#2249: Marine Links Airbus-Activated DMORT Crimes To Serco Black-Hand Threats Of Super-Bowl Bomb

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Airbus (Cassidian) activation of DMORT crime scenes to Serco's apparent deployment of Black-Hand* journeymen to incinerate the body of the late ScienceLogic COO Don Pyle in his Annapolis mansion and communicate credible threats of an incendiary bomb attack on Super Bowl XVIX.

Black Hand* – Livery company captains or journeymen with "Privy Seal Licenses to Kill, Burn and Bribe" for the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537, The Master Mariners and Air Pilots 1929 and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge John F. Kennedy and whose incumbent may well prove to be Barack Hussein Obama.

McConnell claims that Airbus and Serco operatives activated DMORT crime-scene spoliation networks to camouflage the Black Hand role in the bombings of Air India Flight 182's Boeing 747-237B on 23 June 1985, Pan Am Flight 103's Boeing 747-121 on 21 December 1988 and United Airlines Flight 93's Boeing 757–222 on September 11, 2001.

McConnell alleges that in 1962, the late pedophile Lord Privy Seal and commander of the Honourable Artillery Company, Lt. Col. Edward Heath, outsourced the U.K.'s four-minute warning system, the NPL cesium clock and Telstar communications to Serco's Black Hand journeymen who were then able synchronize hit-and-burn operations in the United Kingdom and the United States to within 1 μs of each other (previous efforts were only accurate to 2,000 μs).

McConnell claims that Lt. Col. Heath (d. 2005) groomed the present Lord Privy Seal Baroness Stowell in the use of Black Hand murder-arson networks at the UK Ministry of Defence (1986-1988), the British Embassy in the United States (1988-1991) and the U.K. Prime Minister John Major's Press Office (1993-1997) and then placed her as Head of Communications [Truth and Propaganda] for the BBC Chairmen: Gavyn Davies, Michael Grade and Michael Lyons.

McConnell claims that Serco CEO Rupert Soames – the former CEO of Aggreko, the temporary power provider to Super Bowl XLVII – and former Serco CEO Chris Hyman trained Black Hand journeymen on incendiary bomb devices at Serco's International Fire Training Centre in Darlington, Co Durham, and Airbus (Cassidian) DMORT crime-scene activation networks at the MoD Defence College of Management and Technology ('DCMT') in Shrivenham, Oxfordshire.

McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that Serco's Soames had Pyle killed and incinerated after ScienceLogic was found to have recorded White House direction and Airbus (Cassidian) DMORT activation at Black Hand false-flag events including Sandy Hook and MH Flight 17.

"'Suspicious' fire engulfs mansion, 6 missing 01:52
Technology executive Don Pyle owned the house
The fire destroyed the 16,000-square-foot mansion, a fire official said
(CNN)A technology executive and five other people are feared dead after a suspicious fire destroyed a mansion in Annapolis, Maryland.

The house belonged to technology executive Don Pyle, the chief operating officer for ScienceLogic, company spokesman Antonio Piraino said.

Pyle had not been heard from on Monday, and his colleagues at ScienceLogic were "hoping for a miracle," CNN affiliate WJLA reported.

Pyle was believed to have been at home with his wife and four grandchildren.

When the first firefighters arrived on the scene, they received conflicting reports about whether the family may have been out of town. But after interviews with relatives, "it has been determined that six members of the family are not accounted for," the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said.

Fire officials said they were alerted about 3:30 a.m. Monday to the fire in the 16,000-square-foot house. About 80 firefighters responded.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is assisting the local fire department, and an ATF national response team is being assembled because the fire was deemed suspicious, a law enforcement official said.

The burned-out home is being treated as a crime scene until investigators figure out the cause, the official said. The Anne Arundel County Fire Department said fire crews had difficulty knocking down the blaze because the house is secluded, apparently with no fire hydrants on the scene.

Photos the fire department posted on Twitter showed hoses stretched for long distances. Davies said it took several hours for fire department tanker trucks and a fire boat on an adjacent creek to bring the fire under control, he said.

ATF Special Agent Dave Cheplak said no one has searched for possible victims yet because of the size and heat of the fire.

CNN's Shimon Prokupecz and Lindy Royce contributed to this report.”

"Super Bowl XLVII was an American football game between the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Baltimore Ravens and the National Football Conference (NFC) champion San Francisco 49ers to decide the National Football League (NFL) champion for the 2012 season. The Ravens defeated the 49ers by the score of 34–31, handing the 49ers their first Super Bowl loss in franchise history. The game was played on February 3, 2013 at Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.[7][8] This was the tenth Super Bowl to be played in New Orleans, equaling Miami's record of ten in an individual city.[9] …

Baltimore built a 28–6 lead early in the third quarter before a partial power outage in the Superdome suspended play for 34 minutes (earning the game the nickname Blackout Bowl).[11][12] After play resumed, San Francisco scored 17 unanswered third-quarter points to cut the Ravens' lead, 28–23, and continued to chip away in the fourth quarter. With the Ravens leading late in the game, 34–29, the 49ers advanced to the Baltimore 7-yard line just before the two-minute warning but turned the ball over on downs. The Ravens then took an intentional safety in the waning moments of the game to preserve the victory. Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco, who completed 22 of 33 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns, was named Super Bowl MVP. Flacco became the 4th quarterback in a row to receive MVP after Drew Brees at Super Bowl XLIV, Aaron Rodgers at Super Bowl XLV, and Eli Manning at Super Bowl XLVI.[13][14]

CBS broadcast the game in the U.S., and charged an average of $4 million for a 30-second commercial during the game, the highest rate for any Super Bowl.[15]According to Nielsen, Super Bowl XLVII was viewed by an estimated average of 108.69 million people in the United States, with a record 164.1 million tuning into at least six minutes of the game.[16] Beyoncé performed in the Super Bowl XLVII halftime show, which featured a reunion with her fellow members from Destiny's Child, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams."

