#1718: Marine Links MI-3 Innholders to Logica-Mandarin Murder for Hire and the Obamacare Navy Yard Card

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company to a Logica-coordinated murder-for-hire service – allegedly offered by guests moving through the Jardine Matheson Mandarin Hotel supply chain – and the HP access card apparently issued by Logica-owner and Obamacare platform developer CGI, to the Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis.

McConnell notes that MI-3 founders, his sister Kristine Marcy and former Interpol President Norman Inkster, developed the RCMP’s Wandering Persons Registry apparently used by Montreal-based CGI to identify Alexis as a suitable patsy for the Navy Yard attack allegedly run by guests staying at the nearby Mandarin Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Disambiguation:

MI-3 = Livery Companies’ patent-pool supply-chain protection racket using Privy Purse Forfeiture Fund Marcy (Forfeiture Fund – KPMG Small Business Auction – Liquidation – Prisoner Medical Services – JABS)
+ Inkster (Queen’s Privy Purse – KPMG tax shelter – RCMP Wandering Persons Registry – Escrow fraud)
+ Interpol (Berlin 1942-1945 – Operation Paperclip into Foreign Fugitive File – William Higgitt - Entrust)
+ Intrepid (William Stephenson – GAPAN patent pool – MitM Pearl Harbor attack – Kanada Kommando)

MI-3 = Marine Interruption Intelligence and Investigation unit set up in 1987 to destroy above

McConnell notes that in Book 12 at www.abeldanger.net, agents deployed by his Marine Interruption, Intelligence and Investigations (MI-3) group are mingling in various OODA modes with agents of the Marcy Inkster Interpol Intrepid (MI-3) Livery protection racket based at Skinners’ Hall, Dowgate Hill.

“Aaron Alexis Had 'Secret Clearance,' Employer Says About Washington Navy Yard Suspect
Reuters | Posted: 09/16/2013 9:06 pm EDT | Updated: 09/17/2013 12:58 pm EDT

WASHINGTON, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Aaron Alexis, the 34-year-old suspect in Monday's shooting rampage at the Washington Navy Yard, had "secret" clearance and was assigned to start working there as a civilian contractor with a military-issued ID card, his firm's chief executive told Reuters.

"He did have a secret clearance. And he did have a CAC (common access card)," said Thomas Hoshko, CEO of The Experts Inc, which was helping service the Navy Marine Corps Intranet as a subcontractor for HP Enterprise Services, part of Hewlett-Packard Co.

Alexis, of Forth Worth, Texas, is suspected of opening fire at the Naval Sea Systems Command building in the Washington Navy Yard in a shooting that left 13 people dead, including the shooter.

Asked when Alexis was supposed to start work, Hoshko said in a telephone interview: "That's what I got to find out, if he was supposed to start today ... It's not clear to me."

Hoshko said he was unaware of any issues with misconduct involving Alexis or any possible grievance that could have led to the shooting.

Alexis had previously worked for The Experts in Japan from September 2012 to January 2013, he said.

"We had just recently re-hired him. Another background investigation was re-run and cleared through the defense security service in July 2013," Hoshko said.

Hoshko said he believed that Alexis' "secret" security clearance dated back to 2007.

The Navy said Alexis enlisted as a full-time Navy reservist in May 2007. He was discharged in 2011 after a series of misconduct issues, a Navy official said. (Reporting by Phil Stewart; Editing by David Brunnstrom and Eric Walsh)”

CGI AND HP DELIVER BUSINESS PLATFORM FOR KINNECT, A LLOYD’S OF LONDON SPONSORED INITIATIVE - KINNECT DRASTICALLY REDUCES THE COSTS OF COMMERCIAL INSURANCE BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS London, United Kingdom, May 6, 2003 -

CGI Group (Europe) Ltd (CGI) (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB) and HP (NYSE:HPQ) have delivered a business platform for Kinnect Inc., a Lloyd's of London sponsored initiative, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of trading relationships within the international commercial lines insurance market. Kinnect, previously operating as Project Blue Mountain, chose CGI and HP as lead technology partners in this innovative new business venture. The multimillion-dollar program provides an adaptable, accessible and secure platform enabling commercial lines trading partners to communicate risk data electronically.

Kinnect allows all participants to transfer data and information securely and have the flexibility to choose which of their processes are supported by the platform. This ensures that Kinnect customers retain the distinctive aspects of their business practice such as data, processes, systems and brand.

The platform enables insurance underwriters - the professionals who assess each insurance risk and agree a premium to accept the risk - to improve their daily working practices by giving them better accuracy and timeliness of incoming data, increased time to analyze risks and better exposure management.

Meanwhile brokers - the professionals who place risks on behalf of the insured - can benefit from a reduction in time-consuming administration processes and reduced errors and omissions. The platform enables brokers to concentrate on their core business and provide higher levels of service to clients and underwriters.”

“When a user needs to scan a document to email message or folder, the HP Common Access Card solution requires the user to be authenticated. In many cases authentication is provided by the same card the employee uses to access the building and work area. Once authenticated, the imaging and printing device will allow the user to scan to email, or scan to a network folder.”

CAIR sues luxury hotel for alleged employee discrimination [USA] Paltalk News Network 05 Sep 2011 CAIR [Council on American-Islamic Relations] has filed a lawsuit against a Washington, D.C., hotel on behalf of a Muslim employee who says he faced discrimination after he was barred from carrying out his duties on floors occupied...by a visiting Israeli delegation. In its suit filed...against the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, the Council on American-Islamic Relations alleges that in December of 2010, the American citizen of Moroccan heritage was forbidden to go to the 8th or 9th floors of the hotel because an Israeli delegation was staying there. He was reportedly barred from those floors despite the fact that he had previously undergone an FBI background check and had carried out his duties for other foreign delegations and dignitaries, including former American presidents...CAIR’s suit also alleges that the hotel retaliated against the employee for complaining about the discriminatory treatment.”
