery of debts incurred in the opium and weapons trade and eliminate or intimidate prospective whistleblowers.

McConnell believes that Cameron uses Serco Red Switch operatives at RAF Oakhanger and the Boeing HQ in Chicago to impute ad hoc waypoints into aircraft targeted for destruction (Airbus, Sukhoi, Boeing and Bombardier) and approve payments laundered by ship jumpers through JLT-HSBC branch offices to any Black Hand Captain who can prove with a snuff film that he or she has ensured no witnesses or useful evidence have survived a Blue Air (unexpected) crime scene.

McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that David Cameron deployed and paid Black Hand Captains through JLT-HSBC branch offices for the destruction of evidence and elimination of witnesses to Serco's alleged use of the Red Switch Network to trigger Blue Air stalls of the Airbus planes of AF Flight 447 and QZ Flight 8501.

"Chinese Should Know Cameron Was a 'Hong' The PM's trip to China reminds Guido that he has a little factoid that he hasn't seen anywhere else, namely that during Dave's 1985 gap year he worked for Jardine Matheson, before going up to Oxford. Young Cameron worked for three months in Hong Kong as a ‘ship jumper’ for Jardine Shipping Agencies. Dave was responsible for attending to ships when they called at Hong Kong. His tasks ranged from taking care of all the formalities with the customs and immigration authorities, to looking after travel and personal arrangements for crew members. Did his time in Hong Kong teach him to work hard and invest wisely – or did it encourage him to squander his salary in the bars of Wan Chai? Guido can confirm that there are many exciting diversions for a young man in Hong Kong…

The political relevance of this is that Jardine Matheson is one of the original Hong Kong trading houses or "Hongs" and Jardine Matheson's early profits were based on selling opium to the Chinese. When the Chinese emperor tried to ban the trade, the company called on Britain to intervene, leading to the 1839 Opium War. This is not viewed well in China, something to be borne in mind when the former lackey of the oppressors is lecturing them about human rights"

"UPDATE 2-Allianz lead reinsurer to missing AirAsia plane
Mon Dec 29, 2014 8:58am EST
By Lawrence White and Arno Schuetze
HONG KONG/FRANKFURT, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Allianz SE could be exposed to claims of at least $100 million linked to the AirAsia jet missing off the Indonesian coast with 162 people on board, which would be the third major airline accident it has been exposed to this year.

Allianz said on Monday it was lead reinsurer on the flight, having previously been the main reinsurer to Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 which disappeared over the Indian Ocean in March, as well as to flight MH17, shot down in July while flying over Ukraine.

In an emailed statement Allianz confirmed it had lead the provision of aviation hull and liability cover, adding: "It is much too early to comment on reports of this incident ... except to say that our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by this missing flight." One aircraft insurance broker estimated total costs would depend on liabilities for passengers and could be between $100 million and $200 million, including around $45 million for the plane.

Not all the costs would be borne by Allianz but the insurer declined comment on the extent of its exposure, or to identify others exposed to the missing Airbus A320-200.

Aviation incidents accounted for four of the top 10 major insurance losses not linked to natural catastrophes in the first eight months of 2014, putting pressure on aviation claims that are already rising due to the use of expensive materials and demanding safety regulation, an Allianz report said.

As with the two Malaysia Airlines crashes, Allianz and its co-insurers will have to foot the bill for the cost of the missing aircraft, as well as for payments due to the relatives of passengers aboard the flight.

The Airbus 320 sells for an average price of $94 million, according to Airbus's website. However, according to the age of the aircraft, the hull is likely to be insured for a lower sum.

For passenger liability, an international agreement called the Montreal Convention caps initial payouts at around $165,000 per passenger at current exchange rates, or a total of about $27 million for the 162 passengers aboard the AirAsia flight.

But if the airline is found to have been at fault, such as through pilot error, claims could be much higher.

"This is going be identical to MH370 and MH17 in the sense there are standard minimum insurance obligations which all carriers have to have, but if negligence can be demonstrated the sky's the limit in terms of claims," said John Ribbands, an independent Melbourne-based lawyer expert in aviation insurance.

JLT Group was the insurance broker for the AirAsia plane, the company told Reuters in a separate statement.

In a recent aviation safety study, Allianz said there are currently fewer than two passenger deaths for every 100 million passengers on commercial flights, compared with 133 deaths for every 100 million in the 1960s.

Allianz shares were 1.5 percent lower by 1248 GMT in a 0.8 percent weaker sector. One insurance analyst said the accident would not change his view on the stock. "Payouts resulting from a single plane crash are usually manageable and by far less dramatic than a winter storm in Europe or a hurricane in the U.S.," he said. "Jardine Matheson & Co., later Jardine Matheson & Co. Ltd., forerunner of today's Jardine Matheson Holdings, was a Far Eastern trading company founded in 1832 with Scotsmen William Jardine and James Matheson as senior partners. Trading in opium, cotton, tea, silk and a variety of other goods, from its early beginnings in Canton (modern day Guangzhou), in 1844 the firm established its head office in the new British colony of Hong Kong then proceeded to expand all along the China Coast.
"There was no practical alternative [to the opium trade] before 1870s. It was not until the firm [Jardines] had been forced from the trade as a major participant that it began proposing the use of capital and techniques for many alternative investments in the treaty ports and in the domestic Chinese economy.[53]
"Profits accruing to the firm in the early years were enormous. According to one source, over a ten-year period the amount divided amongst the partners amounted to $15,000,000 – approximately £129,480,000 at 2011 values,[54] "the greater part of which had been accumulated in the opium traffic."[55] Nevertheless, in the face of increasing domestic Chinese competition[56] and a growing anti-opium movement back home in England,[57] in 1872 Jardines formulated an explicit policy ending significant involvement in the opium trade. This move freed up huge amounts of capital, which were then available for investment in new market sectors.[58] In terms of property, Jardines were the only foreign firm to feature on an 1881 list of the eighteen largest land taxpayers in Hong Kong with a bill of HK$4,000 per annum.[59] Such was the influence of the firm that an old joke ran:

"Power in Hong Kong resides in the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club; Jardine, Matheson & Co; the Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation; and the Governor – in that order.[60] ..