"APPENDIX XIV: ACTIVATION OF FEDERAL ASSETS Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT) The Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT) is a federally funded team of forensic and mortuary personnel experienced in disaster victim identification and search and recovery. DMORT provides a mobile morgue, victim identification and tracking software, and specific personnel to augment local resources. DMORT is part of the National Disaster Medical System, a section of the U.S. Department of Health and Human (HHS), Office of Preparedness and Emergency Operations (OPEO). DMORT can be activated by one of four methods. 1. Federal Disaster Declaration: The National Response Framework dictates how Federal agencies respond following a disaster. A request for DMORT assistance must be made by a local official through the State Office of Emergency Services, which will then contact the Region IV office of FEMA. Based on the severity of the disaster, FEMA can ask for a Presidential disaster declaration, allowing the DMORT team to be activated. This process can take from 24 to 48 hours. 2. Aviation Disaster Family Assistance Act: Under this Federal Act, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) can ask for DMORT’s assistance. The act covers most passenger aircraft accidents in the United States and U.S. territories. NTSB coordinates with the local Coroner authority to assess local resources and capabilities and can activate DMORT on the request of the local Coroner/M.E. 3. Public Health Act: Under this Act, the U.S. Public Health Service can provide support to a State or locality that cannot provide the necessary response. However, the State or locality must pay for DMORT’s services, including salary, expenses, and other costs. 4. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Federal Agency: A Federal agency may request that DMORT provide disaster victim identification. Under this mechanism, the requesting agency must pay the cost of the DMORT deployment. As an example, following the crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in Pennsylvania on September 11, 2001, DMORT was activated under an MOU with the FBI.

DOD Mortuary Affairs Assistance DOD Mortuary Affairs Units can provide the following support to domestic catastrophic incident response and recovery operations, when authorized by the Secretary of Defense: · Search for remains. Set up appropriate search methodology and prepare the necessary documentation for later research or use. · Recover remains. Use any means available to recover all remains and portions of remains. · Provide tentative remains identification assistance to the local Coroner or Coroner. (Note: The local Coroner is the office that provides positive identification of remains. DOD can only assist in this process.). · Set up a Personal Effects (PE) depot. A PE depot is structured into four main sections: Receiving, Administration, Processing, and Shipping. The primary functions for these sections are as follows: o Receiving Section: receive, account for, and store all PE. o Administrative Section: prepare and maintain all required reports and case files and provide administrative assistance to the civilian mortuary affairs community. o Processing Section: Screen, clean, inventory, and package PE. o Shipping Section: Initiate required shipping documents, coordinate for transportation, and prepare packages for shipment."

"[Airbus] Cassidian Communications, an EADS North America company, today announced the successful use of its emergency notification technology, specifically The Communicator!® NXT™ emergency notification system, during the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) National Level Exercise (NLE) the week of May 16-20. This high-level event, conducted in accordance with the National Exercise Program (NEP) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) guidelines, simulated a catastrophic earthquake along the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ), validating the independent and collaborative emergency response capabilities of four FEMA regions; federal, state and local governments; and other participants.

As indicated on FEMA's website, http://www.fema.gov, the NLE is a White House-directed, Congressionally-mandated exercise that offers agencies and jurisdictions a way to test their plans and skills in a real-time, realistic environment and to gain the in-depth knowledge that only experience can provide. The exercise encompasses all areas of disaster preparation and response including critical resource logistics and distribution; emergency operations center (EOC) management; public information and warning; long term recovery and communications.

During the weeklong exercise, FEMA activated The Communicator! NXT system eight different times—the first of which took place at the event’s start. Within 2½ minutes, over 1,000 individuals in 17 different groups were contacted via email and phone, each receiving details regarding NLE activities. Reports indicate 1,032 emails were sent in the first 35 seconds of the activation and 819 calls immediately followed over the next two minutes.

Subsequent activations of The Communicator! NXT system provided secure, multimodal notification (i.e., via work phones, landlines, numeric pagers, etc.) to FEMA personnel, quickly mobilizing teams and gathering crucial feedback.

"We are fortunate to provide such a valuable tool to FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security," said Bob Freinberg, vice president and general manager, Cassidian Communications. "We know our solutions must at all times be prepared to perform during any threat or emergency and be able to effectively resume Agency-essential operations if they are interrupted."

FEMA, part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since 2003, first deployed the notification system in 1999. Since that time, the Agency has diligently worked to improve communications across its ten regions, helping ensure that as a nation, we work together to build, sustain and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from and mitigate all hazards. The Communicator! NXT system is also used by hundreds of public and private sector organizations globally, including US military operations. The industry-renowned application is proven to support simple to highly complex communications, meet even the most stringent IT/security requirements and provide comprehensive reporting for greater accountability and a full audit trail. Notable uses include 9/11, numerous Atlantic hurricane seasons and California wildfires, the H1N1 pandemic and most recently, the Joplin, Mo. tornado.

"Cassidian Communications is honored to support FEMA and other mission critical organizations worldwide in meeting their crisis communications objectives," concluded Freinberg.

Cassidian Communications continues to serve clients ranging from public safety operations to Fortune 1000 corporations to federal agencies. Collectively, the company has more than 40 years of experience deploying 9-1-1 call processing solutions, notification solutions and first-responder digital trunked radio networks.