Jardines insurance business, founded as the Canton Insurance Office in 1836 to support its shipping business, began offering underwriting services in many of the places where the company had offices and agencies and, as late as 1860, was still the only insurance company in China. In addition, to cater for clients traveling between Europe and the Far East, the firm had representation along the main steamer routes and at points on the Trans-Siberian Railway, including an agency in Moscow. The Canton Insurance office was later renamed the Lombard Insurance Co."

"Human Error Led to Disappearance of AirAsia Flight: Aviation Expert
World | Indo-Asian News Service | Updated: December 30, 2014 07:42 IST
SYDNEY: An Australian aviation expert said on Tuesday that human error undoubtedly led to the disappearance of AirAsia flight QZ8501 after the pilots flew directly into a well-known danger zone above the Java Sea.

Expert Neil Hansford said that either the Indonesian captain or the French first officer plotted a dangerous flight plan.

He said veteran pilots avoided the area where the plane is believed to have gone down and would not fly through it.

"They call it 'the thunderstorm factory,'" Hansford told the Nine Network, Xinhua reported.

"You plan to go around it. You don't plan to go through it."

He said whoever plotted the flight plan made a fatal error.

"Whoever did the flight plan - now we don't know whether it was the French first officer or the captain himself," Hansford said.

"Whether they read the meteorology right they were given in Surubaya who dropped the ball? And how well did they communicate? One whose basic language is Bahasa, and the other guy's basic language is in French.

"How good is their common English between the two of them?"

He concluded by emphatically saying it was pilot error.

"I've said all along it was never going to be engineering," Hansford said.

Meanwhile, search for the missing plane resumed Tuesday. The multi-national search operation has now been expanded to a wider area, media reports said.

The Airbus A320-200 disappeared Sunday en route from Surabaya in Indonesia's East Java to Singapore after the pilot requested a change of flight plan due to stormy weather.

The ill-fated plane was carrying 162 people, including 155 Indonesians, three South Koreans, and one person each from Malaysia, Singapore, Britain and France.

AirAsia, a low-cost carrier established in 2001 by Tony Fernandes, a Malaysian of Indian descent, has dominated cheap travel in the region for years with about 100 destinations and affiliate companies in several Asian countries.

"Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN’s unique locations. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise. …

In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco's team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. "The Ministry of Defence is under pressure to rebuff the attempt of one of Britain's biggest companies to take over the £14bn agency that buys the armed forces' missiles and submarines in the wake of the electronic tagging scandal.

Serco, the outsourcing group which runs a host of services for the Government, including immigration and community health centres, is under fire after an audit discovered the taxpayer had been overcharged by £50m for monitoring non-existent electronic tags. They had been assigned to deceased offenders and those who were back in custody.

G4S, the security giant that failed to supply enough guards for the Olympic Games, is also implicated and is being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office. Both companies' lucrative public sector contracts are being reviewed by the Cabinet Office.

It has raised questions about Serco's suitability for one major forthcoming contract, the effective privatisation of the Defence Equipment & Support agency. "Blogger claims 'Black Hand' plot in missing AirAsia QZ8501
 Published: 30 December 2014
Conspiracy claims have emerged surrounding the disappearance of AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ8501, with a Chinese blogger saying it was the work of a shadowy group called 'Black Hand'.

Conspiracy claims have emerged surrounding the disappearance of AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ8501, which went missing on Sunday, with a Chinese blogger saying it was the work of a shadowy group called "Black Hand". UK paper The Daily Mail has reported the blogger saying that the same group was also responsible for making Malaysia Airlines MH370 disappear and the shooting down of MH17 in Ukraine.

His claims have started a storm of speculation online, more so because he had said that the Black Hand group would next target an AirAsia flight, almost two weeks before QZ8501 vanished.

In one comment on December 15, which has been loosely translated by a Reddit member, the blogger apparently warns:

"Black hand has hijacked and shot down MH370 and MH17.

"This has pretty much killed the sixth largest airline: Malaysian airline.

"Now the black hand are targeting AirAsia to ruin this airline cause it too belong to Malaysia.

"Given how powerful the black hand are I suggest that all Chinese thinking about traveling to avoid AirAsia, so that you don't disappear like those on MH370."

Black Hand is a term used as a metaphor for a covert organisation or underground group. The Daily Mail reported that a Reddit user suggested that the translation should read "International big black hand" which was more of a reference to an "international bully".

Social media users have called the blogger a "conspiracy nut," while others accused him of being crazy.

Since QZ8501 vanished while en route from Surabaya to Singapore Sunday morning, many took to social media expressing shock at the prediction and speculated that the man could be a Chinese intelligence official or a hacker.

There were no Chinese nationals on board QZ8501 unlike on MH370, which was flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 7.

The blogger's account became inactive after December 17. – December 30, 2014"
